This is the type of company that stalks vehicles and does not give any warnings before they creep in and steal your vehicle with “expired tags”when there are multiple vehicles parked on the street with the same situation. Must be one watching their own! Nobody knows where the vehicle goes until you call and report it stolen.
The tow truck driver Martell arrived earlier then the ETA given which was great! Martell was kind, courtesy and did not leave until he confirmed that the tire shop had my tire size and that I was good. I will use this towing company again and again! Awesome service!!!
I got a really good price and the young lady that quoted me was very nice. But my driver seemed to not be having a great day or had a problem with me.he was extremely rude and when I spoke to him about it he got offended and blamed me and how I described the "space", even though he was rude from the moment he pulled up. My driver Joe came very fast which I deeply appreciated but it went down hill from there.He pulled up and just hooked my car up, never spoke to me or got out of his truck. He never said hello, goodbye or have a nice day.
Don’t expect help from them if your insurance contacts them for roadside assistance, something as simple as a flat tire. What could’ve been a quick simple fix to change my flat that I had in the local Target parking lot turned into me being stranded there for 4 hours waiting for ANOTHER tow company from out of town. They called me telling me this was a service they did NOT do and my insurance must have emailed the wrong company that they didn’t want me waiting all night. Well appreciate the call, but I was stranded all night because a local company couldn’t do a simple service such as changing my flat to my spare tire I had in my trunk. Would give 0 stars if I could lol
Horrible service, did not handle my car with care, rude staff, and way over priced. When I went to pay the old lady had attitude the whole time and threw my card on the table at me. Do not recommend.
I was in a predicament. My car broke down in a parking lot and the starter went out and this company here had the best price quote for me and they were reliable and very quick to the location of where my car was. The driver ,Gadi Duran, was very courteous, polite, and friendly as well as, gave me some pointers and tips on how to repair my car. He even tried to get my car to start before I was to have it put on the flatbed to be towed home to save me some money. I would recommend this towing company for anyone at any time very courteous and polite customer service and staff as well as prompt and efficient. Thank you Gadi Duran and the rest of the staff who helped me at Castellano's Towing Service! You guys are great.
My car battery died and I needed to leave town asap. They were here so fast and Gadi was so nice and understanding. If I ever need anything tow related this is the only place I’ll call!

I can fully recommend Castellano's Towing. On 12/28/2023 at approx. 8PM we were driving south on Sanderson. A northbound vehicle made a high speed U-Turn in front of us (he was avoiding another vehicle that cut him off). Our Wheelchair Van was damaged severely on the passenger side front corner. The police called for a tow and Castellano's showed up. Eric, the owner, responded to the call. Eric took over management from his dad a couple years ago, and I have never met a more outstanding young man. Customer service flows through this man's veins. He was able to assist my wheelchair bound husband into the tow truck and take him home, it got a ride from a Hemet Police officer. Eric then helped my husband exit the truck ( bodily lift him down) and then proceeded to help me empty our personal belongings out of our vehicle before towing it away to the lot. Castallano's was then in contact with our insurance early the following day to facilitate the insurance company's retrieval of the vehicle. (10 Stars out of 5 for Castellano's).

I ran over a concrete planter in my work parking lot. Causes extensive damage and needed a flatbed tow for repair. I live an hour away from work. The gentleman that came to a remote location to pick up my car was super helpful in every way. My insurance company directed me to the wrong shop so they helped me find a reliable auto shop nearby. He also took me to the car rental place because the rental company would not pick me up in my remote location. I believe his name was Carlos. As I was getting off the truck with my hoard of bags, he allowed me to use his shoulder to disembark. He even helped me carry my bags into the car rental shop. I highly recommend this towing service! I owe a huge thank you to the driver and company for providing top notch service!

Wow, where do I start. on Saturday I got a flat tire in Banning and I requested roadside service through my insurance app. This towing service was assigned to me. I got a call from the driver who informed me he was not allowed to remove the spare from my vehicle, I told him I did not know how to remove the spare from my vehicle in which he asked if I had a vehicle manual. The I told him I don't even have a manual and then he told me to go ahead and look for the iron so that I could remove my own spare and then after he called me back, he tried to confirm where I was and I told him I had just left morongo and I was stopped in front of the truckstop in banning after about 10 minutes of him telling me, there was no truckstop in banning. He finally corrected me and told me I was stopped in front of the truck scale, well then after he got there, he told me because I had a trailer on my truck that now roadside assistance would not cover any of my request at all, and I'd have to pay him cash. At this point. I had a total meltdown on the side of the freeway cussing him out with him cussing me out and I told him if I had to pay I'm not gonna be paying him so he can leave and I cancel the service request after I cancel the service request and I'm on the phone with the dispatch of a new tow company. He came up on my passenger side, open the door to my own vehicle to confirm I do not want his services anymore to which I then cussed him out again and then he warned me that I better tell the next company that I had truck with the trailer. It made no difference to them. would never hire this company ever.
Great company and great service! ! My sister and I happened to find ourselves stranded with a broken down vehicle a couple weeks back, so glad our insurance got in contact with Castellano’s Towing , they were so nice , so professional, so quick! The driver even went as far as pushing our vehicle into the garage and gave us insight as to what caused our break down. The drivers name was Erik, what a nice young man.
Law enforcement had my buddy’s car towed to this yard. These folks were very helpful with getting it out. They stayed late for my buddy so that he could drive it away and get to work the next day. We appreciate it.
Neo was the driver who assisted and he was honest and very helpful even though my RV tires weren't to good he still helped me out and he was careful with the property and the vehicle we made it safe to our destination.

I called at 9:30am for a tow truck to meet me at at little Angie's on east Florida in hemet, I gave them the address, cross street and near by locations and they couldn't find me??? They said the would be here at 11 and they called me at 12 saying they are lost and can't find the way here. I told them I am on Yale and Florida in front of little Angie's restaurant and they called back 10 minutes later saying they can't find me and they are going to have to cancel the service. Super rude, unproffesional and clearly shouldn't be towing a car if they can't use a GPS correctly.
Called for a tow on the corner of Yale and E Florida at little angies diner, the driver could not find us so they cancelled our tow!!

Terrible service. Rude. Also not willing to work with you or come to a compromise! Tried grabbing my subwoofers that were detached from the car and was grabbed & pushed. Also threatened by the woman, her sons & all the drivers. Asked for them to call the cops, cops arrived & moral of the story is I got everything I wanted & needed so everything that happened was for no reason. They probably wanted my stuff for personal use because that’s usually what corrupt tow companies like to do. Definitely advise everyone to avoid this company. They bring their personal home issues into work and make your life miserable.
Absolutely 100% do not use this towing company! They ruined the bumper on my car. Pulled it all the way out when they went to take the car off of the ramp. I am so mad. And then they are not going to do anything about it? I now have to sue them. The guy literally refuse to do anything and I have pictures showing while it was on the ramp the damage she caused so unless you want them to further damage your vehicle I highly suggest you go with anybody else!
The customer service that Erik provided was top notch. He was quick, courteous and very nice. I just wished I could've tipped him. I always tip but I give a little more when service is provided like he did. I hope he gets a raise!

Senior lady requested tow service via insurance. Person named Israel called the lady and asked if bill was paid at (tow pickup location) business. Lady asked him why that wasn’t his business. Israel placed lady on hold, called business and asked if tow customers bill was paid. Tow driver arrived to pickup senior lady and requested ID. Lady refused & offered tow membership info driver refused to accept. Tow driver refused to provide service and left. There are more honest and customer friendly tow services locally. This is not the best tow or business service, checking other options would be beneficial.
My truck was towed for no registration. They refused to try and help me in any way. I even offered to work for them doing ANYTHING to help pay the fees and get my truck back. I was told in front of 3 witness's that I had until 07/07/16 to get my truck, I went to the office on 07/06/16 and was told that My truck was gone and currently for sale. I was told that we had a couple of days to buy it back but they sold it the same day. On top of all that I was never given any notice of any kind in regards to my truck and it's sale or pending sale.
