They threatened me with a financial burden if I didn't bring pink slip to them, after car was towed, even though I payed 700$ in storage fees. I gave 2 stars cause the daughter only charged me 700 instead of 800. "Perks of a family business.". ........ .. If I didn't bring the pink slip to my car that was towed for registration and pay the storage 800 fee I was told they would send it to collections to ruin my credit. So $700 my pink slip AND my car is what they got from me. Should be illegal.

What a business.
They charge you for storage of your car at $75.00 a day that about 60 sq.ft. times that by 30 = $2250.00 that is more then my house payment for a 2100 sq.ft home.it seems to me they are taking advantage of people.
I was moving out and didn't have room for my '63 Chevy. The owner answered after hours, communicated back and forth several times for estimates and access details, and scheduled my truck to be moved the next morning.
The driver was polite, thorough, and an all around great guy. He even went above and beyond helping me push it into it's final storage location. He saved me that day. I was hungover and hadn't eaten... I couldn't have done it without him. I almost didn't do it with him!

My husband was involved in a crash and Classic Tow was called to remove the vehicles. The driver was great. He even helped move items from the wrecked car to another vehicle that picked up my husband. Good service at the accident scene and the actual tow yard. If you have to go there, be aware that's it's very difficult to find as there isn't a visible sign and it's behind a cinderblock wall.
Super nice people, very professional, very helpful. We had to go here to acquire personal belongings from a crashed vehicle and they were more than accommodating. Very limited parking. Might have to park on the street. Great location to deal with. Highly recommended
They were really good to me, although I couldn't get my truck out. They moved it outside the yard, so I could get my belongings out of it! They didn't have to but it would have just taken longer
Recently my neighbors starter went out on her car, after we exhausted all options to try and start the car we realized we would be needing a tow to a local shop. Classic tow was not only VERY reasonably priced but showed up as soon as they could and towed my neighbors car to the shop. She is now back on the road. I was so pleased with their promptness I recommended them to a customer of mine whose vehicle was at O Reilly in Rocklin needing a tow. I informed them that it could be an hour or so before they got there depending on how busy they were. 30-40 minutes later I look outside and see them hooking up to my customers car and taking care of their vehicle as well!! You guys seriously rock and as long as people need a tow and ask me who I recommend I will recommend your company. Thank you.
The service provided was excellent. The receptionist was polite and quick to respond to my inquiries. The driver arrived ahead of schedule. In addition to being polite, as well, he seemed concerned about safely loading my vehicle and transporting it without causing further damage. I called him and within 30 minutes he was here to move a firebird to a different location. He went above and beyond. He helped push it out of the garage which was a huge help and what I loved so much is that he involved my son who is six. He let my son help and gave him a business card said he would hire him in the future. My son still carries it around and tells people he's going to be a tow truck driver. Such a great experience and I highly recommend him.
Very nice customer service. The front end and divers were extremely helpful. My wife was in an accident today, and their help certainly relieved some of the stress of the day.
Better than expected, the staff is just very educated and knows how to handle angry costumers with de-escalation conversations, specially the manager, they give everyone options and are reasonable enough. The place is opened (for walk in service) from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Had an accident where I ended up in the hospital for a few days. Came out and called on my truck. Knew it was going to be a decent bill, but they worked with me on the cost. Great people, owner is a very nice honest man. Would recommend them to any and everybody!
I used this tow company because the auto shop I was taking it to recommended it. Do not use this tow service. They charged me $130 to go a very short distance. We have a fleet of vehicles at our company and use tows often ($50-$70 is typical price). This place is a rip-off. Steer clear.
