Great shop, open on Sunday which is rare, worked on a lifted vehicle without giving me a huge runaround, and on top of it the alignment is spot on and it was a solid price.
Needed an alignment done and was able to get it knocked out same day! Memphis, the front desk guy was super helpful and courteous and Ryder, the tech, was awesome. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn't need, were super friendly, and shared need to know info. I do all of my own mechanic work myself so I’m super critical of shops. This shop and the guys there are TOP NOTCH!!!

This place is great. Memphis helped me get set up today. Very truthful and honest. Not sure of the gentleman’s name that worked on my car he was tall and had dreads. Did great work very clean. This will be my good to from now on. Keep up the amazing work.

I went in for an alignment today and the technician took my car for a joyride afterwards in the rain, and drove like a maniac. He went full throttle several times and at one point went 85mph in a 50mph zone. Luckily there was light traffic, but this behavior is inexcusable.
Edit: Changed to 3 stars after interacting with the store manager Roger. He was apologetic and willing to compensate me. In addition, the service advisor Memphis was very polite and professional.

I went in an hour before they closed on a Sunday afternoon. They were kind, patched my tire immediately, for free, and hand me on my way. I will definitely go back for any tire needs.
I was in a pinch Sunday with a flat and all tire stores were closed . . .except Big Brand Tires. I don't live in the area, but I have used Big Brand tires in the past for tires and other service. They took great care of me and got me back on the road quickly and with a smile and a great price. As I have said, I have used Big Brand in the past, and it's always been a good experience.

Great quick service. I went in for a tire consult and they were able to install new tires right away. They made suggestions for other services I need soon but there was no pressure. They were trustworthy and efficient.
Car’s been having issues this past month, been here 3 times in 4 weeks and they’re always super helpful and thorough in their explanations. Had some parts replaced and then my check engine light came on 2 weeks later, they took care of the issue free of charge since it was related to what I had worked on earlier. Love this place
Roger the Manager was awesome! I had a tire malfunction on my way to work this morning and somehow got my car to work. This location is right down the street from my job and I was able to drop it off while at work and got a great deal on a couple of tires and balancing! Best service I’ve ever had at a tire shop and I’m 38 years old and notorious for having tire problems! Strongly recommend!
Bert always takes good care of me! I’ve gotten tires, oil changes and a new battery over the years. These guys do a good job, communicate well and are professional. And they always seem to finish faster than expected too.
I had a flat tire and they fixed it for FREE - absolutely amazing! The staffs (Roger and Joe) were friendly, professional, and got me in right away without an appointment. They explained the issue clearly, and had the tire repaired and ready to go in under 30 minutes. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you ever need quick, honest, and efficient service!
