  My wife called in to verify pricing. She presented $29 coupon upon completion of smog cert and the owner told her it was cash only coupon. That was not mentioned on his website or his coupon. He proceeded to charge her $59 to use a card. She pushed back feeling scammed and he took $10 off. Total charge was $48 for an advertised price of $29.99. Buyer beware this guy is a scammer. .
