Horrible experience at this hotel. There was no hot water the entire weekend when either my daughter or I tried to take a shower on Saturday. Then on Sunday I attempted to take a shower and again no warm water. Notified the front desk. They said they were going to empty the tank and see if that worked which it didn’t. Upon checking out the best they could do is a $50 credit for parking. Spent $550 to stay there for two nights. When I called to speak to a manager (Kim), she said they already took care of me. That I didn’t notify the front desk. All completely false. On top of that, this hotel is completely busy at all times of the day. It’s loud when you’re trying to sleep. They have security policing the parking lot to try to keep non customers out of the parking lot but that didn’t work. I don’t recommend you staying here. Not date and horrible customer service. Go somewhere where you and your family can feel safe and properly use the amenities.

Stayed at this hotel for three days. During my stay, everything seemed fine until one night when an employee named Beverly spoke to me in a very impolite manner regarding a door issue. It was after 10 p.m., and the door wouldn’t open as I was trying to get in. Instead of offering help, she addressed me rudely and raised her voice. I spoke with her supervisor about the incident and decided to write this review because no guest should be spoken to in such a loud and disrespectful way, especially in front of their family. The way she yelled at me made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable,

Stayed for 5 nights. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Clean, quiet and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is abundant. Thanks to hotel receptionist, Bevs.

Not nearly as as accommodating as it was once was. I reserved this room months ago and asked for higher floor facing front of hotel. I was told only diamond members can be guaranteed their room request even though I booked MONTHS in advance and requested that room. Never had issues in the past until now. Also asked for late check, just 1 hour extra s d that was a no as well. I’ve never had any issues on the past with that request. ||I DO NOT BLAME ANY FRONT STAFF WORKERS AS I KNOW THOSE PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY HARD AND THEY’RE ONLY DOING WHAT MANAGEMENT TELLS THEM TO DO AND THEY’RE EXTREMELY NICE PEOPLE, BUT CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH AND THEIR HANDS ARE PROBABLY TIED, BUT I DO BLAME UPPER MANAGEMENT FOR THESE ISSUES||That said one of the reasons why I felt these things could’ve been accommodated is for one their lack of cleaning and communication here to be a problem there was a language barrier between myself and the cleaning staff because I don’t speak Spanish and we try to communicate the best we could. I asked them to please dump the trash every day if that’s the most they could do and just clean up a little bit, but not like redo the entire room, trying to make things a little bit easier for them like explain this to the front staff I don’t know who I spoke to, but he did not communicate this to the cleaning staff because none of that got done. They came in and she wiped a few things down and dropped off some towels, but they never went under the sink to grab the trash and we were there for three days and they never once bothered picking up any trash and throwing it away and it just started to smell really bad and we had to get our own trash bags. It’s not something you really wanna do when you’re on vacation or even our own business is to have to clean up stuff like that and do deep cleaning on your own and it just never done so it started to become really smelly and gross in the room and I just don’t understand where the cleaning service was. I just never came except for one day and it’s just not enough. It’s not acceptable not taking out. The trash is just gross and unsanitary||They charge for parking even though I told them I only had a car for one day and I had to return it to Avis Rent-A-Center the next day and then I still recharged for the full-time. I was there even though we didn’t have a car there the entire time Which I also communicated to the beginning. It was still on my bill.. ||Yeah, it’s just disappointing because I always stay at this hotel on business or pleasure because it was just very accommodating and understanding, but that is just not the case anymore because I think things are just getting very expensive in our country and that’s just the trick laying down affects less workers and you pay more and you basically get less and no exceptions and no accommodations are made anymore. It’s just sad to see my favorite hotel like this..

Great experience! Bevz did great greeting us every time and even remembered our names - that’s pretty cool. Hotel was great. Like the early check in as I chose end by stairs on second floor so I didn’t have to use elevator with everyone else.

Amazing front desk staff!!!! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping was so friendly, everyone says Hi when you pass by them in the halls in the morning. The fitness centre was quite decent. I was able to make it to the gym everyday during my week stay. My parents absolutely loved their one bedroom suite with a fridge and mini-stove. Breakfast was very convenient at the hotel. Their waffles were so good! And Disneyland is only a 25 mins walk away. They do offer shuttle service to Disneyland also but I didn’t use it since my parents dropped us off at Disneyland. The pool was very nice too! I highly recommend this hotel!

Our experience at the hotel was amazing. The staff was always available for questions. One staff member Bevz went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She always addressed us by our name which we thought was so cool. The hotel was clean, beds were comfy. Looking forward to another visit down the road.

We chose this hotel for two reasons: breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, both were very disappointing. The breakfast was terrible—almost nothing was available, and what was offered was very low quality.Even the bread was old and not edible. Parking was another major issue. Although the hotel charges for parking, it was always extremely difficult to find a spot. On some days, we had to wait up to an hour, and at times the only available spaces were far from our room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

I had a pretty good stay here overall. The hotel itself is well-maintained my room was spacious, very clean, with good air conditioning and hot water. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful, which made a really nice impression. The breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety and tasty options to start the day. The check-in process was a bit slow, though. I arrived on time but my room wasn’t ready, so I had to wait about 30 minutes before I could get in. Not a huge issue, but it did make the first impression a little less smooth. The main downside was the location of my room. It was on the ground floor, right next to the parking area where cars and shuttle buses were constantly coming and going. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains or window. people were walking by often, so there was little sense of privacy. And when I did open the curtains, the view was basically the trash bins, which wasn’t very pleasant. On top of that, there was noise late at night from people talking and playing music, and very early in the morning I could hear the garbage truck. Since I’m a light sleeper, this woke me up a few times. That being said, the hotel itself is really nice, and I think if I had been placed on a higher floor, the stay would have been perfect. I would still recommend it because the service, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent just try to avoid the ground floor rooms if possible.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove this past weekend and had a really pleasant experience. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff—especially Josue, who went above and beyond to assist me. His kindness and dedication truly stood out and made a great impression!||The only small issues I encountered were a clogged sink and the lack of a fan in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy. That said, these were minor concerns compared to the overall quality of the stay.||If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place near Anaheim, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. I’d happily stay here again!

My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites Anaheim Garden Grove. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Everything was very clean! One night we even saw the firework show at Disneyland from our window! A bonus! But the best thing was the front desk clerk, Betz. Betz remembered our names each time we walked by, recommending us places to eat, explaining all the hotel amenities and even chatting with us a bit. Betz was very professional and treated us kindly. We highly recommend staying here. Oh, and the breakfast was not fancy, but good!

I’m in town for business and Bev has been absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely great at what she does. It’s not often you come across someone who makes you feel so taken care of, but Bev really did. We had such a wonderful stay! Bev, the front desk agent, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful with tips about the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—just a short drive to Disney and surrounded by plenty of great food options. Highly recommend staying here, especially if Bev is at the front desk to greet you!

On a Recent business trip we were lucky enough to include a bit of family travel as well. Bev behind the front desk was AWESOME…. I mean enough so to write a review which I rarely do. She found our phone which was accidentally left outside while boarding a Lyft to the park and she set it aside for us. Her friendly and welcoming attitude exemplifies Hilton’s hospitality brand and they are lucky to have her driving the bus

We just stayed here this past week for our disney trip. Hot breakfast every morning was great. The breakfast attendants were all young but very professional and helpful. The front desk was very nice at check in and check out. Would definately stay again.

Super close to Disney with helpful staff!! I’m a huge fan of Hampton inns and this did not disappoint. They are located next to a very busy ice cream shop so be prepared for the parking lot to be busy. They do have security that checks the lot and will tow cars after 10 that aren’t guests from the hotel, so it wasn’t hard to find parking after our Disney day. Comfy beds and breakfast was good too!! They have certain rooms with firework views as well

The rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The service was fine, but it was rather loud and busy feeling in the lobby. I only gave 3 stars for location because there are plenty of hotels near Disneyland to choose from and this one’s parking lot is open to everyone. It seemed like a lot of spots were being filled by people eating at nearby locations, so we had difficulty finding a spot to park. This was an annoyance since we just wanted to park and go to our room to sleep. We only stayed the night and checked into the Grand Californian early the next morning.

The hotel bathroom sink had a very pungent sewage odor coming from it. I shoved towels over it to stop smelling it. Their bath towels are child size. The hotel lobby and breakfast area is uncomfortably hot. The bedding looked so old and worn out it was more of a yellow color and appeared to not be cleaned. The conditioner was never filled up. They charge customers $25 a day for parking but they don’t actually monitor their lots. Sounds very much like a scam. I watched many people park at the hotel and get ice cream at the place next door to it. If it was any type of “monitored” it wouldn’t be allowing free parking to non customers. At night more people park there to go get ice cream, then party super loud in the parking lot.My room window was positioned to that area. Very unpleasant. And they definitely weren’t hotel customers. They don’t honor the “quick book” rates on their Hilton App. The front desk was very snarky when asked for towels for the pool use. I wouldn’t have asked, if there were towels out there to begin with. I love how close it was to the different attractions of that area. Although, I would never consider staying there again. I’ve had much better experiences at cheaper hotels with better customer services and at least I’ve never had to smell the odor of sewage coming out of the sink.

Room was clean and comfortable. Although when booking the room there was no mention of a $25 parking fee. Also the $150 deposit fee was not mentioned or I just didn't notice it when booking the stay. Money was refunded in a timely manner but additional charges put a dent in the vacation budget.

Positive: The location, the staff were exceptional and ensured that we were comfortable and really took time to get to know us. Despite housekeeping being offered every other day, when asked they were able to bring fresh towels, bedding or tidy up the place. Negative: N/A

The shower was cold. When I called the front desk they said let it run for several minutes. Didn't help. They said they would have it looked at. We should have been offered a different room. Didn't happen. Myself, my family or my friends will never stay there again. 5 days of cold showers are for the birds . My wife hated our trip for this reason. The shower handle kept falling off. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Even hotel 6 has hot water. Nothing like a cold shower to start the day off. Worst customer service ever. No concern or offer to help. Let the water run for 15 minutes while standing there. LOL, what a joke. I would give no stars if it was offered.

Best hotel ever! Super clean, great service! Breakfast hot with a good variety of food and a big clean dining area. Pool, hot tub and laundromat were nice too! Oh plus the gym and business center were good. Got there late at night and female night manager with a cool necklace was super friendly and attentive!

As a Hilton Diamond member, we travel a lot and stay exclusively at Hilton Brand hotels. I wanted to post this review as I was pleasantly surprised at the level of excellence this particular hotel displayed from the moment we arrived to when we left. Being so close to Disneyland, I am sure there is tremendous turnover at this hotel. The management, house keeping and staff were very attentive and kept everything in pristine condition. The breakfast crew was simply outstanding as they worked tirelessly to keep everything stocked, fresh and tidy with the large morning crowds. I want to point out one young man in particular named RODRIGO who went above and beyond with his commitment to customer satisfaction. I also noticed him proactively taking care of guests' special needs including ours, which did not go unnoticed. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for an enjoyable week!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it was all thanks to the incredible care and attention from hotel manager Mike Domingo. Traveling with a special needs child who uses a wheelchair can often be stressful, but Mike went above and beyond to make our experience smooth, comfortable, and truly unforgettable. All the staff was friendly helping and sweet! This is a great stay for family at an affordable price.

My mother and I had great service while staying here. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Environment was fabulous. We would stay again for sure. Room prices are reasonable. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Just wish it was closer to Disneyland. The hotel does have a shuttle to and from the park which is convenient.

We got the suite and it was perfect! We had a full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave! Which was a must for us since we have 2 little babies! We were able to bring food and drinks and make our own food and the dishwasher was also a huge must for us so we could wash their bottles! We had a lot of room, there was the kitchen area then the living room with patio and then the bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom was also very big! The room was very clean and very spacious! My whole family went so we needed 3 rooms and they put us all together so our rooms were right next to one another, which we really enjoyed. They have the shuttle to take you to and from Disney. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disneyland!
