Pedro Perez was an absolute nightmare. I tell him that I'm there for the oil change special that comes with a tire rotation and that I also wanted to check out one of the sensors that flickered randomly. I explained to him that this problem happened the last time right before my car cut off in the middle of the freeway and I was afraid it was going to happen again. Guess what this guy tells me... He asks me about my mileage and I tell him 38 thousand miles. He said "You need the 30k second maintenance for your car. It will fix that issue." It takes everything in me not to laugh in this guy's face. So I say " You're telling me that the maintenance package that is made to maintenance the vehicle that is two years old is going to fix an ELECTRICAL PROBLEM?" 🤕 So I just decline the service and he then tells me to pop my hood.. I'm confused. He goes right for my air filter :/ I'm looking at him looking at the air filter that really doesn't look to be dirty at all. He places it back and I'm assuming he's thinking the same thing because he didn't say a word. Otherwise that probably would have been his "IN" to reiterate that I needed 30k maintenance on the car. After that I ask him if he has a shuttle service so I can get a ride home. He says "We don't give rides for oil changes." In my head I'm thinking..uh you just quoted me 2 hours, so I'm just stuck here in hot as hell riverside for 2 hours instead of my AC filled living room. Cool. So I just say forget it. I'll do it another day (not here obviously) because we don't have a ride home.

I went earlier today to receive a free oil change + free car wash + free vehicle inspection that was personally offered to me by one of the workers here at Raceway Nissan. I confirmed that I was indeed receiving the free wash + oil change + inspection that was offered and they did text me yes. However, when I went to drop off my truck at 10:45am (the time of my supposed appointment), They said that I did NOT qualify for either things. I then told them about the text messages that I received from Rebecca about seeing my truck for oil changes and car wash and the inspection. The text messages clearly stated saying I was selected to receive those complimentary things. I then got the appointment confirmed to see Liseth Perez to get my free oil change + car wash + inspection. When I got there, It was a lady that was working the service lines, she had then told me that it was a ACCIDENT that they did NOT MEAN TO send me those text messages. I then asked for a manager and the lady told me that on Saturday there are NO managers. Absolutely ABSURD. I then asked her then why did I receive these messages confirming it was me that could get a complimentary oil change + car wash+ inspection, and the lady ended up changing her opinion and said she would honour the text messages, but that my truck would have to be left at the dealership ALL DAY because they were busy. This is unacceptable as my appointment was at 10:45am. They even have a new huge sign that reads, “New Management, New attitude”. I never realized the new attitude was extremely unorganized & unprofessional.

== STAY AWAY from Raceway Nissan!! == BEWARE Bait and Switch == Cameron (Sales Director/Manager) will agree and finalize a price on phone and email to lure you to the dealership. I was promised that vehicle will be ready for quick paperwork. Oh Boy!! All this was DECEPTION!! When you reach at dealer, Boss who you talk and agree in phone and in writing, is not available. New salesperson is assigned to assist and waste your time. Snake oil salesman!! Buy this. Buy that. WHAT happened to agreed deal in writing with desk manager, which i did to save time and speed-up the process. New Sales Manager don't care for your deal. What Deal!! And so called boss whom you were talking in last few days, didn't show-up and/or has courtesy to pick the phone. Cameron the so called boss was there in building to watch the drama from distance. It's all B.S. bait and switch game. I was played. but please be careful from these unprofessional snake oil salesman!! No ethics!! Please save your time and peace of mind!! STAY AWAY. Irony, Dealer put a banner "Under New Management and New Attitude"!! What a joke!! I think, sales staff must take ethical and morality classes. Sorry to say, I wasted whole day and 5 hours in commute (150 miles) from LA to Riverside!! Still waiting for Apologies!! NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!

I am writing to express my frustration with the dishonest practices I encountered at Raceway Nissan. After finding a truck online, I reached out to Sales Manager Ryan Sanchez, informing him that I am a serious buyer with an 825 credit score, prepared to make a substantial down payment and finance the rest. I requested an out-the-door price for the vehicle, but was told they do not provide that information over the phone and insisted I visit in person. During our conversation, Ryan mentioned an additional $1,800 fee, which included $400 for nitrogen in the tires and other questionable charges. Despite my willingness to pay the full listed price plus taxes and registration, I was unable to obtain a clear out-the-door price after two days of attempts. I then contacted Sales

I purchased my car here around august of this year! Only reason i came to this dealership was because of the advertised mercedes we saw online. Keep in mind, we live 2 hours away!! When we got to the dealership, car looked and seemed just fine. Everything went well during the paper work process and we were assured car was in PERFECT condition and that they had completed the multi point inspection on it. We were given a story that it had one previous owner who took great care of the car. Which convinced us even more on the purchase. When we got home, we noticed the moonroof was slanted. We took the car back to them to try to get it fixed. I was carless for 2-3 weeks !!! And still had to make my first payment without the car in my hands. Chris, one of the managers there was the one helping us with this process. When we went the first time to pick it up, the passenger side airbag was out of the panel and the moonroof had a terrible whistle. We had to leave it again. Ever since, the car has been a NIGHTMARE! Chris completely wiped his hands clean of this and basically told us to figure it out ourselves. Honestly, do your research before buying here ! I would not recommend it! If you can go elsewhere, do so!! Because they will sell you a car and lie to you and tell you everything is fine with it.

I am not someone who writes negative reviews so I’m going to start this with a compliment. Yvette is a real straight shooter and I appreciate her honesty. She was maybe the only person I interacted with that had my best interests in mind. I brought my Versa in a few months back because I needed an oil change and my car was just not running great in the mornings when I started it, I had an inkling it was spark plug related but knew it could maybe be the transmission as I know so many people who have had issues with Nissan transmissions. So I asked them to check on that/run a diagnosis while I was there. The engine didn’t have any codes come up so they told me the transmission was fine. But they had me replace my brakes, a drive belt, and they fixed something with my EFI while I was there. All told it was over 2 grand in repairs, nothing to do with the transmission, for a car that was probably only worth about that much if I tried to resell it. But, I asked Pedro if he would do the work if it was his car/was it even worth it considering what the car is worth and he said he would, again, did not say the transmission was shot and would need to be replaced. So, I trusted him and put the 2 grand into my car thinking that maybe something they did would fix the rough idle I was feeling in the morning and I could get more life out of my car. Nope. The car got progressively worse until I took it in just this past weekend and they told me I need to replace the transmission. Almost 6000 dollars. For a car not even worth the 2 grand I had just put into it. Another brutal detail is that when I took it in this time, they updated the software to get a better diagnosis on the transmission (why that wasn’t done the first time I do not know!) and the check engine light came on. So I ultimately had to trade in a car (not to Nissan, ended up going with a different dealer) with a check engine light on which cost me even more money. Nightmare experience. I’m not trying to hurt a business but I was really taken advantage of and it wasn’t cool. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We recently purchased a vehicle from the sales team at Raceway Nissan in Riverside: including Cameron Diebolt and Daniel Macias. I couldn't be happier with their quality of service and the deal we received on our purchase. They treated us with respect and were fast and efficient with completing the paperwork for that purchase. I really like these guys and will do business with them in the future as need for another vehicle arises. A big thumbs up.

Just left after wanting to buy a used car at it advertised price on line with my 79 year old mother. They said there were add ons of 2300 dollars above the advertised price which I know were factory installed. She needed a car so we agreed to the price. Finance did not approve the sale because we were paying cash and not financing. How is this legal? False advertisement. Banner says under new management with new attitude 😂 what a bunch of BS Will never spend another dime at this place

This place is run by a bunch of amateurs. We drove two hours because they had a specific car that we wanted. After I negotiated the deal over the phone, we arrived and they changed the pricing on the car and everything. I had never seen anything so unprofessional. The sales person I was assigned was not helpful at all. I had not dealt with her during the negotiation over the phone so I don't even know what purposed they served. Anyway, they agreed to take my trade in, but did not sell me the car for what they had originally agreed on! Also, the car only had a valet key and they could not find the two fobs that went with the car. I reluctantly bought the car even though I should have walked out of that dealership and never looked back. It took over 3 months for them to get the keys and have the car re keyed with the new locks. During that time, there were several staffing changes--both management and sales. Some times I would call to get an eta on the keys and no one would even know what was going on or act like they couldn't help me! It was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences of my life. The car finally had keys 3 1/2 months after this nightmare started. Fast forward, I still have the car, and am happy with it. They called and asked if they could buy the car because they were looking for low mileage trade ins. After I answered a slew of questions about the car, the guy ghosted me, and didn't call me back. It's like, why put that much energy into finding out about my car, with questions you all should have known since I bought it at your dealership, just to ghost me. Don't do business with these people. It will be one of the most aggravating experiences of your life.

I went to RaceWay Nissan last week. My intention was to buy a used vehicle because it was time for me to upgrade. I worked with Cameron Diebolt and Ryan Sanchez, both of them were great! This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had they were attentive, caring and sincere and never once did I feel pushed into buying the brand new Nissan Rogue SV that I drove off the lot with. I haven't had a new car in 24 years and I feel like a million bucks in it. I highly recommend anyone wanting to have a good experience and not feel as though they're being strong armed to go take the drive and meet with Cameron and Ryan because they made this a wonderful experience for me.

I got a honda last year with raceway nissan, the finance manager told me that in order to get the car the finance company which was capital one was requiring me to get an extended warranty, this warranty was about 5000 dollars and they said the warranty was needed because the bank feels better when someone buys a used car and they have a warranty. Because if something happens to the car there's less risk that the buyer will stop making payments on the car. And I came to find out TYING the price of the vehicle to the their products is illegal. I would like to know who to talk to about this problem

I take my 2014 Nissan Altima to this dealership for oil change and they charged me $92.13 plus %3 credit card surcharge total $94.89. This is Nissan dealership not luxury car dealership.. advisor Pedro Perez said everybody pay that much now. Transaction date is 07/08/2024. Also another time I went there for oil chance they take out cabin air filter to see if it needs to be change and they didn’t put it back in instead they left it on passenger seat. I just want to let people know these stuff. It is better to go somewhere else because this dealership is not the place you want trust for your car and spend your money.

I called to see if a vehicle was available. The sales person said yes and I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I told him it was important to verify it because I had to drive one hour to get there. When I arrived for my appointment, the sales person met me and said the vehicle had a blown transmission. Are you kidding me? Thanks for wasting two hours of my time.

They don’t check on you’re vehicle they just go through the history of your vehicle and recommend you stuff. I went for oil change they didn’t check on the air filters and recommend me new ones and I have new filters on my car, i just got new tires two days ago and they recommend tires rotation as well just to make their money.

If your reading this then you must be looking for a place to have Nissan serviced. Look no further you have one the best place for service. Our first experience with a used car. We purchased our car in Riverside on Auo Center. We payed for the extended insurance for $2,150. They told us Bumper to Bumper. WRONG, it wasn't. Told we had to take to them for service. WRONG AGAIN. After big run around we were able to take to Raceway Nissan. We were EXTREMLY HAPPY. Our car needed work for 3 major things. Pedro kept us informed the whole time. We are now so glad we went to Raceway as they have us as customers for as long as we have our Nissan. When we need another car, we will go to Raceway Nissan and purchase another Nissan. This is our 3rd Nissan purchase and then it will be 4. Thankyou again to Pedro for his great customer service.

I didn’t believe it until now…….there really is a new gimmick sparking up with some car dealerships , I say some sparingly because I know there are other dealerships that still have class. That’s so unfortunate, my wife and I are ready to purchase a utility vehicle to tow our new boat and we’re in awe when she showed up to see the vehicle she wanted and only to be told it wasn’t there. She phoned an hour before and Felipe stated ….”yes it’s here come on down and see it”. The funny thing is, when my wife pulled up to the dealership she saw a worker pulling out of the dealership with the car she saw in the ad, than she was told car isnt here, perhaps you would like to see others like it. For those of you sales reps, sales managers and the GM, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves for deceiving honest hard working people. Thank goodness, there are some honest people still out there, of course we had a back up plan and called Fritts Ford, we showed up and they took my wife to see the car in that was advertised. Thank you Team Fritts Ford, you all have class.

It was great Yvette is such a great service representative. Very helpful and makes everything go seamless I was there last week for transmission fluid change she had told me I needed brakes/rotors & brake fluid change I went ahead scheduled an appointment I left the keys off to her today she had remembered everything that needed to be done hassle free.

Worst customer service. Incorrect information given to me regarding battery warranty. They sold the battery that was ordered for my vehicle service. They over charged me, would not honor quote that was given to me by their CSR prior day. They were unapologetic for their mistakes and mis communication.

I visited and called several dealers in the area and out of the area and Raceway Nissan treated me with respect, allowed me to be picky be myself ask a million questions and took care of everything I asked for. They made what can be a stressful experience into a happy and easy purchase. From my sales person Gabriel to the finance team and the management, everyone was amazing and when it is time for me to replace my Nissan frontier I will be coming back for sure.

DONT BUY USED CAR FROM HERE!!WE ARE SO FRUSTRATED!WE BOUGHT CHRYSLER VOYAGER 2020 last May 2022, TECHNICALLY SPEAKING THE CAR IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD, AND TODAY 2024, ALOT OF PROBLEMS OCCUR!!WE NEED NOW TO REPLACE THE CATALYTIC, COOLANT IS DRAINING, OIL COOLANT ASSEMBLY ALREADY REPLACED, BUT STILL COOLANT IS DRAINING FOR LESS THAN 2weeks.STOP/START IS NOT WORKING, THE CAR IS NOW NOT STARTING, BOTH BATTERIES REPLACED, ALTERNATOR REPLACED, FUSED REPLACED, STARTER REPLACED, AND SAME PROBLEMS OCCUR..WE ALREADY SPENT $5,000 for the REPAIRS AND STILL GIVING US NIGHTMARE!!THEY SAID THAT OUR VAN IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY, and THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!WE STILL HAVE 4 REMAINING YEARS TO PAY THAT GARBAGE VAN IN THE BANK AND IT’S SO DEPRESSING!!!WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING!!!IT IS SO UNFAIR THAT THEY GAVE US A PRICE, WE ARE WILLING TO PAY, WE ARE ACTUALLY PAYING ON TIME BUT WHY DO THEY NEED TO SELL LIKE THIS GARBAGE CAR!!!!

My car has been acting up on me so I had it taken in. Two days later they told me I needed my transmission serviced so I did and paid for it as soon as I drive it out the dealership it started to drive worse than when I brought it in, so then they call me the next day and said I needed to change my transmission after I already paid to get it serviced saying "they didn't check everything". So basically I paid for something I didn't need and they expected for me to ALSO pay for the transmission change, they even seemed surprised when I declined to swap it. Not coming here again.

I took my car for service and they did turbo job and the balancing of the tires management need to get better on the service department

Don’t buy in this place . They qualify you and after 2 weeks they send you a letter to return the car ,the financial company canceled the loan, I come and they tell me ,that everything is fine that it was one of many financial companies and the next week they tell me, that I have to come again because the PAYMENT WILL BE MORE AND THE INTEREST ALSO .....FTS

So many years coming to this dealerto service my cars and never had such a bad service like the one I had today… I have service points available and advisor does not let you use it…

Even though I have purchased 2 Nissans from your Raceway Nissan center today, it disturbed me that you saw me as a goose to be plucked rather than as a former customer of yours. Even though I always come to you for service The only reason why I have this thought is that you did not warn me about the extended warranty period of the transmission of my Nissan 2016 model car and your request for high repair fees as if you were mocking me for the transmission repairs made me think negatively about Moreno Valley*Raceway Nissan. AND FOR THIS REASON I WILL NOT BUY A NISSAN BRAND CAR UNTIL I DIE. AND I WILL WARN MY PEOPLE TO NOT BUY NISSAN CARS AGAIN..

Overall the service from their personnel to the repair and also finance for the repair was excellent!!! I’ve been coming to Raceway Nissan for a while and always get excellent service!!!

Service at the parts department was great but they didn't have the part I needed . I went to a nearby auto parts store and got my part for half the cost .
