Amazing company! I’ve been having issues with my transmission and literally ON MY WAY the my mechanic I quit on me. I’m really glad they got me off the road quickly. I’ve had towing companies take hours to get to me, they showed up within 30 minutes.

They sent another company to tow my disabled vehicle and that company charged more than double on quoted price for just tow the vehicle to repair shop.

Really bad service and misleading. Was told 30-60 min. Driver would call me shortly and never got a call. Called the same number back after an hour and was blocked for some apparent reason. Seems like a scam. They have my credit card info and was told I would be charged 50 for cancelation. Definitely would not recommend this towing service
Called Bee towing today and was satisfied with their service. I needed help on a Sunday morning and they got me taken care of in about an hour and a half. The technician was great.
The guy did a really good job open up my truck after all the kid side ETA was 25 minutes. He came in on time. Great job get me back on the road quick highly recommended.
Dishonest company, I would avoid at all cost.
I called at 3pm 2/22/23 for a tow. Was told it was $175 and will be a 40 minute ETA. Called them back 4:30pm, the girl in the office said she would find out the new ETA and have someone call me, because she was leaving for the day. Call again at 5:30pm now the charge is magically $250, and they are still 30-60 minutes out. My van was finally picked up at 6:45 and they cannot send me an invoice to give to my insurance for reimbursement.
I was told 100$ for the initial tow. Then waited an hour and half and got called back and told it was going to be $190 for a 0.5 mi tow. I asked them why and they said it’s the service fee. Then he was rude and hung up in my face. And then after waiting another hour I was blocked. I called on my google number and was picked up right away with the first woman I spoke to who told me $100. I told her that it was unacceptable that I was going on waiting 3 hours for a tow and had to pay $190 and I was blocked from calling as well. I know I sound like a Karen but I wasn’t at all. Frustrated at most but this was something I never experienced. 3 hours waiting for a tow and then having to pay $190 and getting blocked. When I told the woman all this she fixed it for me and gave me the tow at $100 again. But in all I waited 3 hours for a tow. When I called purposely at 6:30 am so I wouldn’t have that problem but I understand things happen but to be blocked and charged 190 was too much.
Was super relieved with their services. Initially called roadside assistance and never receive a driver until these guys were carting off my car. They initially said the wait would be an hour but we received word from the driver around 30 mins after calling. Super friendly driver and communicated well when finding where we were located. :)
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I was stranded on the freeway. I called at 9:45 and they took my credit card info mentioned something about cancelation fee and that someone would arrive in 45 mins. 90 mins later i call back asking where's the driver. She said 20 mins away. Ok I wait another 45 mins and still nothing. I call back and they answer don't answer my call now. And I'm on hold for another 20 mins. This is crazy.it was 90⁰, I asked them if this their scheme to get the credit card info and just not show up until I have no choice but to cancel for them to charge cancelation fees. I told them after 3 hours to not send anybody and that I was going to leave the truck there. The lady said ok nothing will be charged. Worst communication.

I’d give them 0 stars, but I cannot do that on this app. The WORST costumer service ever! They give you one rate and another. DO NOT TRUST THEN WITH YOUR CARD. THEY WILL ROB YOU. Go to someone else.
The person on the phone told me one rate and the person who “helped” me gave me another. I told them the original rate and they still ended charging my account a different one without my consent. I called and yet they said they couldn’t help me. Yet, they’re super quick to rob your money and ask for your card information.
DO NOT GO TO THEM! THEY WILL ROB YOU! You’re better off giving your money- and a lot of it- to another useless person. They do not consider your situation. Things can definitely be arranged and changed, they’re just too awful to do it.
Also, they took over an hour to get to me, and I was located nearby them- from what I was told over the phone.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: The 4 star rating is a LIE. I hardly ever write reviews but this one tested my patience and compassion like no other business had ever done before in all my years. Customer service was beyond unhelpful. I was charged $355 for (14 mi) for which the standard is around $130. Fine, that's on me. But this is what I can't forgive: I called nearly everyday for 11 days to ask for an invoice/receipt which I was promised I would recieve at the end of the towing service. Never got it. After, I called multiple times for 11 days until I finally annoyed them to the point they sent me an invoice. BUT my name and car model was misspelled, so I called them back AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. Only two people Jesus and Teylor attempted to help me but by then I had already lost my faith in this company. And SANDRA, if you ever get her as a customer service rep, just know you are dealing with a very unhappy person because she will not lift a finger to help you in the least...I honestly don't see a long future for this business.
Joe was great and funny! He called me right away and arrived within 30 minutes. Made it safe to the auto repair! I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend my friends here in the area!
I had no trouble with Joel and his service as a tow trucker. I had an easy time waiting since my friends had left me while he was on the way. If my car or a friend's car breaks down I'll be sure to recommend this company as well as Joel.
