My son called for a tow and requested a flat bed the guy showed up with regular tow truck, then got upset and went off on my son using foul language. He left and I called AAA instead
Absolutely terrible. My insurance initiated a tow with this company and phone agent would not answer any of my questions and then canceled my tow without any warning. Too many good companies out there nowadays … stay away from this one
Waited 2.5 hours and they never showed up! Okay hey ignored all of my phone calls. Refused to cancel the tow so that Hagerty Roadside could reassign the service.
Person towed my car without confirmation; went inside to call the location I wanted them to tow and told them to hold on in case of the place not being able to provide the service necessary. Last thing I was told was “I have to wait until I get confirmation to take the car” so walking out to having my car gone after a 60 second phone call was discouraging. Hung up repeatedly when trying to call and figure out the location of my car. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
I had to contact Tom’s towing because my radiator was leaking and I had to tow it to a mechanic which they referred me to since I did know where to take it. Honestly, their service was very professional, on time, and very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The mechanic they recommended fixed my car in one day, gave me a great deal, and told me what to fix to avoid future problems. Thank you so much guys, I will definitely refer people and will contact you if I needed any of your services.
Very nice employees got here and worked fast to get my vehicle where is needed to go. Also when he got there he made sure it was in the right place before just unloading it. So far one of the best experience I have received with a tow company. Thank you!
