what happened to your company! I have been investing in PJ Salvage for close to 20 years and the material has always been so soft and thick. My last order arrived a few weeks ago and the material is thin and cheap! I washed the pajama's for the first time and 2 buttons came off! What happened to your wonderful company with the soft thick material???? On top of it, I can't get anyone from PJS to call me back
They used to have quality pajamas now they’re absolute garbage and made in China! Don’t buy them. They’re garbage and they’re made out of shitty plastic material now.
Horrible. I bought a robe and tried to return it. No one will answer your phone calls. You will be stuck in a maddening go-nowhere dialogue with a text bot. What a scam!!! Avoid at all costs! I’m stuck with a product I don’t want. This sucks!
P.J. Salvage is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a flamingo sweater.It was the absolute worst piece of garbage fabric i've ever had. Purchased about November 2025 for Christmas gift. Wore it twice after opening on christmas, completely balled up piled up fabric after wearing two times. Even worse, customer service ridiculous, Chatbot, just lying and saying they're gonna escalate. Your request started a return tells me. I get a 0 refund. Send multiple email requests left phone message twice. No response.Do purchase from this company.

I usually buy from my local boutique , Nordstrom or Amazon. Never ever will I purchase or support them again.
I bought two pajama sets , there was a discount code , it wouldn’t work, I called , there is no customer support.
Then my cart says there is a “free blanket” I didn’t want it , but i just rescued a pup from the shelter so I’ll use it. Package comes , no discount given , no blanket in the box and once again three messages left and emails and crickets. Too bad , your products Are lovely.. need to figure out how to run a business and take care of customers
Horrible AI driven customer service - refusing returns at the holiday. Do not buy from this merchant if you expect to be able to return crazy sized clothing
This company is a joke! There is no CUSTOMER SERVICE! They take your order online, ship it to you and then they give you AI robots and their website is continually crashing! Do not order from this company!!
Even below zero star. I made an order and i was double charged and they wouldn’t let me change the shipping address. This is a scam dont buy from them.
Update: i even called fedex and they told the shipper can change the address and they didnt.
They also told me the double charge will drop off and it was on hold but i was actually charged the amount and didnt get my money back. This company is horrible.
I never received my order. I tried to contact via email, then direct web chat and finally Instagram I have not received one reply. I had to contact my credit card and ask for refund.Do Not buy from this company!!!!!
I can’t get the return portal to allow me to return items and there is NO customer service. Beware that if you have problem there will be no way to get help. Awful customer service.
I bought A pair of pajamas and a size medium and needed to exchange it for a small. In any other company this would be a very simple switch but not at this one. They have no customer service. I am talking zero Customer service doesn’t respond to multiple emails and there’s no contact number, it is ridiculous
For my daughter’s birthday, all she wanted was these short sleeve short shorts pajamas, I thought they were a little pricey at $90 plus over $22 shipping which was six days and the cheapest. Place the order May 25, 2023, for a 6 business day delivery, with the holiday memorial weekend should’ve been here June 2, with her birthday, being the same day, we were having a party for her the following day on the third I figure would be no problem. I checked status of delivery they said it would be June 6, maybe? I called the customer service, which was horrible, basically told me they had no control on deliveries, I requested a refund on the shipping which any good business would do, plus missing my daughters birthday. This review will continue after & if I ever receive my merchandise. PJ Savage is a lousy company to deal with regarding customer, service and shipping, so if you have money to throw away, go ahead and purchase here….. I will finish this review when I get my merchandise and let you know the timeframe but absurd almost 2 weeks after spending over $22. June 7th 2 weeks after ordering and paying $22 for shipping which the customer service dept. refused to refund me any or all of shipping charges with a legitimate company would do, I received the PJ’s, & it was not worth the wait!!! Walmart most likely has better quality, steer clear of this rip off company, I would not buy from PJ Savage
After I got my first sweatsuit From Rains up in Ojai California I’ve been hooked. Lounge wear so original and creative. I get compliments every time I wear my PJ Salvage gear
I returned my order almost two weeks ago and still have not gotten my refund! I call and email and cannot get someone to help me out. I will go to their warehouse next week to personally talk to them since they are close by. Also, I will not order again online from them.
Eww. The PJs fall apart immediately and leave lint on everything. They sell a garbage product and they know it. They're also owned by the parent company that ruined 7 for All Mankind. 0/10 would not recommend.
