Parts guy named Chris!! has been a god send , found the parts that were oddly named. found my car even when I gave him the wrong vin. Worked with me multiple times, I got the correct customer service, also the older parts guy (Pat?) the encyclopedia thank you. The gen 1 twin turbo timing chain v6 is running perfectly. Y'all helped me a lot can't emphasize this enoug! even though it seems small it changed my day which means more than you'd know

I feel like I get the run around from them every time I come in here. I have a battery under warranty and wanted to test it, but future ford will not have a look at it unless I bring it in with the car (which will not start, because of a dead battery?) so in order to test it, I have to have the whole car towed to them. It just seems rediculous...

I explicitly called ahead to confirm whether the vehicle I wanted was in stock. I was clearly told yes, which is the ONLY reason I came in. That information turned out to be completely false. After arriving, I was made to sit and wait for over an hour, only to be told they could not even locate the vehicle anywhere on their lot. Multiple employees searched multiple yards and still couldn’t find it. That alone shows how disorganized and careless this dealership is. Instead of being honest, they wasted even more of my time by taking me to another Ford dealership, had me drive the vehicle about 8 miles back to their main location, and then kept me there for nearly FIVE HOURS doing paperwork and discussing a deal that should never have existed in the first place. After all of that after hours of waiting, driving, and paperwork the salesperson Benjamin, who was handling the deal, finally came back and said: “Sorry, the vehicle is already sold. We don’t actually have it in stock.” This is beyond unacceptable. This is bait-and-switch behavior, complete disrespect for a customer’s time, and a total lack of professionalism. If the vehicle was already sold, that should have been disclosed before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, not after wasting an entire day. This was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Dishonest communication, incompetence, and zero accountability. I would strongly warn anyone considering this dealership to stay away unless you enjoy having your time completely wasted.

I typically like future Ford as a whole... The location off Madison is great and for my company cars and personal cars they tend to be one of our go to dealers. So, I figured future Roseville would be the same experience. Long story short, typical bait and switch tactics. We specifically called in on three trucks we were looking at for my son. "Yes, we have all three on the lot, when can you come down?". We head straight there only to find none of them are on the lot... But they would love to show us other ones. Huge waste of time. Never going to the Roseville location again.

Would not recommend taking your car in for service at this location. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days to diagnose the problem. I'm on day 4 and was told that the technician isn't in on Saturday. Had to take my car somewhere else. Very disappointing.

The service manager, Jason, is responsive and courteous. I had an issue with a roof rack order and he wasted no time solving it. Big thanks!

Really Really bad service i don't recommend to visit this place i went to dropoff my car and i asked a few employees for instructions and all of them were like mad and answer to me like rude the answers wore i don't know where, go ask someone else, don't ask me i can't answer that question Really bad is like they don't want to be there
