The tow truck driver parked in the middle of the street impeding traffic making a car scratch my new car so now truck driver isn’t at fault but was impeding traffic yeah I’m pissed
Unprofessional. Truck was dropped off from mechanic shop 40 miles away with driver window down completely then after confronting driver about it he laughs at me as if it’s not a problem.

11pm rainy weather 2 flat tires requiring tow and standing outside. AAA sends me this company with an expected arrival within an hour. Not the case my driver arrives within 15min, very friendly. Professional and has me wait in the truck because it’s raining as he puts my car to be towed. Never have a received such stellar service in my 25yrs with AAA hats off to the driver and desert towing . Related my experience to AAA.
Considering my last experience with AAA was a 13hour long fiasco in middle of nowhere 2 miles from gas station middle of nite driver wasnt notified until I finally went totally ballistic this was FANTASTIC AAA SERVICE AT IT'S BEST FOR REALS! RAM WAS QUICK TO GET THERE QUICK TO LOAD UP CAR AND SUPER FRIENDLY! ID GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!
I absolutely love this place in San Jacinto. they give free gas. I called the same dude 5 times this week and he came through with a gallon of gas . just got one today, also said he gives free tows every now and then. highly recommended
We broke down at Hemet HS dead battery. Adrian came to our rescue he was very helpful and friendly. Adrian replaced my car battery, put in new clips, sprayed some material on my battery posts to help fight corrosion and anchored down my battery. This is top notch service thank you again Adrian!!
I came out of the grocery store on Sat.....my battery was dead and I had all my groceries in the trunk...called AAA and was advised a tow was on the way.....I then received a message from Michael (I hope I have have his name right...invoice 117754) that he would be with me in 5 minutes, and he was....what a great young man...when he learned I had groceries in the car he immediately jumped the car and had me turn on the air full blast....he continued to be concerned about my situation so suggested that since the car was running I should drive home and he would follow me then replace the battery in my driveway....I opted to just have him change the battery.....he is a 5 star representative of both your company and AAA......I might also note that my steering went out in December in a dark parking lot.....your company had a representative to me in record time.....I had the car taken home and the next morning he came and picked up the car and me and got us to the dealer....he had the same attitude as Michael.....you have a great staff....
I am sorry for the other people, but I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who got ripped off by this company. The way they damaged my vehicle with their lack of towing skills, and AAA not helping reimburse me to the damage they caused interfered with my life tremendously.
Driver was extremely friendly, and prepared to tow my sports car and when my insurance provider forgot to send a link to track the tow progress, they were happy to give me an update over the phone about where the driver was at with my vehicle.
Very unprofessional driver I witnessed today on screen of a car crash tow truck driver in Hemet yelling and police officers and Resident I would Never use service and I will make sure to notify neighbors and residents and Community .of such Disrespect for police what kind of employees does this company have to think this is Acceptable behavior..
I was on the side of the road with a flat and Desert came in less than 20 minutes and got me on my way. The serviceman was really pleasant, gave me some fishing tips while he worked very quickly to change my tire. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend! A++
How about the next time one of your drivers comes up to a Railroad Crossing with the arms down and loaded thru Beaumont they don't illegally cross the train tracks with the Arms down and put themselves the customer ( with the Harley on the Bed 3/22/25) and my family at risk by going around the train crossing .
I'm sure that your insurance would like to know you guys are doing that and the CHP and AAA ( you'll lose that so quick I bet)
Excellent service!!!! I was assigned this towing company when I requested AAA for a battery jumpstart. My car was not able to start since the alarm system was difficult to override. When the technician (forgot his name but he genuinely cared) contacted the Desert Towing team member I was informed they would cancel my service. Very grateful and I wish good Karma since I was able to request a tow. Once again, I got assigned with Desert Towing and was fortunate to receive great support. Luis contacted me to make sure I was in a safe location. He was fast and polite. Thank you so much for your service Desert Towing. Your employees have great customer service!!!
10/10 George came and helped us when we were in a bind and the car was acting up. Very quick very polite. He explained how with newer cars act when the battery gets low
Had to use desert Towing Towing today after AAA Sent out a different company and the driver told me they couldn't to my car without damaging it.... So then desert Towing showed up and the driver Dennie was very professional courteous and saved my day without any damage to my vehicle I was super impressed with the service and will definitely recommend using them to anyone.. The driver Dennie deserves a bonus seriously. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
So great! I have AAA and the mess I went through with them myself and THEIR tow vendor, Wind & Sea Tow was a NIGHTMARE to say the least. They took HRS/ALL day to tow my car, no exaggeration so I requested from AAA another vendor when I had to get a 2nd tow... and although it took a couple of hrs for AAA to find one, as soon as they were assigned, Desert Tow went out immediately, got my car picked up within 30 mins and taken to its drop off location within 20 mins! They also called me to let me know they picked up the car and heading to its destination when I wasn't even there because I had to leave to take my son karate, although AAA said I had to be there, which was untrue both tows. Thank you DESERT TOW for your quick service and wonderful customer service!

2nd time I was stranded with a dead battery, this week. This time they sent me Ty from Desert tow in Hemet he checked Battery and alternator bad alternator, got me started and headed straight to toy tech auto, they confirmed and will install a new one tomorrow. Thanks Ty job well done. Thanks AAA
TERRIBLE SERVICE.they made 3 different trips to my house to replace the battery. 1st trip didn't have the correct battery. 2nd trip was canceled 3rd trip didn't have the proper tool to install the battery. I told them no problem just exchange it I will get it installed, they wouldn't do that under the warranty they had to install it, but they didn't have the tool they needed??? I said ok I'll buy the battery no warranty issue just sell me the battery they refused???. They knew ahead of time what kind of car it was and type of battery needed and still took the call only to come to my house and tell me they couldn't do anything. They must get a min show up fee from AAA or something. Also the last driver that came out claimed I was cursing and yelling at him which was completely untrue and I would be happy to share our ring footage with desert towing management to see that that is not what took place. The worst service I have ever received from a AAA contractor. They are not accredited by the BBB and AAA should not be using them, they have several complaints filed to the Better Business Bureau, from the service I received I can only say THEY JUST DONT CARE !

I want to share how fantastic Austin from Desert Towing is and how respectful and accommodating. We were in a bind and his promot excellent customer service was commendable. I really hope his manager realizes what an asset he is to this company.
So these guys I use the most mostly because of AAA but I wouldn't have it any other way these guys are the best and professional towing Co around I usually can't stand those damn tow truck guys I thought of them in a very dim light but Desart towing has restored my faith in trustworthy towing buss so thank you you have given me jump starts opened locked car doors sold me a battery picked up my vehicles and delivered them safe and sound from A to B and back to A . They never been late and seldem I had to wait very long drivers are the best curious and prof smell good and groomed nice uniforms just what you need from a service that they provide so yes I recommend Desart towing five stars*****
A huge thank you to Dan! The AAA time estimate was for after it got dark, but Dan arrived promptly and towed my car quickly and expertly. It was such a relief to see a friendly face and get help when I needed it! No fun sitting alone with a dead car and night approaching...
I usually have two sets of keys on me for I received multiple concussions in the military and I locked my keys in the vehicle all the time... I thought I could just run to the grocery store and come back but upon my return I jumped out of my vehicle left the keys in there with everything else and when I called AAA and they passed the word to Desert Towing, they requested if they could see if they could put a rush on it, Friday evening I said hey you know I understand I'm patient I'll be happy for y'all just to show up but Dan dropped everything and came right over.
my vehicle is not easy to break into but he did a fine job, smooth & Swift.
What awesome people. They were so nice when they came to jump start my vehicle. The technician knew exactly what to do. He did not just try one time, but was thorough. They were very fast. They are more than AAA. They are AAA+.
Totally satisfied with my experience! Dustin was on time, friendly and completed exactly what I asked of him. He towed my car 60 miles and dropped it in the exact location I explained, despite no one being home to guide him. Thanks for you attention and care! :)
Not knowing why my car wouldn't start, I requested either a tow or a battery test. They arrived quickly and jump started the car and it started so I asked the driver if he could test the battery. He didn't have the equipment to test so he called dispatch and the male dispatcher was rude saying he sent the the flatcar out because I requsted a tow and the other drivers where finishing up their calls. He said it would be a wait if I wanted to test. I decided to wait. The driver said it'd be about 15 minutes because the other drivers are finishing up and it wouldn't take long to get where I was. I waited 30 minutes, then called again for an ETA. A female dispatcher told me her shift just started, she looked into it and found nobody was on the way. She offered to send someone out, but I was tired of waiting and it was getting dark so I declined. Since AAA sent them out, I will be letting them know as well that they left me waiting, believing someone was on their way to assist me when in fact the first dispatcher never sent anyone.

Tow truck driver was very nice and professional, I handed him my key that was in immaculate condition. When he delivered my car to the mechanic, he handed my key in 3 broken places. He stated it fell apart.
But if you enlargen the images, you can see the key faub was cracked.
Accidents happen. Desert towing Manager Gloria paid me for the replacement key that had to be made, and I Thank her. You won't go wrong here. Everyone was really nice.
Everyone, I suggest getting AAA at least 200 mile coverage.
