They don't really have workers/staff around, but we happened to stumble across an older man who works around here. They do take appliances to junk, obviously they're not gonna pay for it, but a great place to get rid of my appliances you no longer need as long as they're empty. They no longer take crv cans or bottles or anything of that sort and he referred us to go to New Era Recycling on Tanner St.
If I could give this place 0 I would. I had a trailer full of Atleast 1,500 pounds worth of scrap. I waited for a guide for me to drop it and get weighed. I was approached by an employee and I asked him if I needed to be weighed and he got very sharp and said “we do not buy metal”. DO NOT GO HERE by any means.
Terrible service, no staffing around to direct new customers, guy approached me from shed with attitude telling me to unload next to crane then come up for reciept. I unloaded went to front he came back out after 10 minutes with attitude "what are you still doing here?!?" Metal isn't paying much what u want 2.00 so disgusted with this person and place Go elsewhere people!!
This is by far my favorite place the girls in the front are very nice always friendly. The guys in the back are honest and helpful. They make it worth my drive.
Very dishonest people...tried to give me 10 dollars for a OEM CAT easily worth 120 dollars...woulda took 100 but 10 dollars? That's borderline criminal! Do not sell Cats here sell them online you get way better pricing. Customers BEWARE!
This place is awesome! Their staff member Daniel was very helpful and polite. Never been here before but I will always go now because of the experience I had today. No need to go anywhere else for your recycling!!
Horrible service. Very slow. Waited over 40 min for someone to unload some scrap metal while car after car unloading aluminum cans were helped ahead of me. Take your scrap metal elsewhere.
Is been 3 times . l notice they have not paid me wat supouse . l weight my cans on other places . and it was 9.85....9.86.......9.85. Wen l got here they was 7.8. l tell them . and they use the other weighter and it was 9.3. So something is wrong . l keep checking . see wath happend . l will go to comerce board with my proofs . in video and ask them wath to do.
First time here so I didn't have my cans and plastics separated ...The guy helping me just had me back in and separated it all for me and was very sweet....Thanks so much..Very friendly
They kept going through cans that was smash prior. Through ING out cans that was fully smashed and I was told they don't take cans smashed. They threw them into trash. Plus the employees werent paying attention what they were doing.. They were to worried and paying attention to my convertible 2003 BMW Z4 that only had 11, 000 miles and is practically brand new. Never going back.
They are not to professional But I must admit they really do give descent price for stuff. Best paying scrap yard iv been too. I have been to every other recycling yard in the valley. They all scam you on way or another.
Aluminum cans pay decently. Every thing else is a wast of time and money. That applys for all scrap yards.
These guys are as crooked as they come when weighing in scrap metal. They tried to be slick on the scale and not weigh in 35ibs of metal. I advise to go elsewhere. Also there 40 to 90 cents cheaper than everyone else.
Guys are hard working, always on the go. Great team work and guys sync together. Like that they unload your product. Always friendly and respectful towards myself and curtious towards all customers. (Their process and flow) love going there and pay out is legit. Not shady with your$
If I could put a negative star I would. They're horrible!! They're rude, disrespectful and dishonest. I don't recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy. I would say stay far far away. I know I will never be going back there again and all of my friends and family are all staying away too. We all have been treated terribly by them. They do a lot of shady business.
My husband went there at a little after 430pm today, a d they said they wouldn't help him "because they are closing" hours od operation say open until 5pm. Its now 448pm. We won't be going back here again. Very POOR customer service. My work is open until 5pm and if tou walk in the door at 5 minutes til we will still help you.
Went to the other place earlier today, first load, got ripped off. Brought my second load here and got treated fairly politely professionally. I do recommend this as s recycler
They are not best as far as I am concerned, I have been to them all. recap since about a year ago they quality of customer service has gotten bad.. Today 9/23/2016 I arrived and was waiting patiently, a hispanic worker came up to me and said pull up front and I will get you out quickly so I did he was still helping someone but after that he helped a transient that came after me, I was in the shade nice and cool but he has me pull out in the sun then skips over me, I left and I'm never going back!
Friendly, quick and clean. Yet they gave us way less than we had and expected, without a receipt. They weigh your cans and bottles instead of paying 5 cents eac
I have been going to them for years and i never had a problem! Always courteous and helpfull.
They always try to get you out fast, even when there is a lot of customers.And, yes i do like it better,
because they give you cash on the spot. Thank you!!
