I recently used a pickup service from Tech Waste Recycling and was absolutely blown away by Abel’s professionalism and strength. He arrived on time, was incredibly courteous, and handled everything with ease—even the heavy items from the second floor of my building, which has no elevator. Watching him carry bulky furniture down those stairs solo was impressive to say the least.
Abel didn’t complain once, stayed focused, and made sure everything was loaded safely and efficiently. If you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and capable of handling tough jobs without hesitation, Abel is your guy. Highly recommend his service!
Octavio & Jose , arrived promptly. They were both kind gentleman. They worked quickly. They willing helped me with moving a few things to get to the items they were actually taking. I had 3 locations in my building, it was no trouble for them to go to them . 1 item I had I think weighed more than they did and they still took it. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give a 10 star review I would !

Arranged a pickup for my company's ewaste and it was a breeze. The professional who came to pick up our items, Kenneth, was incredibly helpful and courteous and the pickup process extremely easy and quick. Would definitely use them again.
I've relied on this tech recycling service more than 10 times throughout the years, and each time, they've promptly collected our company's e-waste without any issues. The workers are friendly and always prepared to handle pickups, even from our second-floor building. Their truck is equipped with a lift gate, and they bring dollies and shrink wrap to securely transport everything.
Openly state FREE NATIONWIDE PICKUP on their website - HOME PAGE at that. I contacted them for a local pickup and Stephanie Nunez contacted me by return email to inform me that the pickup cost was $250.00! This was for 12 phones, 4 battery backups and 4 network switches. The switches they could have sold and made more than the pickup charge. False advertising at best.
I scheduled for a pickup at my office location and they were on time. They collected a huge amount of e-waste for a reasonable price. They were efficient, professional, and polite.
I feel better knowing that the electronics disposal will be properly handled rather than being thrown away in the trash can and eventually get thrown in landfills. Their assistance saved me a significant amount of time and work. I hope to continue doing business with them in the future.
I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and poor service. We had a couple of dozen items to pick up and scheduled with Stephanie Nunez. I had sent pictures of the items and was given a quote. They advertised it was free with ten or more qualified items but thought there was a charge due to the additional items. The man who did the pick-up was very professional but let me know several of the items "didn't qualify" so he couldn't take them. One of the items, a ventilator, had oxygen tanks connected to it he couldn't take and I didn't have the tools to take them off at that time. He said they may be able to pick it up later at no charge when they were in the area. We should have been told about the tanks and informed what was not acceptable at the time of the quote so we were better able to make our decision and prepare for the pick-up.
I have repeatedly emailed Stephanie over the last 10 days but have not received a reply.
Called them up to do an E-Waste pick up for us. Jackie was very nice & professional & she was able to schedule a pick for us really quick. The driver & his partner (I don't remember their names), arrived on time & they loaded all of our E-Waste items very quickly. I will definitely use them again for E-Waste pickups & I most definitely recommend them to anybody or any company that need E-Waste disposal.

TechWaste Recycling made it simple and easy for our office to dispose of outdated and obsolete equipment and because we met the quota requirements, there was no cost for the service. We made an appointment and the electronic recycling was picked up timely by TechWaste.

I've used TechWaste a few times for our company. I always coordinate with Jackie for the pick-ups. She does a great job relaying what to expect. Pickup guys were Chris and Raymond, they picked up everything we had and then swept the area and left no trace. Very courteous and fun guys. Really great work all around.

My company has use TechWaste Recycling twice now and both times we had great customer service. Called and set up pick up on a Friday and they were in our office on Wednesday picking everything up. Jackie responds quick to e-mails and the two guys they sent out were very nice and professional. It is such a pleasure to see there is a company with great customer service. I have been working with TechWaste Recycling through my company Signals AV for several years now and they are amazing! They are dependable and easy to work with. I get a call 30 minutes before pickup and prompt email responses. They are by far the best E-Recycle company I've ever dealt with (I've dealt with MANY). After dealing with such poor service from other E-waste companies it's definitely a breath of fresh air.
