Great spot if you're going to Disney. Close enough to walk and the rooms are nice and affordable. I was told they had their own shuttle when I called, however the shuttle is through the ART bus. That was disappointing to learn once we got there. Other than that, a great experience.

We stayed here thinking it was a great deal got a double bed room and went to Disneyland for 3 days we booked through 3rd party and on the last day while in our room we saw a cockroach climbing up wall and killed it during the day in the light. They said we will send someone down and check on it and sure enough it was a cockroach!! I have a picture of it attached it. If there’s one cockroach there’s more!!! Then we had to throw away food, empty all bags, shake them off not wanting to bring this back to our home with us!!! Went to front desk and they said oh we can’t compensate you it was booked through 3rd party so come to find out they can compensate us after leaving hotel and then denied us any room compensation. Manager Joshua said we paid for your parking compensation enough so they will not do anything more. They were extremely rude, lied about compensation and said go ahead and call corporate and do whatever you need to do. This is health and safety and they claim that they are clean on their site but will deny it and lie!!! I would never stay here again!! We also have kids with us under 10 years old, no respect for families!! Don’t stay here! Bad management!!

Hampton Inn & Suites in Anaheim is fantastic! Clean, comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Great location near attractions and shopping, and the complimentary breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. This is a really convenient location. A lot of places to eat around here. The free breakfast is okay and basic. Customer service was good. No room complaints. The only thing I did not like was having to pay $29 to park. No valet, $29 to self-park at a basic Hampton Inn with a basic small parking lot was dumb.

HORRIBLE morning customer service, for the price charged to spend the night here. I'm dealing with knee pain and needed an extra 30 minutes to check out. I called to ask if it's okay to have a 30-minute extension. They denied me without even letting me explain why I needed the extra 30 minutes. Usually, at other hotels and motels, they are more than happy to give a 30-minute extension. Also, the elevators took forever to work.

After having such a horrible experience at Hotel Lulu, my husband and I walked in the rain on the first day of our honeymoon looking for a place to stay. We walked for about 20 minutes and my husband has pointed out the Hampton Inn. He suggested we go in and so we did. We were greeted by Ana, and she was absolutely the sweetest soul. She heard our complaints about the previous situation, showed empathy, remorse, and even though it didn't happen at her hotel she gave us an amazing deal. We ended up loving our stay here and the staff was all so helpful. We will definitely be back here from now on when we stay. Not to mention, the breakfast was amazing with multiple options daily and its included too! THANK YOU ANA AND THE HAMPTON INN & SUITES STAFF!!!

I thought the photos of the room and hotel were a little misleading. It’s actually a fairly old building with popcorn ceilings and old carpet throughout, with some dingy battered walls in parts of the room we stayed in. We also experienced water issues during our stay. Twice while showering, the water just never got hot, and it instead remained luke warm which was hugely frustrating after coming back from a cold night at Disneyland. The toilet had trouble flushing, and our bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The breakfast in my opinion was the bare minimum. As a vegan, I only had bad oatmeal and unripe fruit as options. It is NOT hard to provide soy milk for cereal, and find a dairy-free toast. Even if I weren’t vegan, I thought the breakfast was dismal. Google has this as a 3-star hotel but I would honestly consider this a 2-star. It’s an affordable place to stay, but I personally won’t be going back or recommend it.

Amazing check in person when we arrived. Close to Disney with an ART bus you can utilize ( pay through an app). Good room for the price and awesome breakfast buffet.

Overall, a great experience! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great and had a lot of options! Hotel was super close to Disneyland and was so affordable. I would recommend this hotel! Great way to stay close to the parks and not have to pay a lot for a hotel.

Price was a steal and location in terms of distance to Disneyland was excellent. Staff was great, even had a late checkout. Someone in our party even left their cellphone and charger by accident and we were able to retrieve it even after a few days of having already been checked out.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT DOG FRIENDLY!!! Naturally, if a hotel puts dog friendly as advertised, you would think they are. Well, we encountered absolutely outrageous behavior regarding noise from our pet that no evidence was provided!! They directly told us that other guests’ experiences were to be prioritized over ours! Horrible horrible service. Disgustingly rude staff. We will never be staying at a Hampton again and will avoid the Hilton brand at all costs. Pets are family members and we deserved a magical experience for our vacation just like everybody else! If your hotel is pet friendly and people complain about a dog noise, they should be notified that the hotel is pet friendly and there’s nothing they can do about it. Not notifying the pet owners that we’re going to be kicked out!!! Outrageous.

Horrible staff. They threw away my property (clothing, electronics, personal items). Experienced sexism from staff and neighbors. The room was great. I won’t be recommending this hotel.

Horrible experience at this hotel. There was no hot water the entire weekend when either my daughter or I tried to take a shower on Saturday. Then on Sunday I attempted to take a shower and again no warm water. Notified the front desk. They said they were going to empty the tank and see if that worked which it didn’t. Upon checking out the best they could do is a $50 credit for parking. Spent $550 to stay there for two nights. When I called to speak to a manager (Kim), she said they already took care of me. That I didn’t notify the front desk. All completely false. On top of that, this hotel is completely busy at all times of the day. It’s loud when you’re trying to sleep. They have security policing the parking lot to try to keep non customers out of the parking lot but that didn’t work. I don’t recommend you staying here. Not date and horrible customer service. Go somewhere where you and your family can feel safe and properly use the amenities.

Worst service ever!
I requested to check out 48 hrs before checking out but when checking out, the manager told me there is no record of my request. Since I didn’t get any notification or nothing but only requested at the counter.
The manager, Mike keeps saying that they still need to charge for one more night. This was a really terrible service I haven’t not had before. There is a security camera and I can proof if they review.
If you’re planning to stay at this hotel and might need to make changes, you’d better not. This is how they make their money and it is going to be the worst day ever.Oct 21, 2025 -

Stayed at this hotel for three days. During my stay, everything seemed fine until one night when an employee named Beverly spoke to me in a very impolite manner regarding a door issue. It was after 10 p.m., and the door wouldn’t open as I was trying to get in. Instead of offering help, she addressed me rudely and raised her voice.
I spoke with her supervisor about the incident and decided to write this review because no guest should be spoken to in such a loud and disrespectful way, especially in front of their family. The way she yelled at me made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable,Oct 17, 2025 -
Amazing front desk staff!!!! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping was so friendly, everyone says Hi when you pass by them in the halls in the morning. The fitness centre was quite decent. I was able to make it to the gym everyday during my week stay. My parents absolutely loved their one bedroom suite with a fridge and mini-stove. Breakfast was very convenient at the hotel. Their waffles were so good! And Disneyland is only a 25 mins walk away. They do offer shuttle service to Disneyland also but I didn’t use it since my parents dropped us off at Disneyland. The pool was very nice too! I highly recommend this hotel!

We chose this hotel for two reasons: breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing.
The breakfast was terrible—almost nothing was available, and what was offered was very low quality.Even the bread was old and not edible.
Parking was another major issue. Although the hotel charges for parking, it was always extremely difficult to find a spot. On some days, we had to wait up to an hour, and at times the only available spaces were far from our room.

I had a pretty good stay here overall. The hotel itself is well-maintained my room was spacious, very clean, with good air conditioning and hot water. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful, which made a really nice impression. The breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety and tasty options to start the day.
The check-in process was a bit slow, though. I arrived on time but my room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait about 30 minutes before I could get in. Not a huge issue, but it did make the first impression a little less smooth.
The main downside was the location of my room. It was on the ground floor, right next to the parking area where cars and shuttle buses were constantly coming and going. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains or window. people were walking by often, so there was little sense of privacy. And when I did open the curtains, the view was basically the trash bins, which wasn’t very pleasant. On top of that, there was noise late at night from people talking and playing music, and very early in the morning I could hear the garbage truck. Since I’m a light sleeper, this woke me up a few times.
That being said, the hotel itself is really nice, and I think if I had been placed on a higher floor, the stay would have been perfect. I would still recommend it because the service, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent just try to avoid the ground floor rooms if possible.Sep 10, 2025 -

We just stayed here this past week for our disney trip. Hot breakfast every morning was great. The breakfast attendants were all young but very professional and helpful. The front desk was very nice at check in and check out. Would definately stay again.

Super close to Disney with helpful staff!! I’m a huge fan of Hampton inns and this did not disappoint. They are located next to a very busy ice cream shop so be prepared for the parking lot to be busy. They do have security that checks the lot and will tow cars after 10 that aren’t guests from the hotel, so it wasn’t hard to find parking after our Disney day. Comfy beds and breakfast was good too!! They have certain rooms with firework views as well

The rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The service was fine, but it was rather loud and busy feeling in the lobby. I only gave 3 stars for location because there are plenty of hotels near Disneyland to choose from and this one’s parking lot is open to everyone. It seemed like a lot of spots were being filled by people eating at nearby locations, so we had difficulty finding a spot to park. This was an annoyance since we just wanted to park and go to our room to sleep. We only stayed the night and checked into the Grand Californian early the next morning.

Best hotel ever! Super clean, great service! Breakfast hot with a good variety of food and a big clean dining area. Pool, hot tub and laundromat were nice too! Oh plus the gym and business center were good. Got there late at night and female night manager with a cool necklace was super friendly and attentive!

As a Hilton Diamond member, we travel a lot and stay exclusively at Hilton Brand hotels. I wanted to post this review as I was pleasantly surprised at the level of excellence this particular hotel displayed from the moment we arrived to when we left. Being so close to Disneyland, I am sure there is tremendous turnover at this hotel. The management, house keeping and staff were very attentive and kept everything in pristine condition. The breakfast crew was simply outstanding as they worked tirelessly to keep everything stocked, fresh and tidy with the large morning crowds. I want to point out one young man in particular named RODRIGO who went above and beyond with his commitment to customer satisfaction. I also noticed him proactively taking care of guests' special needs including ours, which did not go unnoticed. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for an enjoyable week!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it was all thanks to the incredible care and attention from hotel manager Mike Domingo. Traveling with a special needs child who uses a wheelchair can often be stressful, but Mike went above and beyond to make our experience smooth, comfortable, and truly unforgettable.
All the staff was friendly helping and sweet!

Great place to stay for Disney. It was affordable, and the breakfast offered was great. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they worked so hard during the breakfast hours to keep things stocked and clean. Rooms was nice and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Far enough away from DL for a lower price, but we utilized the Toy Story parking lot for security & shuttles to the park. We even walked all the way home one night and it wasn’t terrible. Highly recommend!

We got the suite and it was perfect! We had a full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave! Which was a must for us since we have 2 little babies! We were able to bring food and drinks and make our own food and the dishwasher was also a huge must for us so we could wash their bottles! We had a lot of room, there was the kitchen area then the living room with patio and then the bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom was also very big! The room was very clean and very spacious! My whole family went so we needed 3 rooms and they put us all together so our rooms were right next to one another, which we really enjoyed. They have the shuttle to take you to and from Disney. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disneyland!
