No one enjoys getting they’re car towed and dealing with expensive tow fees but this family owned buisness saw that my work truck was what paid the bills and worked out a fee I could live with , it was still $1400 but that was better then $2500 or more it could’ve been at 30 days , Alex isn’t one of those greedy tow company’s trying to keep your vehicle , this man understands and cares to help , and he reached out to me first. Honest buisness and buisness man and his boys who are following his footsteps are getting raised and taught the right way. This place is also reasonable and affordable to call for a private tow too, I’ve used him before and that too was an awesome experience. It’s hard to come across genuine people with good ethics these days which is why he earned this review. So happy to have my truck back. Thank you Alex Towing!! Very worth giving them a chance .
I had an extremely frustrating and unfair experience with Alex Towing regarding the impound of my trailer and boat. The situation began due to a misunderstanding about a “permanent” trailer tag—I was unaware that the state requires a $10 renewal every five years. My boat itself was fully registered and in my name.
My trailer and boat were towed while I was actively working on them that same morning, which is why they were temporarily in the street. Within an hour of the tow, I went to retrieve personal belongings from the boat and was denied access. I was told they were closed for the weekend and offered no assistance or reasonable accommodation.
First thing Monday morning, I resolved the registration issue immediately by paying the $10 and obtaining a release from law enforcement. I then went directly to the tow yard by 9:00 AM, only to be told I owed $900 for just three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
What made the situation worse was the treatment I received. The employee I dealt with repeatedly claimed to be the owner (which I later found to be untrue), was dismissive, and openly laughed at me when I explained I could not afford the charges. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, yet I was treated with complete disregard. Being mocked in a situation like this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
At no point did anyone attempt to explain the charges clearly or work toward any reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with misinformation, poor communication, and a lack of basic customer service.
This experience felt predatory and exploitative, especially given how quickly the fees escalated and how little transparency or compassion was shown. I would strongly caution others to be aware of how situations like this are handled here.
My friends vehicle was impounded and he was detained for a couple weeks Alex reduced some of the fees making it affordable enough for me friend to recover his vehicle Thanks Alex your a real gem
Called in to ask for help for my brother who is there to provide pictures to insurance, attendant wasn't there said he had an emergency and left.
Sure no problem, I started asking if he can arrange a time to look at his totaled car for insurance and he cuts me off and goes off on a rant about what people typically don't have or are lacking when coming to look at vehicles (he had already told me the requirements once) I tried to assure him we have the documentation and he cuts me off and continues his rant where he continued condescending and lecturing me.
I get it. You may have to deal with some unsavory folks in the past, but the default customer service I experienced when just trying to ask a question and being treated like a child is inexcusable.
This guy came through for me in a pinch. He able to go all the way out to Orange County and pick up my truck and bring it back to me round trip. He was very reasonably priced. Basically if I had to go pick up the truck myself it would have cost me about the same amount.
Spoke with Alex, the owner, awesome guy!!! great heart, help me and my wife recover our car that was towing last night ! Very HUMBLE people that is worth doing business with. God bless these people. Thanks again Alex.

Excellent service! We had our car towed, and since we were out of town, Alex guided us on what we needed to retrieve our vehicle. He waived the $100 fee and waited for us.
Alex Towing is great! My driver arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable and very customer service friendly. I have used the service a few times over the years and happy to see they are growing. Had me home in less than 20 minutes. Definitely call them if you need towing.

Alex is awesome and rescued my wife and I in our 38ft Monaco Diplomat from the side of the road in Anza CA with his huge flat bed trailer to Lake Elsinore. Great communication. Excellent load up and drop off. Super thoughtful and we felt safe and secure after a rough couple of days with an overheating engine with a blown water pump. He was also the best price and accepted AAA payment. A super great guy and superb service. I highly recommend !!! Alex Rocks !!!

The BEST Tow service I have ever worked with. I was a bit hesitant due to some scathing reviews but I realized they were very upset people with cars impounded for various reasons and decided to take it out on the tow service in charge of the police impound. Rest assured that Alex and Alex Jr are two of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with when I was struggling to find anyone to tow my car that didn't cost an arm and a leg. They transported my car and myself to dealer, were great to talk to both over the phone and in person, and were just a pleasure. I highly recommend!
The service that Alex and his son provided was absolutely perfect! They called and texted to keep me advised of their arrival time - they were actually early, wow! I had a difficult load and they handled it with complete confidence and expertise through every step of the process. After the delivery they sent a picture of my RV delivered and perfectly parked. I plan on using them again and referring all my friends to them. Great Guys too!!
Alex was very personable and quick to help. He was able to get us off the top of a mountain and get our vehicle to a dealership safely and even went the extra mile to drop us off at a nearby hotel. We were thankful for Alex and would highly recommend his services!
