$150 fee but they are in rush so they can easily make a mistake. For a month I have been trying to register my leased car and always gave me missing info one way or the other. Won’t take a minute to read the documents I have and felt he was rude on the phone as he said document won’t be enough . Emailed the document and still did not get reply. DMV did the registration without these paperwork
Came in for title transfer and registration. Was told I needed additional documentation for my specific situation and I'd be good to go. Got everything together as directed. Came back with proper documentation only to be told I needed additional forms signed. I needed to make 3 trips back to this place. I still have not done the title transfer or registration. I would appreciate being told the first time everything needed to process the paperwork. I could have avoided extra trips to this business. I feel like the gal at the counter who files all paperwork should be more competent. Then I was told over the 3 day weekend they would be closed for 5 days. I ended up going to a different place of business to handle my DMV paperwork. Very frustrated with the entire situation and process. What's going on with the state of California and their Department of Motor Vehicles? They closed locations and no longer do registration, title transfer, and other transactions... at the DMV!?!? They mostly only do drivers test and license. So now they have DMV kiosk machines in grocery stores. If it's a simple registration renewal it's great, fast and simple. If it's not then you have to go to one of these third party businesses that do DMV transactions. They are allowed to charge a fee for their service. The fee can be what ever they want to charge. It is not regulated by the DMV .
We pay enough charges and fees !! Now we have to pay extra to these businesses to do what the DMV used to do.

It was time to renew my tags at the DMV!!! Sometimes, DMV's get bad reputations due to the long wait times and customer service, but when I came here, I didn't have to deal with either!!
It's not like other DMV's I've visited where you have to get there early just to get seen. This place is more like a little office where it's more intimate. I'm pretty sure you can make an appointment. Not sure if it was the day I came, but there was hardly anyone there. And I'm definitely coming here from now on lol
I came in and Rigo greeted me while the other front woman was helping someone else on the phone. I walked back to his desk. Boy was he funny, upbeat, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about Vehicle Registration services!
He made the process so easy and smooth. He explained everything I needed to know from that point and what I needed for the year coming up.
Now, the price? I won't get into that haha but hey, it's that time of the year so I'm not complaining
I'm just grateful I got what I needed and the help I needed to get it off my hands!!

Came in today 7/25/25 to get my car registration renewed . I hate going to the actual dmv and I am so happy I found this place. Took about 10mins or less very straight forward. There’s a service fee of $45 but totally worth it.
Saw the good reviews so went in today to get my out of state license registered. And I got to say it was super fast and the staff was SUPER SUPER nice. They do charge a $150 fee for the process, but hey, if it saves me a few hours wait plus trips to the DMV I would say it’s worth it.
Was in and out in like 20 minutes.
They are located in the plaza inside a little hallway hidden in the end. So I would say park in the parking lot and you should see a sign pointing to the corner of the plaza, it’s the last room on the left end.
Went here to register a car purchased from out of state as non-op (title transfer only). The guy was very informative over the phone. Walked in on Saturday, ran into an issue where the federal label is not found on the doors. The guy then talked me through the process of acquiring one and even sharing experience on which CHP/DMV would be easiest to work with. I ended up finding the label in an odd place (under the hood on the shotgun) before leaving and the registration was processed within minutes. Very helpful and efficient staff
The DMV website lists this with kiosks as a place you can get a lost license replaced. The lady at the front desk told me they nor any other kiosk will replace a lost licence and that I had to go to a DMV office. I went to the next kiosk on the list and replaced it right there with a paper copy until the new one gets to me.
Amazing service! Renewed my registration and got my 2026 stickers in literally 5 minutes (entered the office around 1:45 p.m. on a Tuesday, 4/22, and was ready to wait for the one person who was talking to the customer respresentative before me, when another rep from behind called me and said he could help me with the renewal for faster service). WOW! His expeditious and competent advice on how to add our daughter to the title of a car we gave her to drive was also excellent. I will never go to another office and highly recommend this location! Top Notch!!! Bravissimi!!!!
So helpful! I went there right as they opened and the guy that helped me register my out of state vehicle was so kind and supportive. He was very considerate to someone that didn't really know what they were doing. I happily got my car registered and got my new plates all within half an hour!

My whole family has used their services for years. I asked to use the restrooms when i first got there. I knew right where they were since we used them on many occasions when doing paperwork in there office.
Rico told me No Way to use the bathroom on a 800.00 registration. I told him I drove an hour from Oceanside to still be a loyal customer after all these years. He refused my use of the bathroom.
I would recommend a company that might value good customers. They have gone down the tube. The guy from NY was sooo much better at customer service.

This place is amazing! No lines and great service. I registered an out of state vehicle and was in and out in twenty minutes, with my plates, tags and registration. I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone and decided to go there. I was helped by a gentleman named Paul, who was exceptional. The best DMV experience I’ve ever had.

$40 in total fees when paid with credit card. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Dmv didn't send my renewal. Shop gave me tags and re-uploaded my correct mailing address. Decide how much your time and frustration is worth.
Spent the past few weeks trying to take off work to get into a DMV and register my out of state plates. Everytime I'd go to the DMV nearby, I'd stand in a line so effing long that I'd get close to passing out from standing outside in the heat forever. The lines never moved! It was like the episode in Supernatural where Crowley was tormenting people in hell purposely by standing in a line that never moved and once it did, you'd get sent to the back.. That is the DMV I kept going to. They would end up closing and making me come back another day just to wait another few hours and never move. Finally I found this location... Seriously.. Whatever you do.. Just come to this place. I literally parked my car, went inside 30 seconds later, was greeted immediately and had my registration AND updated title in less than 10 minutes. Yes, there was a bit of a fee for this drama free experience, but it was definitely worth it. I'll be going here for now on. Skip the DMV and just come here.
Started the day at the DMV only to be greeted by a line that was nearly 100 feet long. After standing for 10 minutes and not moving more than a foot or two, I got back in my car. Went onto the DMVs website, found these guys, took the 5minute trip over and was SO glad I did. I was able to get my CA registration for my out-of-start car in under 15 mins and their service fee was extremely reasonable given that I had zero wait. I will be going here and here only for any future needs. I just wish they could also take care of licensing too!
I had a flawless experience with this service. VIN verification and registration was done faster than a DMV appointment and the staff was kind, professional and extremely helpful in these COVID times. Highly recommended.
Ended up paying 310$ when the DMV would have cost me less than 100$ no way to know what you are paying for until its over. I felt abused. But hey! At least I'm not riding dirty right!? Smh
Great place if you don't want to wait in line at the dmv nice friendly people quick service almost everything you get at the dmv except for drivers license without the wait
