AutoGator saved my BACON!! I ordered a part from them and figured out I had ordered the wrong one - they were so kind and worked with me to refund it quickly. Then a little bit later they put up the exact part I needed at the best price I'd seen anywhere! Cannot more highly recommend them! Will be back for more part needs!

I order from Ben and he gets my orders done and at a good price always. Jay rocks on how neat he packages everything up. I have not had an issue with AutoGator since I started ordering parts shipped to Arizona. This place is def a good place to order good parts.

got me an AMAZING deal on a highly coveted Odyssey Decklid that’s on back order and when it came with some damage they were extremely responsive and even gave me additional credit past what I asked for on top of an already great deal! this business is honest and reliable, which is rare these days.

Good place for parts. Most of the staff is great. Had major customer service issues with the guy with the ponytail - I think his name is Will. He has zero customer service skills ironically while being in the business of customer service. He needs to be replaced with someone else. Other than that, great place for parts.

Best place to get parts from. Amazing selection, great prices, fast turn around on getting the parts ready from time of order. Jay at the front desk knows what he sells and actually looks like he enjoys his job, which says a lot about how the organization is run. I love this place !! The staff are friendly, honest and the cars are many !!!Not all of them are easy fixes but quite a few are!! I have personally purchased 3 vehicles from here and got extended utility out of each one!!!3 plus years..Affordable way to keeping driving..

I was told this: this is really nice place to get something you need for your vehicle, but the only reason why I don't want to go there because of the front desk worker. He isn't polite to people and rude. That's actually true. Good place to find what you need and not expensive, but one of the front desk workers is 👎

This is a really great place for quality used parts the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable I bought a transmission from this place and the salesman was amazing!! Sold me a car was very honest had damages on the passenger side. Gave me a great deal for what it was I had a friend at a body shop fix it for $3,500 car drives and looks brand new! respect to them they're a great place to buy a car from... basically was able to afford my dream car because of this place....

Nope, I am not leaving a good review, because this place is a gold mine and you all will screw it up. A great place to find a repairable car often times at a great price. I have purchased three from them so far over the years. Doug is fantastic. All I can say is I am thankful. Thanks Guys!!! With you, I can afford a newer car now. Total - Under $8K Repaired and back on the road.

honest people and part good and Car  sale good prices

they are deceiving people, they do not show the condition of the spare parts, I bought two doors, the seller said that they were in excellent condition, when I received the door, I inspected it and found a lot of damage, decided to return it, did not receive 20% of the price, do not buy from them without checking anything, they lie about the condition of the parts, and when returning a bad one spare parts do not return the full amount.

I am located is Reno, NV and when I need parts this is the spot I call first. Jay always helps me out, he is the best. Great Experience.

Ordered an engine from them that (through no fault of theirs) unfortunately did not fit. We did not discover it wasn’t going to work until after the return window had closed. Not only did Autogator graciously accept the return they helped guide me in getting the correct engine. Very professional, felt very well taken care of. If the need ever comes up again, will not hesitate to call them.

Overall I will give this place a negative Five stars. The service guys that are in front are dushbags they don't have any customer service skills. Prices are ok not to price, but the service is horrible. I waited 3 hours for them to pull a hood of a car. This place is still in business because they give ok prices but I try to avoid as much as I can.

Jay has been great to work with. Easy going, knowledgeable and honest. Will continue to work with him and Autogator in the future.

Old crew is still there except Doug he retired . They got this new cat in there totally different than old school Doug . This cat is strictly a used car salesman. That's it . He don't listen to what you say . About car market not talking about the tire kickers or the lowballers he gotta deal with daily. Tried to get to buy 1 for damn near retail . But I know my prices. B4hand at wholesale. I work with a whole seller everyday . That's the difference he don't understand.. still a great place to get a car from

The man which is working in the front desk is very rude with no patience’s I advise to everyone don’t go there, he don’t know how to treat the customers

I've been going here for the last 10 years and it has been a great asset to the industry. Jay is the man when it comes to parts and knowing exactly what you're looking for. The turnaround time from finding the part to being able to walk out with the parts in hand is amazing. They have a great group of guys and the pricing is very fair for the quality of parts and the customer service you get. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service. Placed an order online, it was shipped quickly. Upon arrival I noticed 2 pieces that were missing that should have been included. I called them and the manager Jay was very nice and helpful and apologized for these parts not being sent when they should have. He went out to the yard and got them and texted me a picture assuring to me he had them. He mailed them out same day and I just got them. Would purchase from Auto Gator again if I ever need parts. Bought a side view mirror for my sienna from this company. The price was great and the mirror arrived in great condition. Will definitely buy parts from autogator again

Deals are decent ish. They're somewhat against test drives. I've never seen a dealership that tries to convince you to not test drive a car you're considering buying. We came for a specific car that was a good deal listed online, asked if we could see and test drive it, they said "when you're ready to make a deal, we'll talk"
