I have looked for the tension springs on the back of my 2002 Weekend Warrior for a long time. I just found Amber the parts manager at Weekend Warrior. I got the Springs, the seals for the back ramp and a bunch of other small things I have had a hard time finding. Now she just found me weep hole covers that are not available in Salt Lake City where I live.

Great customer service and support. So glad that there still is a place that works on and knows all about weekend warriors. It’s a bummer they went of business but these people know all about these trailers. Glad they are keeping the name and keeping these amazing well built trailers going. Will always go back to them for anything. If you haven’t been to them you need to go. They have good prices and know what they’re doing. Do your self a favor and go see them.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 Saturdays are designated by appointments only. They are currently located at 1093 Enterprise avenue in San jacinto they have moved from Perris.
My LP/CO2 monitor was no longer working and beeping constantly . I called our local area and no one had what I needed but they could order one and would arrive in a couple of weeks and very expensive to boot. So I called Weekend Warrior and they had one and quite less expensive than the local RV dealers . I received it within the week and installed it now ready to go traveling without the Beeping problem
We have just purchased our 3rd Weekend Warrior, after not having one for 13 years. We are SO EXCITED. With it being a 2008, we have a few things that need to be fixed. I called and spoke with Tammy, who was super helpful and then she transferred me to Amber who answered my other questions. We will definitely be calling in and doing business again with them. They will be our "Go To" for parts for our Warrior.
The response to my needs was outstanding, the parts representative was knowledgeable, courteous and very willing to help. For my RV needs they get an attaboy for sure
They are very helpful but way overpriced. Paid $223 + $40 shipping on outside Skylight. Found exact same part, same size, same manufacturer at Amazon, $124. And that was with free shipping. I expected to pay a little more but not twice as much! Plus the manufacturer included the goop you put down on roof before install and Weekend Warrior Parts tried to sell it to me separately. Sheesh what a rip off. Make sire you do your research before purchasing parts here.
I acquired a 2008 FSW2800 toy hauler that needed alot of retrofitting. Weekend warrior is a great company to work with. I always receive my orders promptly and if an item is on backorder it still arrives in a timely fashion. I will be using weekend warrior for all my toy hauler needs.
Terrible service and quality of work. Had them retro the frame on my trailer, now I’m paying to have it done again, right this time. Don’t give them your money. Shotty work.
Luckily, my 2007 WW has been under a trailer cover since birth. So, no roof or wood damage. But it was time to give the girl some love. WW did the tongue retro, stripped and re-sealed EVERYTHING, new rear cap, brakes and axle service. Got it back sooner than I expected and the trailer is in tip top shape. Amber was very good about responding to emails, updates on repairs and even pictures along the way. They are closed on Wednesdays - so don't expect a return call then. Be patient and they will help you get your WW back up to snuff.
The owners and employees are awesome very knowledgeable about the trailers. I highly recommend them for all your weekend warrior needs. Great products and service.
Hard to contact. phone line is always busy or they just don’t answer had to call 8 times within a few minutes to get through. Maybe they’re busy but they’re a little impatient and didn’t seem to want to answer my questions. Felt like they wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible texted them got one reply but then got ghosted. Still waiting on my order let’s see how long it’ll take. When I buy a new trailer I will look for a company with better customer service. Nice that I can still buy parts for my 2003 toy hauler though.
The staff in the office is great. Very helpful. The service dept. Is second to none. They are the only factory service center in the world. Other backyard shops claim they are factory trained etc. They aren't the guys at Weekend Warrior Parts and Service are 100% the real deal great quality of workmanship..why would you take your car to a lawn mower shop. Thanks again for the fantastic job I would recommend that you take your warrior to a warrior trained shop. Note these guys worked the manufacturing line. They know Warriors.
25 days and still havent received part. No shipping confirmation. Dont answer there phones. Dont return messages. Double charged my card. Not sure you can get any worse than this company.
Looked on their website for a propane tank cover for my trailer thought $160 for a black cover that would look horrible on my trailer is too much so I got off the site, a day or so later Mary gave me a call telling me they were having problems with the site, that she would get me the propane tank cover, get it painted and even give me a discount so the total cost was a little over a hundred and $165 with shipping. I received the cover 4 Weeks Later which was two weeks longer than they had promised and the paint on the cover was about 90% primer 10% finish coat, don't know how this even left the shop. When I called to complain they told me that I wasn't charged for painting & shipping and they wouldn't even refund me the $10 they said they charged me for the paint, they also told me that the paint was only a rattle can paint job, this is not what I expected when I ordered the parts, I wish they would have told me this from the get-go. I won't order anyting else from this company, I also had a bad experience with the weekend warrior people when I bought my trailer, but that's another story.
Just wanted to say when I ordered my parts that I needed I was skeptical, but with the good customer service that I received from the office staff and the professionalism of the installers they change my mind. Great job guys.
