First time financing a car and Yolat was very helpful, very professional, and most of all informative. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here and purchasing your vehicle!

Overall I had a positive experience dealing with Raceway. Yolat was very professional and communicative. The only concern I have is that one of the sliding doors on our van does not close all the way (it has to have one last push once it clicks) and that was not something that came up after final inspection.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, one of the ladies who work here act like doing their job is a problem, and they chipped a HUGE piece of paint off my car didn't even apologize. They tried to say it looked like it was loose already. Then completely ignored me the rest of the time I was waiting for a response on what should happen.

DO NOT, DO NOT Come here, I had a very disappointing experience with David Gordon at Raceway Nissan of Riverside. I made it clear that I was willing to work exclusively with him if he could at least match my KBB offer. He assured me that he always beats it, so I took the time to drive to the dealership. Unfortunately, when I arrived, he completely lowballed me and wasted my time. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If this is how their employees operate, I would not recommend doing business here.

I submitted a credit application with Ryan yesterday and was prequalified. I arrived today and had Fernando as my salesman. We test drove the car I was interested in and he went above and beyond to get me the best discounts and rebate Raceway Nissan had today. Finance department also hooked me up with the best apr interest right now for 2024. Thank you to everyone here at Raceway Nissan 🙏

I purchased my car here around august of this year! Only reason i came to this dealership was because of the advertised mercedes we saw online. Keep in mind, we live 2 hours away!! When we got to the dealership, car looked and seemed just fine. Everything went well during the paper work process and we were assured car was in PERFECT condition and that they had completed the multi point inspection on it. We were given a story that it had one previous owner who took great care of the car. Which convinced us even more on the purchase. When we got home, we noticed the moonroof was slanted. We took the car back to them to try to get it fixed. I was carless for 2-3 weeks !!! And still had to make my first payment without the car in my hands. Chris, one of the managers there was the one helping us with this process. When we went the first time to pick it up, the passenger side airbag was out of the panel and the moonroof had a terrible whistle. We had to leave it again. Ever since, the car has been a NIGHTMARE! Chris completely wiped his hands clean of this and basically told us to figure it out ourselves. Honestly, do your research before buying here ! I would not recommend it! If you can go elsewhere, do so!! Because they will sell you a car and lie to you and tell you everything is fine with it.

I made contact with Steven yesterday, confirming stock availability and the condition of the used car I was interested in. I made an appointment with Steven for 9:30 this morning January, 18, 2025. I arrived a few minutes late only to find that Steven was not there and that the car I was interested in had issues and it could not be found by Fred, one of the managers who assisted me. BAD service, not happy.

Found rodents nest under the hood on 2020 bmw x5 white. Sometimes these Rodents like to be an electrician. Be careful. Sales rep was very nice and helpful. BE CAREFUL, future buyers. Check the car.

This is the most poorly run car dealership I've ever been to. The experience buying the vehicle was awful and now that I've sold that vehicle and bought something much better from a real dealership Raceway Nissan has decided to stop returning emails, calls and texts about money owed to me for canceled gap insurance and a canceled extended warranty. Then when they decide to call me back, it's not even regarding the money they owe me, its a salesman trying to sell me another car. Absolutely unreal. It seems the only route left to go is litigation so my lawyer will take this over from here. Beware of this dealership. If I could give negative stars I would. Horrific management.

STAY AWAY!!! Agreed in OTD price via phone and email. Came in and everything changed. Qe are not only talking about a few hundred, we are talking 8k total... they can keep that car.... THEY BLAMED THE NEW GUY... this is false advertisement and bait and switch. And even if the new guy made a mistake, I'm sure the new guy just didn't suck the numbers out of his behind, he had to have asked a manager for that. I cant believe people are unethical like this. Then to top it off, didnt want to run credit with Cap One Auto with the excuse that Cap One Auto charges them exorbitant fees, eventhough they are partnered with them. This is will also be reported to Capital One Auto. Again stay away!!! Worst experience ever!!

STAY AWAY FROM RACEWAY NISSAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! This service department should be ashamed of how they treat customers.. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years to purchase 4 cars, and always go here to get my oil changes done, but no more, 3 months ago I went in on Saturday morning, the service writer Liseth Perez did NOT want to honor a coupon I had received in the mail, she said they don’t do oil changes that low anymore, after trying for 20-30 mins, she called for my car to be brought back to me so I had to leave… This happened again two weeks ago, my husband went in on a Thursday, service manager said oil change will be $30, so we went back two days later on a Saturday morning, again, Liseth was there and said there was no way an oil change will de done for that price, I asked for the manager since he would remember he gave us that price, she said he was off and gave me the general office number, again called for my car to be brought to me from the techs, I left to a different place. Yet I keep getting calls from this place saying they have a promotion for oil change for my specific car $30!! Like why and how if Liseth doesn’t want to honor it. I only continue to go here because it’s the closest to home but no more! I will not deal with unnecessary attitude from this place anymore.

To the service manager, Marco Estrada, please take me off of your calling list. I have asked you millions of times. I am on my third transmission for my Nissan versa and my car doesn’t even have 90,000 miles on it. You could’ve cared less when I went there however many years ago was and I’ve called you guys and asked you guys to take me off of your list. Please stop calling me for whatever you guys keep calling me for. Unless it’s for a new transmission, then leave me alone. It’s harassment.

My sister in law bought a car from them a few years ago, so unfortunately it is probably too late to do anything about this now. But in looking over her contract to see if her recent engine failure would be covered by warranty, I discovered that they sold her a 60k mile wrap coverage warranty. (Wrap is meant to supplement the powertrain warranty to essentially make it bumper to bumper) The problem is that her car came with a manufacturer 6 year / 60k mile bumper to bumper warranty. So they essentially charged her for a warranty that did nothing above and beyond the factory warranty. Crook behavior.

The corrupt service department added 3,000 MORE MILES to my car just to get it out of warranty. I came in with 34K and they tampered with it to bring it up to 37K. How does my odometer go up 3,000 miles in a matter of minutes?! My 2022 nissan Sentra battery died. It kept saying system malfunction so i took a photo of my dashboard and my mileage read 34,162 (still under warranty) i have photo evidence of this and my car sat there until the tow truck came. I got it towed the 5 miles to the dealership thinking ok great it’s still under warranty so whatever the issue is it’ll be paid for. My car gets dropped off and the service advisor liseth calls me and says that my car is no longer under warranty and a battery will be $375. She tells me that my odometer is reading 37,361 ! I told her she’s incorrect and that my miles are only at 34K. I come up here to speak with the manager Marcos to show proof of that and he doesn’t know how this could’ve happened. So now my car is out of warranty and we know these stupid Nissans are expensive to maintain. The manager offered to give me a free battery and of course he would since I’m sure his people are the ones who messed with my mileage so that i can be out of warranty. I also got a text from the sales department to sell my car since it’s high mileage right now 😒 this place put 3,000 miles on my car in a matter of minutes and no one knows what happened. How does my car mileage jump over 3,000 after it’s dropped off?! They tampered with it and then offered me a free battery when they got caught.

YOLAT IS A GREAT SALES AGENT. HE WAS VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY NEEDS. I GOT WHAT I WANTED AND WAS NOT BEING SOLD SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT WANT. IF YOU WANT THE BEST HELP, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM HIM. GLAD I MET HIM ON MY FIRST TIME.

I went earlier today to receive a free oil change + free car wash + free vehicle inspection that was personally offered to me by one of the workers here at Raceway Nissan. I confirmed that I was indeed receiving the free wash + oil change + inspection that was offered and they did text me yes. However, when I went to drop off my truck at 10:45am (the time of my supposed appointment), They said that I did NOT qualify for either things. I then told them about the text messages that I received from Rebecca about seeing my truck for oil changes and car wash and the inspection. The text messages clearly stated saying I was selected to receive those complimentary things. I then got the appointment confirmed to see Liseth Perez to get my free oil change + car wash + inspection. When I got there, It was a lady that was working the service lines, she had then told me that it was a ACCIDENT that they did NOT MEAN TO send me those text messages. I then asked for a manager and the lady told me that on Saturday there are NO managers. Absolutely ABSURD. I then asked her then why did I receive these messages confirming it was me that could get a complimentary oil change + car wash+ inspection, and the lady ended up changing her opinion and said she would honour the text messages, but that my truck would have to be left at the dealership ALL DAY because they were busy. This is unacceptable as my appointment was at 10:45am. They even have a new huge sign that reads, “New Management, New attitude”. I never realized the new attitude was extremely unorganized & unprofessional.

Raceway , I am a repeat customer. I purchased my first frontier in 2014 and truly enjoyed this truck. My granddaughters are getting older and I needed more room , now i am truly enjoying my 2023 crew cab . and a big shout out to , Pete Acevedo for making things go smoothly .

I normally do not write reviews but this place is absolutely horrible. Their service department should be ashamed of how they treat customers. Pedro was condescending, rude, and didn’t even bother to have the correct information. He pulled out my manual from my car and started reading it to me. Once he left, I dealt with Liseth who was equally as unpleasant but without the condescending attitude at first. Until she called me and started to repeatedly explain what a tire rotation was as if I was a child. When I walked in to pick up my car she was actually reading another review about how terrible their customer service is and I could not agree more. They have signs claiming there is new management and new attitude but it sounds like their attitude may be thing that still needs service.

Good people and friendly service!! “Bipo” helped me a lot and got me the car I wanted at a fair price!

A very big shoutout to Nick, Oscar, and Charlie for working with me and getting me into a better vehicle. I LOVE my brand new Nissan Rogue. They went out of their way to make sure I left with a car because it’s what I wanted and my goal was NOT to leave empty handed. They will all literally work with you to get your car and go out of their way to help you. I appreciate you Nick for going to bat for me. You mad lit. Thanks to you all, really.

I got a honda last year with raceway nissan, the finance manager told me that in order to get the car the finance company which was capital one was requiring me to get an extended warranty, this warranty was about 5000 dollars and they said the warranty was needed because the bank feels better when someone buys a used car and they have a warranty. Because if something happens to the car there's less risk that the buyer will stop making payments on the car. And I came to find out TYING the price of the vehicle to the their products is illegal. I would like to know who to talk to about this problem

Just left after wanting to buy a used car at it advertised price on line with my 79 year old mother. They said there were add ons of 2300 dollars above the advertised price which I know were factory installed. She needed a car so we agreed to the price. Finance did not approve the sale because we were paying cash and not financing. How is this legal? False advertisement. Banner says under new management with new attitude 😂 what a bunch of BS Will never spend another dime at this place

Service at the parts department was great but they didn't have the part I needed . I went to a nearby auto parts store and got my part for half the cost .

I visited and called several dealers in the area and out of the area and Raceway Nissan treated me with respect, allowed me to be picky be myself ask a million questions and took care of everything I asked for. They made what can be a stressful experience into a happy and easy purchase. From my sales person Gabriel to the finance team and the management, everyone was amazing and when it is time for me to replace my Nissan frontier I will be coming back for sure.

This place is run by a bunch of amateurs. We drove two hours because they had a specific car that we wanted. After I negotiated the deal over the phone, we arrived and they changed the pricing on the car and everything. I had never seen anything so unprofessional. The sales person I was assigned was not helpful at all. I had not dealt with her during the negotiation over the phone so I don't even know what purposed they served. Anyway, they agreed to take my trade in, but did not sell me the car for what they had originally agreed on! Also, the car only had a valet key and they could not find the two fobs that went with the car. I reluctantly bought the car even though I should have walked out of that dealership and never looked back. It took over 3 months for them to get the keys and have the car re keyed with the new locks. During that time, there were several staffing changes--both management and sales. Some times I would call to get an eta on the keys and no one would even know what was going on or act like they couldn't help me! It was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences of my life. The car finally had keys 3 1/2 months after this nightmare started. Fast forward, I still have the car, and am happy with it. They called and asked if they could buy the car because they were looking for low mileage trade ins. After I answered a slew of questions about the car, the guy ghosted me, and didn't call me back. It's like, why put that much energy into finding out about my car, with questions you all should have known since I bought it at your dealership, just to ghost me. Don't do business with these people. It will be one of the most aggravating experiences of your life.

Pedro Perez was an absolute nightmare. I tell him that I'm there for the oil change special that comes with a tire rotation and that I also wanted to check out one of the sensors that flickered randomly. I explained to him that this problem happened the last time right before my car cut off in the middle of the freeway and I was afraid it was going to happen again. Guess what this guy tells me... He asks me about my mileage and I tell him 38 thousand miles. He said "You need the 30k second maintenance for your car. It will fix that issue." It takes everything in me not to laugh in this guy's face. So I say " You're telling me that the maintenance package that is made to maintenance the vehicle that is two years old is going to fix an ELECTRICAL PROBLEM?" 🤕 So I just decline the service and he then tells me to pop my hood.. I'm confused. He goes right for my air filter :/ I'm looking at him looking at the air filter that really doesn't look to be dirty at all. He places it back and I'm assuming he's thinking the same thing because he didn't say a word. Otherwise that probably would have been his "IN" to reiterate that I needed 30k maintenance on the car. After that I ask him if he has a shuttle service so I can get a ride home. He says "We don't give rides for oil changes." In my head I'm thinking..uh you just quoted me 2 hours, so I'm just stuck here in hot as hell riverside for 2 hours instead of my AC filled living room. Cool. So I just say forget it. I'll do it another day (not here obviously) because we don't have a ride home.

Excellent service. Explained everything very well, and always complete my repairs on time. They even wash your car when they are done. Love this place
