Gabriel with Flag towing was my hero today. So grateful for him. My tire side wall blew out on the freeway today. AAA sent Me this Angel. He was fast, kind and so informative. Little did he know I had been balling my eyes out and shaking from the traumatic experience I just had. He kept me safe and calm. I tried to offer a tip and wouldn’t take it. I was on my way home when I suddenly got a flat tire on the freeway. I had quickly pull into the Arco off of La Cadena. Called for roadside assistance. Driver got there quickly. I had a far drive so the driver recommended I put my back tire on the front passenger (which was the flat) and donut on the back. Best advice!!! I was able to get home safely.

These guys are Amazing and especially the tow truck driver who graciously helped me on the side of busy hwy 215 in Riverside yesterday. He came out quickly, brought me a water as it was 95 degrees out, and bravely helped me with my urgent issue putting himself in harms way exceedingly close to speeding vehicles. I had to use AAA to come help change a tire on my car. The shop we had previously went to put the lug nuts on extremely tight, and we were unable to remove them with the tool we had. AAA sent this company. The lady on the phone was very nice, and the driver arrived in less than 15 minutes. I wish I could remember his name, but he was super cool. He almost couldn’t get the lug nut off either, but he kept trying. It took him and my husband working together to finally get it off. I definitely recommend this company!

Great and fast service, completed in no more than 10 min and also didn’t have to wait that long for Anthony to arrive, about 5 min after I placed call to AAA, he was very helpful and efficient, after helping me with my battery problems he explained that it was very important to replace it as it could continue to cause me issues (kind of old battery) .

If I could give this "business" zero stars. I would. Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had to deal with in my life. Not only were they all rude, which unfortunately in return made me reciprocate that same negative energy. They had me waiting for over 2 hours. Constantly pushing back the pick up time. So obviously when I called back for them missing their 3rd arrival time. I was frustrated because I notified them beforehand that the tire shop closes at 6pm. So I feel like in retaliation, for me being upset with their poor customer service and communication. The very immature and super disrespectful "customer service receptionist", who wouldn't give me her name by the way. Probably in fear of an impending complaint. She then decides to power trip, abuse what little power she has, and cancelled my tow after I already waited for hours. After hanging up on me several times, I might add. This then resulted in me missing my tire appointment today. Which is then going to result in more lost wages for myself tomorrow. Therefore, I really hope triple AAA took my complaint seriously about possibly terminating their partnership with them. Because as you can tell from previous fellow yelp reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. In addition, as a fellow business owner, I know this is not how you run a business or treat your customers. I wish I had more hands so I can give this spot 4 thumbs down.

Ran out of the gas from the freeway and left my car just above the line. Didn't think anything of it. I have to leave the vehicle to find somewhere to cool down. My phone was overheating and I couldn't call for help. By the time I got back these guys where already towing the officer present I asked the officer he's told me to make a deal with the tow yard And the guy hurried up and put the video call on the back of the truck and drove off after talking to the officer. I informed both of the officer and the tow driver that I have my insurance on the way but neither of them gave a damn.

I needed to have my cars battery checked because the car wouldn't start. AAA sent out Flag Towing. The specialist they sent out was Anthony Lopez to my residence. I can't begin to tell you how friendly, professional, and thorough Anthony was. He tested the battery, which was bad, replaced it and scanned my car for other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before he left. I usually don't leave reviews, but Anthony definitely deserves one for his professionalism!

Reached out to AAA to have my Tesla towed to Van Nuys from Riverside. David showed up, and took care of me. He made sure my vehicle was secured, and also asked me about the functions, having never towed a newer model Tesla. Once he was loaded up I was confident in his company’s service.
