Love how fast service is at this dealership. Alex is the goat and gave me a discount on top of my Costco discount. They gave good coffee so go to sit and steal their coffee. 10/10 would recommend!!

Came to beach city Toyota , not sure what to expect just know I was interested in a Corolla potentially. Martin and the rest of the team here at beach city Toyota are some of the best salesman I have seen throughout my car buying experiences. I’m usually a super hard nosed guy when it comes to dealers and never afraid to walk, but I was put such a good deal infront of me that I couldn’t say no and I could not be happier to go home with my new 2026 corolla SE. I came in late and they stayed after closing, they made the deal make sense for them ( utilizing rebates) aswell as making sense for me which in my opinion is the best case scenario because you know they got what they deserved for there service and time.
When I was 18 a dealer had me walk out with a 60k mile 2019 kia for 560 a month with a 29% interest rate!!!
These guys got me in a brand new car that doesn’t depreciate nearly as much for 400 a month!Feb 17, 2026 -
Valentine’s Day was a sad day for me, but Beach Cities Toyota Westminster made it a little better.
It was sad because I had to give her up: my Prius, which had been with me for more than a decade, had finally had enough. The car had a check engine light and over 280,000 miles. I knew it was time to let go.
I had set up an appointment for 11:00 a.m., and I was promptly greeted by Arely.
While Arely inspected the vehicle, I enjoyed the amenities of the dealership; especially the freshly brewed coffee and comfortable seats.
After my coffee break and some light Kindle reading, Arely came back with an offer of $550. I accepted it, and she took care of all the paperwork, despite the fact that I didn’t have the car title with me.
The paperwork was meticulously filled out by Arely, and all I had to do was sign.
I let the Prius go, and I appreciate the whole team that helped me this week. Arely, James, and Noel made the experience smooth.
I let the Prius go, and I will definitely miss that car.Feb 16, 2026 -
I have been a loyal customer here (most recently for a major service in October), but my trust in this service department is now completely gone.
I came in for a battery and A/C issue. My advisor, Andrew, initially claimed my battery warranty had expired (stating it was a 60-month term) and tried to sell me a replacement. When I asked for some grace given that it expired just 4 days prior and my major service record with the dealership, he refused. It was only after I insisted on speaking to a manager that he physically checked the vehicle and "discovered" it was actually an 84-month battery still fully covered under warranty. If I hadn't advocated for myself, I would have paid for a free replacement.
The A/C diagnosis felt equally predatory. I was quoted $1,863 for an amplifier. The moment I questioned the price, it dropped to ~$1,300 with "jobber pricing." Watching a quote drop $500+ in seconds is a huge red flag, and makes me believe that I will never get the best price unless I haggle which isn't what I expect from a Toyota dealership.
To top it off, they begrudgingly removed the diagnostic fee only after the battery error was exposed and my concern over the crazy A/C pricing led me to ask for a manager. Andrew explicitly told me he had a "hard time" waiving it because I was "making this difficult" by involving a manager.
The Service Manager, Rodrigo, did call me to say he would speak to Andrew regarding pricing transparency. While I appreciate the call, he offered no concrete steps to regain my trust.Feb 11, 2026 -
Arley and Keven honored everything they said about buying my truck unseen Kevin looks at you in your eyes when he talks to you. From start to finish the deal was smooth as glass. I asked about keeping my plates and Arley ran out with a screwdriver got them for me in 5 minutes. i’m a businessman that owns a business and it’s people like them that make a business successful. I’ll be happy to tell all my friends and I’ll be back soon. Thank you Toyota for having such awesome employees.

I just sold my truck to the used car team here and it was a great experience! Kevin and Arely were very honest and straightforward throughout the entire transaction. They agreed to the price we discussed before I arrived and I was in and out quickly. No games or haggling! 10/10!

I recently sold my 2021 Toyota Venza Hybrid to Elmer Toyota in Westminster. Charlie and Kevin were amazing to work with, and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I spoke with Charlie he made me feel welcomed and respected. They were incredibly polite, and professional. The transaction went smoothly making the entire process straightforward and comfortable. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for selling or buying your car.

Recently sold my vehicle to Beach Cities Toyota. I used Kelley Blue Book for an instant cash price and waited for interested dealers. Arely reached out within minutes from the vehicle acquisition department and Kevin (manager) approved the sale once I arrived. Super easy and convenient and I was happy with the agreed price. They also have great coffee while you wait.

I had a good experience at this dealership. Cesar Gallegos was very helpful and considerate. We were able to test drive the cars, and he was very patient while we were choosing which one to close a deal on. When I come back for another car, I will definitely ask to work with him again. Great humor and customer service!

We had an exceptional experience purchasing our 2026 Toyota Crown from Beach Cities Toyota. From the moment we arrived, the team was efficient, kind, and incredibly respectful of our time. They had the exact Crown we wanted in stock, which immediately set the tone for a smooth and stress-free experience.
What truly set this dealership apart was the depth of knowledge and pride they shared, not just about the technology and features of the Crown, but about the culture, design philosophy, and history behind the vehicle. It felt like buying from people who genuinely believe in what they sell.
From the test drive to the final numbers, everything was seamless. The APR was excellent, the process was transparent, and there was never any pressure. We left feeling confident, informed, and genuinely thrilled with our purchase.
A huge thank you to Tony C, Manager, and Tony T for making this such a phenomenal experience. This is how car buying should feel.Jan 18, 2026 -
I would not recommend Beach Cities Toyota Westminster dealership based on my experience. I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla Cross LE on October of 2024 and immediately began having serious issues that should never happen with a new vehicle. The car overheated shortly after leaving the lot, and it was later discovered that two essential engine cooling fans were missing. This was overlooked by the sales department as well as the parts and service team, despite my complaints. I repeatedly raised concerns, but there was little urgency or follow up. It was not until the summer of 2025, when the overheating became worse in higher temperatures, that West Coast Toyota of Long Beach finally corrected the problem. This experience showed a clear lack of attention to detail and customer care, and I encourage others to consider a different dealership.

My first time selling a car to the dealership and I would say the experience is so fast and easy. Arely and Kevin are super helpful to work with. Since my co owner is out of state, they work everything out with me and offer to do all the mailing to my co owner for the paperwork. They give me a fair price compared to Kelly Blue Book since my car has a few stains but overall great experience. Would recommend to contact Arely to sell your car.

We are extremely pleased with our recent purchase of a hard-to-find new Toyota Land Cruiser windchill peral color from Melvin, and we are highly satisfied with both the service and the vehicle.

There's probably a reason this is the most reacted review so here is a PRE-PURCHASE CHECKLIST to request from them before buying, just copy & paste 1-5 below:
1. Maintenance Forecast – Based on the Carfax history report, what services are due in the next 5,000 miles per the Toyota manual, and what are your prices for each?
2. Tires – Are all four tires the same brand and model, and what is the tread life on each?
3. Add-Ons – Are there any KARR Alarms or similar systems, if so, what's the additional charge?
4. Coating, Paint Protection Packages – Are these an additional charge, if so, how much and can these be removed?
5. Recalls & Certification Proof – Any active recalls? Please provide a copy of the 136-point certification inspection. What is your return policy?
If you experience any issues:
• Contact Toyota Brand Engagement, they can help you escalate. Document everything (calls, texts, receipts) to hold them accountable.
• If that doesn’t help, escalate to the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles. You can also contact the CA DMV Dealer Complaints Department if you need to escalate further.
Lastly, try to complete your transaction with Noel from Finance if you do end up purchasing a car from Beach Cities, he was friendly and polite, it's disappointing that most of the experience was stressful after the transaction though.
I hope this saves you the time, stress, and money I spent disputing issues with Beach Cities. Ask them for the 5 items above, review paperwork, and walk away if something feels off.
Below is my experience for the 5 items listed above:
1) I bought a Silver Certified RAV4 from Toyota Beach Cities, and to my surprise, an upcoming service due in 2,000 miles cost $1,964.
2) Beach Cities sold me a car with one mismatched tire (different brand and tread design with 40% life).
3) Beach Cities charged over $1,300 for a basic alarm system I asked them to exclude (third party).
4) They sell the alarms for $800+
5) My RAV4 had an open recall and they did not disclose that until after the transaction was completed and Beach Cities told me I needed to take it to my nearest Toyota dealer myself — no rental, no compensation, and a lot of time wasted.
Good luck!Dec 30, 2025 -
Henry Huynh is the best. I had an excellent experience working with Henry Huynh at Beach Cities. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting me an amazing deal.
The pricing was very competitive, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Henry was transparent, responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered without any pressure. If you're looking for great prices and an overall great car buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Henry Huynh.Dec 30, 2025 -
We purchased our new 2025 Toyota six months ago and recently came in for a scheduled check‑up and a software Service Bulletin update. This was our first visit to Beach Cities Toyota. Upon arriving at the service line, we waited only a few minutes before Dustin Nguyen assisted us. He took the time to explain the required services and the expected timeline. Dustin was exceptionally polite, professional, and thorough.
The shuttle service was also excellent. Although I can’t recall his name, our driver—with long hair and a love for fast cars—provided the best drop‑off and pick‑up experience we’ve had. It saved us valuable time and allowed us to complete our personal tasks while the team serviced our vehicle.
Thank you for the outstanding service. Please keep up the great work.Dec 29, 2025 -
First time experience selling our Toyota vehicle back to Toyota. We are so appreciative over the attention that Charlie from Beach city Toyota gave us and such a quick response. The paperwork was so easy. The explanation was so clear, and we were there within less than an hour.
I will be definitely missing my Tacoma, but I am glad the Toyota was able to help us.Dec 29, 2025 -
My family got a 2026 Toyota Camry today with the help of David Trinh. He was so genuine from the beginning and wasn’t pushy at all. Not once did he try to make us make a purchase, but was rather very calm and accommodating. He also gave us the best deal you could get at a Toyota Dealership. Being a manager allows him to give us better prices, and my family is super grateful for him. I would definitely reach out and come back asking for him specifically if I ever need to buy another car.

We had an amazing experience purchasing our Toyota Highlander, and it was all thanks to Marko. We drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership, and he truly did not disappoint. From the very beginning, Marko was incredibly patient, understanding, and appreciative of our situation. He never rushed us or pressured us and took the time to explain every detail, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
Marko went above and beyond to make the long drive completely worth it. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers made us feel valued and respected, and we drove off confident and happy with our purchase.
We highly recommend asking for Marko if you’re in the market for a vehicle. He is a huge asset to the dealership and absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!).Dec 16, 2025 -
First time car buyer and this was a great experience for me from start to finish. Loved the online experience to help me browse through the cars without having to actually go in person right away. Their online team is quick to respond and easy to work with(James and Tony). Big thank you to Ed the finance manager as well. He made the finance process super easy and helped me get what I wanted and then some. All my questions answered, great deal and warranty on the car and left feeling very content with my new toyota. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely stellar buying experience at this dealership. Marko is a very nice, genuine, knowledgeable salesman and the managers there were great. I came in a bit late, but Marko stayed the entire time, even made sure I got everything out of my old car, went through all the new features and warranties of my new car, and answered any questions I had. Got a great deal and I'm happy with my new car, highly recommend

After a months of looking for a Tundra and dealing with the shadiest garbage dealerships who think we're all idiots so they add on $5000 in extra BS fee's when you're ready to buy, I found Beach Cities. Easiest purchase I've ever had. James sent me the total costs, I removed the add on's I didn't want and I showed up 2 days later to write a check and pick up my new girl. Easy.
Once I got home I noticed a chip in the windshield way up at the top hidden by the tint around the camera. I messaged James right away and he setup an appointment for me without hesitation to get it filled. I went in at the allotted time and they told me they could not fix the windshield. The chip was covering the camera and if they tried to fill it, it would block the camera view. James wasn't there so I walked up to the Sales manager Wilmer and explain the situation. He immediately wrote up a slip to replace the entire windshield, apologized for the inconvenience, shook my hand and took care of this situation like a mafia boss G.
Thank you Wilmer and James for being the best kind of professionals in your industry and always taking care of the customer. 5 stars all the way.Nov 20, 2025 -
Paul made the car-buying process easy and transparent. He clearly explained the add-ons and respected my preferences. After 17 years since my last purchase, I was impressed by how smooth everything went. Beach Cities offered an excellent deal and great service.

One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had. Salesman was James. He was very professional and straightforward. He answered every question and was very thorough. The 1 or 2 details he couldn’t answer at the time, he found out and followed through. Finance was also a breeze. This dealership was pretty high tech and organized. After finishing up with finance, James properly helped me set up the vehicle with the app, and showed me the basics. He made sure I was comfortable with the set up and tech, before I left.. What I was really impressed by was the communication before I had stepped foot in the dealership. James kept me informed every step of the way without being over doing it. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a Toyota vehicle to come here.

Buyer beware when buying a used “as is” vehicle from Beach Cities Toyota. I bought a used Ford F150 truck from them. I failed to notice when I bought the vehicle, the paint was peeling at the roof line at the windshield and along the top of the doors. I also immediately had issues under heavy acceleration where the engine would hesitate and jerk. I understand I am buying a used vehicle and things can break as soon as you drive off the dealer’s lot. I noticed the peeling paint a couple months after I purchased the vehicle and thought that the paint protection plan would cover it but it does not and I accept that. The service tech and the used car manager did indicate several manufacturers including Ford for the model year of my vehicle had issues with “white” paint and that there might be a recall where they would re-paint my truck. I am checking with Ford. With regards to the engine issue, I did not bring it back to the dealership. I instead took it to my mechanic I have been going to for years. There were no “codes” in the system indicating a problem so we used the process of elimination. We first used fuel system treatment designed to clean the fuel injection system as well as change the gasoline I was using to 91 octane since it was a Ford “eco boost” engine. That helped but the issue remained. After driving it and continuing to test how the truck performed under heavy acceleration, the “check engine” light came on. My mechanic was able to determine from the code that the engine was mis-firing due to at least two bad coils. Since this required several things to be removed to get to the coils, my mechanic recommended changing all the coils and spark plugs as well. The truck had 85K+ miles when I purchased it. It had 90K+ miles when my mechanic changed the coils and spark plugs which the total repair cost over $1,000. I am writing this review from the Beach Cities Toyota waiting room as I brought my truck in to have the paint protection sealant re-applied per the schedule to maintain the warranty. I discussed with the used car manager the issues I have had with my vehicle that I purchased from them. We talked about the re-conditioning process they go through before they put a used vehicle on the lot to sell. To be fair, the truck I purchased was 7 years old with 85,000+ miles. He indicated they go over the entire vehicle making sure it is mechanically sound including checking out the spark plugs and the exterior of the vehicle. When I purchased the truck, I did spend several minutes going over the vehicle before I signed papers. I visually inspected the belts, hoses, and looked for leaks around the valve covers and underneath. I looked at the brakes, tires, and suspension parts which all looked new. With the truck being 7 years old, they outside of the truck had the usual “nicks” and it was clear the previous owner did their best to touch them all up. Everything below the roof line looked good. I failed to look at the roof line and notice that the paint was peeling. I did take pictures of the truck in a parking lot close to my house the day I purchased it. As I look at those pictures, I do see the peeling paint. I did not notice it then. When my mechanic replaced the coils and spark plugs, he saved them for me and I took a picture of them. He indicated that they should have been changed out between 60K-65K miles. He said they were the original parts and had never been changed. When the Beach Cities Toyota used car manager said that they check the spark plugs on all used vehicles before they sell them, I was stunned and proceeded to tell him what happened. Of course, he said I should have brought my truck back to the dealership which I probably should have. But when I asked him if he was comfortable with the way they prepared the truck I purchased for sale based on all of the things that I found, he said yes. Based on what you read, do you trust that “as is” vehicles are properly prepared for re-sale at Beach Cities Toyota? They missed a few things on the vehicle I purchased and so did I. Buyer beware.

I was looking online for a used car for my daughter who had just passed her DMV driver's test. I had found one used vehicle we both liked in Concord at a dealership but the price was above the Kelly blue book and the dealership wouldn't reduce the price to be comparable. So, I looked for this used car elsewhere and I found it newer 2024 with less miles and priced below the Kelly blue book but in Southern California verses Northern California. I contacted the Beach Cities Toyota Westminster dealership and the general manager Marco referred me to Martin Ahumada who helped me. I was on a Southwest flight one hour flight within a couple days and driving the car back home within hours. I can't recommend Martin Ahumada enough! No high pressure sales and no trying to get me to buy something else more expensive. I was at this dealership for a reason and he understood 100% and he helped make the process as easy as possible. The drive back was 10 hours and that is all because of Los Angeles traffic and I hadn't expected that and so I would just say that you keep this in mind if you plan on driving back the car and you live in Northern California or you can pay the $$$ for transporting the car to your home. In the end, my daughter is ecstatic with her car! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Five stars for Martin Ahumada!

Best experience I’ve ever had while I’m on the hunt for a new car. Everyone was so nice and they had great cars to pick from. Gilbert and Art were super funny and informative. I told Gilbert all the details I was looking for and that I needed an upgrade from my previous car and he didn’t disappoint! Art helped me understand my options and i appreciate how patient they were with me while I was deciding on a car. 10/10 I recommend this location, they both were great and I’m so excited about my new car. It’s the 2025 Camry SE!

If I could give a 0 star I would. My wife purchased a vehicle mid July and the first week the check engine light went on. She brought it into the dealership and they said that they could reset the system, a week later the tire monitor system sensor went out and they recommended to take to a Chevy since “they know more about them”. Now today, the check engine light is back on… I know why I was dead, said against her purchasing a car from this dealership alone.
They definitely took advantage of her, not knowing much about cars.
What upsets me is we have 2 small children and their safety is compromised because of the negligence of a dealership that graciously accepted money out of our hard earned pockets.
Not even a week off the lot and an issue. Not a month and more having issues.
Let’s see month 2.
Do not come here at least not for a used vehicle…Aug 16, 2025
