Not sure if this will add a new review or delete my previous one, but in response to the reply I got from Jr Auto, the only thing justified was that they did not charge me anything as they mentioned, that's correct. But I did leave this place with new issues on my vehicle, there was never no engine damage to my vehicle, it was all a turbo issue. Yet now theyre claiming I had engine issues. After receiving my car back from their hands, my car was throwing out white smoke non stop, the kia dealership explained the oil was mixing in the radiator which was not happening before taking it to these guys. Be honest and talk about how your "tech" was charging me $700 and some dollars for unnecessary parts before not charging me anything. He basically wanted to charge me almost $800 to return my vehicle running the same and with some NEW issues! And still he had the nerve to want to continue adding to that amount with unnecessary parts costing me $360 more plus the labor amounting to $1300, according to thee inspection afterwards in Kia, it did not need any of the crap you guys tried to sell me, the issue continued being the Turbo and whatever wrong doings you guys did to give me some extra engine issues. Take responsibility for your wrong doings, start giving good customer support. Tell your tech to stop lying and also insulting customers. Like I said, its not that im "tight on money" i just know when I see someone incompetent of doing their work, you should've just been honest since the get go and say you couldnt do the job instead of trying charge me for "assumptions". Tight on money? Look bud I couldve been the guy to take you guys to court for the stuff you did to my vehicle and believe I had a lawyer ready to take action. But I got myself a new vehicle instead of dealing with the crap you gave me back. It ain't about the money, keep your dirty money and business. Just throwing it out there to warn others.
I’m extremely disappointed with this automotive parts store. I drove over 2 hours to pick up a hood they told me multiple times was complete and in good condition. I even called ahead to confirm, and they assured me everything I needed was there. When I arrived, the vents on the hood were missing, and the hood itself was in terrible condition nothing like what they described over the phone. It was a complete waste of my time, gas, and effort. If you value honesty and accuracy, I would avoid this place. They clearly don’t check their inventory or don’t care enough to give correct information.

Worst service ever. Don’t buy from them will tell you to come just for you to leave with nothing. They told me they had my item in stock and to come in and they didn’t even have it waste of time don’t go unless you plan to waste time.
Had to purchase this hood as it definitely fits my style! I’d recommend these guys if you’re looking for an OBS hood. Price just right and definitely will come back!
I called first for a part and told me a price, I double checked with him about the price and he confirmed yes 395$ and I told him that I live 3 hours away I didn’t want to come for no reason so I show up and told me “that i miss understood” it’s 700$ like yeah right you smoking Crack how you gonna tell me one thing then try to tax if the dealer ship told me and has them for 450$ Never again Over pricing after market parts when there not OEM but I guess
Good that you get to see the lights, but price is alot higher compared to you ordering them online your self. The guys are helpful but seems understaffed.
Staff was ok parts were 4/10 bought LED lights for my Silverado only lasted 3 days before one of them went out got some taillights and they don’t nt even fit correctly they leave big gaps don’t recommend them for any lighting or electrical stuff because they are cheap but the body trim pieces fit nicely :/
JR was very helpful. His advice saved me towing a car to dealership to reset the ECU. Also, rather than pushing me to buy a new battery, he pointed out it was still under OEM warranty
Looking for cheap replacement parts. This is a good spot. Carries performance and other mechanical parts. They have a small show room and JR willing to help. Is really busy but makes it a point to give you time to understand your needs. Late hours and open 7 days helps for time constraints.
Crashed my 2008 srt 8 no problem jr auto parts took care of my needs for the very low prices quality of parts too!!! 06 Pontiac gto power steering pump burn no one had but jr auto parts thanks a lot looking forward for future business
Junior Auto Parts is amazing! My car broke down and they saved me. I called around and they were by far the most helpful and were cheaper than the other auto part stores. I highly recommend everyone shops here for their autopart needs, I would give more stars if I could! Thanks guys!!
