Very rude front desk. The moment I entered the front door absolutely no body wanted to assist or ask why I’m there. There was minimal conversation as they acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me an over priced headlight that had a broken tab. They wrapped the headlight in shrink-wrap and lots of tape that I couldn’t open it to check out the actual condition. When I asked about the return policy they didn’t want to tell me, then when I persisted that all used parts should have a return policy, they ranged it from 5 days, 7 days or 30 days but again no actual answer. Then I overheard them speaking bad about a customer that was older that had a son which I thought was very unprofessional of them. Very shook that this place is still operating.

Very affordable prices, and they have videos on the stuff running so you can buy with confidence, other salvage yards in the area don't even come close just a bunch of slum bag salesman.

I've been to hundreds of auto parts stores over the years, but this one truly stands out! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to listen to what I needed and even double-checked to make sure I was getting the right parts for my vehicle. The double checking seems to irritate some people though, lol.
The selection was good, everything from basic maintenance items to more specialized components, all neatly organized and in stock with a lot of pictures. Prices are competitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable some of the higher-end brands were.
What really made the difference was the customer service. Jay just didn't sell me parts — he offered advice, tips, and even printed out a diagram to help with my DIY project. That kind of support is rare these days, old school know how!
Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs reliable parts and great service. I’ll definitely be back to see Jay and crew for all my future automotive needs, especially when I get stuck on a project.

I have a shop and I was looking for cluster for bmw. They have it on their website but when my friend called them, the guy said he cant find the part on their system and gave us a hardtime for no reason and his attitude kept getting worse.Then I called them and gave them stock number and he found the part Im %100 sure then he asked me what was the part that you looking for. I said I already gave you the stock number so you should be able to see that information. So as soon as he realized Im the friend of the other guy he said oh you and your bro then hung up. What a bs.

They are very unprofessional and their attitude is just very poor/bad. I wasted 2-3 days waiting for the purchase from their website and called them over the phone, unfortunately, just to deal with their attitude. STAY AWAY..
Auto Gator rocks!! I have purchased other used parts for my other vehicles from other suppliers on line and they show up damaged in a bent cardboard box from poor packaging. Check out the photos of the used running board I purchased. Auto Gator shipped it to me wrapped in a cloth, strapped down in a custom wood box with plastic wrapped all around the outside! The running board used was better than my orginal one! Works perfectly after I installed over the weekend. Auto Gator will always be my first and hopefully last stop for any future used parts I might need. Thank you Auto Gator!
I called Auto Gator today to ask about prices for parts I needed on a newer model and they were way more than I expected. I asked if they could work with me on the price, and they just said no without any discussion. On top of that they make you pay for parts that you don’t need. I ended up checking with the dealer, and their prices were actually quit a bit lower for a brand new part. Maybe they have good pricing on older hard to find parts but if you looking for newer brand parts you might as well go to the dealer and get the part you need for lower price. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility and high pricing. Wouldn’t recommend for newer models.

We needed a few parts for our 2023 Cadillac XT4. A couple of doors and the tailgate. The prices were very reasonable since they sell the whole part and not just the shell. Jay was very helpful and took care of us. Will definitely come back again.

I purchased a engine that was 4 out of 5 stars had it shipped from California to Atlanta had engine installed and the engine had a light tapping and ticking. Had to trade the car in. I paid 2600.00 for this engine. My advise do not deal with these guys they are crooks they rated engine 4 stats and said engine ran and tested very well. The engine was garbage. They robbed me
got me an AMAZING deal on a highly coveted Odyssey Decklid that’s on back order and when it came with some damage they were extremely responsive and even gave me additional credit past what I asked for on top of an already great deal! this business is honest and reliable, which is rare these days.

Good place for parts. Most of the staff is great. Had major customer service issues with the guy with the ponytail - I think his name is Will. He has zero customer service skills ironically while being in the business of customer service. He needs to be replaced with someone else. Other than that, great place for parts.
Sold me a car was very honest had damages on the passenger side. Gave me a great deal for what it was I had a friend at a body shop fix it for $3,500 car drives and looks brand new! respect to them they're a great place to buy a car from... basically was able to afford my dream car because of this place....

Overall I will give this place a negative Five stars. The service guys that are in front are dushbags they don't have any customer service skills. Prices are ok not to price, but the service is horrible. I waited 3 hours for them to pull a hood of a car. This place is still in business because they give ok prices but I try to avoid as much as I can.
Nope, I am not leaving a good review, because this place is a gold mine and you all will screw it up. A great place to find a repairable car often times at a great price. I have purchased three from them so far over the years. Doug is fantastic. All I can say is I am thankful. Thanks Guys!!! With you, I can afford a newer car now.
