Gabriel with Flag towing was my hero today. So grateful for him. My tire side wall blew out on the freeway today. AAA sent Me this Angel. He was fast, kind and so informative. Little did he know I had been balling my eyes out and shaking from the traumatic experience I just had. He kept me safe and calm. I tried to offer a tip and wouldn’t take it. The moment the dispatcher called me I was treated with kindness and compassion. I don't remember her name unfortunately, I was a bit distracted, but the dispatcher was super sweet and professional. She notified me the driver was about 30 mins or less. Gabriel called and let me know that he was close by and pulled up less than 2 minutes later. He arrived promptly, within the time frame given to me, and even though he had very little room to work with (in a bad spot on the side of a freeway with less than 2 feet of room next to traffic) he didn't hesitate and jumped out to get started. He told me to sit in the truck so I was safe, as I was not able to get out and away from my car beforehand. He was very quick to hookup the car and was there less than 10 minutes. I can't thank you enough Gabriel for the kindness and for sharing a little of your story with me. It made me feel safe and in good hands. You are awesome and wish you the very best! Hopefully if I am ever in the position again, I can use Flag Towing again and maybe even get to see Gabriel. Thank you everyone!

This is a late post. But Rafael came out on 9/20/24 to help with towing my car. I had to push my car out of the parking lot into an area where it could be towed. When he arrived he was unable to make it through the back entrance to the parking structure because of how it was laid out. He then went to the opposite side to get in and it worked. After getting the car on the bed, the straps he had was not working correctly so it took him longer to safe hook the car to the bed. Eventually we were able to make it home and he assisted me to push my car up the driveway. With no questions asked he volunteered to help. Overall, he was very helpful and knew what he was doing every step and kept me informed of what he was doing. I would request him again if that is an option. Thank you Rafael!

I was on my way home when I suddenly got a flat tire on the freeway. I had quickly pull into the Arco off of La Cadena. Called for roadside assistance. Driver got there quickly. I had a far drive so the driver recommended I put my back tire on the front passenger (which was the flat) and donut on the back. Best advice!!! I was able to get home safely.

Rafael denied lockout service due to customer being in a company truck. AAA provides services even if their customers are in a different vehicle or in someone else's vehicle. Totally Unhelpful. NOT recommended.

These guys are Amazing and especially the tow truck driver who graciously helped me on the side of busy hwy 215 in Riverside yesterday. He came out quickly, brought me a water as it was 95 degrees out, and bravely helped me with my urgent issue putting himself in harms way exceedingly close to speeding vehicles. Ran out of the gas from the freeway and left my car just above the line. Didn't think anything of it. I have to leave the vehicle to find somewhere to cool down. My phone was overheating and I couldn't call for help. By the time I got back these guys where already towing the officer present I asked the officer he's told me to make a deal with the tow yard And the guy hurried up and put the video call on the back of the truck and drove off after talking to the officer. I informed both of the officer and the tow driver that I have my insurance on the way but neither of them gave a damn.

Reached out to AAA to have my Tesla towed to Van Nuys from Riverside. David showed up, and took care of me. He made sure my vehicle was secured, and also asked me about the functions, having never towed a newer model Tesla. Once he was loaded up I was confident in his company’s service. I had to use AAA to come help change a tire on my car. The shop we had previously went to put the lug nuts on extremely tight, and we were unable to remove them with the tool we had. AAA sent this company. The lady on the phone was very nice, and the driver arrived in less than 15 minutes. I wish I could remember his name, but he was super cool. He almost couldn’t get the lug nut off either, but he kept trying. It took him and my husband working together to finally get it off. I definitely recommend this company!
