At JunkBug, we specialize in eco-friendly junk removal. That means we haul away the stuff you don't want anymore and dispose of it in the most environmentally responsible manner.
First, we donate anything that still has life in it. You can feel good about passing your junk on to someone else who considers it a treasure.
Second, we recycle anything that cannot be donated. We are familiar with all of the local recycling facilities, some of which you may not even know exist. Because we're in the know, we can responsibly recycle things you may not even have realized were salvageable.
Overall, we strive to donate or recycle upwards of 70 percent of the junk we collect, which means that only a small percentage of waste ends up in the landfill.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This company is wonderful. Great communication via text,email and phone. Very friendly staff. Punctual and very reasonable rates. I used them twice in the same week!!
Unfortunately, they did not finish the job. We left early to attend to other issues, They stated that they were finished and were paid online. When i returned, We noticed they did not finish the job. They left the door wide open to the apartment that we were cleaning, along with trash in the hallway. When we called to discuss the issue, all they did was make excuses and lie about the fact they could not perform the job. I would look elsewhere.

I first discovered Junk Bug through Goodwill then tried them direct. Both David and Jovan provided “above & beyond” customer service—from the text correspondence, responsiveness to the pick-up. Highly recommend for your next donation!! I had multiple things that were too big and heavy to fit in my small car and they made everything easy plus they work with multiple non-for-profits for the good of all.

People who picked up my old sinks were on time, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. Also, when I called earlier today inquiring about this service the guy who answered (Dave) was pleasant and knew what he was doing. So many people nowadays cannot give good customer service. Dave and his crew proved me wrong.
David and his crew showed up on time (and gave me a 30 minute "heads up" that the would be arriving, which is always appreciated). They quickly and efficiently removed the debris at a reasonable price -- would definitely use their services again!

Loved the service this company provided. I asked for a contactless pickup and I was 100% satisfied. So satisfied that I felt bad not going outside to personally thank the staff, and was surprised it was the actual owner picking up the load! So I decided to drag my husband outside with me to take a picture with the business's pick up truck (don't want to forget the company name for next time!) LOL

We used Junk bug a couple of weeks ago, I told them I required 2 men for the job I needed done. David the owner ended up sending one guy! During the job I was astonished to find out from his workers that he doesn't even recycle the stuff people donate! He sells it online on offer up or consignment stores!! I could not believe my ears when I heard this, as the job I paid for was to donate a multitude of items to needy families. The worker who came tried his best, but like I said it was a two man job like I told David originally from the start.I asked the worker if this happens frequently? He responded "all the time". I never write reviews but I felt people needed to know this before deciding to hire them for business as they are complete FRAUD! If your looking into hiring them DO NOT! Go with another legitimate business who won't turn a 1 hour job into 3.5 hours.
I called on Saturday morning trying to schedule a mattress pickup. David truly cared to help add me to their already busy weekend schedule. He worked with me how ever he could do help make the pick up possible around my schedule. Mattress was picked up less than 24 hours. Extremely professional and Affordable ! Great prices. Highly recommended. Pickup was smooth and quickly done.

I called JunkBug to pick up some furniture and quite a few other items we no longer needed. They explained how they handle items they receive (sorted in a warehouse with every attempt for reuse) and scheduled an appointment with me to pick things up. Alfonso arrived promptly and made short order of collecting our items and putting them in the truck. He was very courteous and flexible, along with being efficient. I will gladly use JunkBug again in the future.
David was so easy to work with! We had a quick move and needed a couch to be taken off our hands. I called on a Friday, and he came the next day on Saturday to pick up our item. Super quick and efficient which is what we needed during our quick turnaround. Thank you JunkBug for all of your help!
