Had my battery supposedly replaced at this place a few months ago called and let them know that there is a constant problem of the hybrid battery system coming on and off no response call them a second time. Haven’t gotten any response yet. This company changed ownership and I have gotten different results because I never had this problem with the previous owners that were there. Let me know if anyone else has had a similar experience.

The service here was above and beyond. My Lexus hybrid was sitting for 2 years. I didn't know what to do with it it wouldn't budge. I towed it to a friend who had trouble with it as well. He found Ace Hybrid Tech. When I say they kept me informed every step of the way you can take that to the bank. I thought it was going to be a month or more. In 4 days they told me they fixed the hybrid battery. But that there was another problem. My fuel pump. We got the part ordered and when it came in they installed it and just like that I had my car back. It needed a desperate oil change they even gave me the information of a shop they work with. They took my car asap. I never thought my car was going to be up and running. I really thought I was going to have to junk it. Thanks to Ace Hybrid Tech that was not the case. My Honda Civic hybrid was giving me problems with all the lights on the dashboard on. I called multiple mechanics specializing in Hybrids and NONE of them said they can help me until i called ACE HYBRID TECH. They were quick with just 1 hr to get the job done and fix my hybrid. had my car towed to Ace Hybrid group on 7/11/2023 as I thought my battery needed to be replaced. I spoke with Tim at the front desk, he took my keys and a while later Bob informed me that it was actually my fuel pump that needed to be replaced I left my car and on 7/13/2023 I called and was told my car was ready to pick up. I paid via credit card the amount of $549.02 left and went straight to a gas station to fill the tank. The gas gauge wasn't working so I called the next day as it was after hours and spoke with Bob. He told me to let it get empty and fill it a few times to see if that would reset it. I did this and it didn't work. I called again and spoke with Bob, he told me that it was a faulty fuel pump and they would replace it. i took it back in on the morning of Friday August 11 with less than a 1/4 tank. as I was going out of town. I had someone pick it up for me that afternoon and they informed him that it would smell like gas for a few days and to keep the windows down to air out for a few days. He actually left my windows down until I returned the following tuesday August 15. I only had to get near the car to smell the gas. I worked at getting the smell out using volcanic rocks, baking soda, charcoal bags, kitty litter, essential oils, shampooing the carpet and washing the mats. nothing worked. I realized that they had actually spilled gas on my back floor and didn't clean it or inform me of this. They said they would get it out for me and gave me a loaner car. Their car had expired tags and registration and a brake problem. (they also gave it to me with an empty tank. When I got my car back it smelled like gas and vinegar. (it still does) On 8/23/2023 my car stopped. I had it towed to Eurotech and they informed me it was the fuel pump. everything that could possibly have been done incorrectly was. I Paid 375.00. I spoke with Mo at ace and he told me he would refund my original payment, replace the mats and pay for the days rental. now he won't.
Called to set up an appt for my good friend who now owns my older Prius. Left a voice mail, within 15 mins Bob called back & was nice & professional, and setting up a future appointment. My friend & I met up there while they installed a hybrid battery. Bob let us know each step of the process. Bob did a wonderful job putting it all back together. My friend was thrilled as he won’t part with this car! Lol They’re nice & very courteous people. Highly recommend their services.

I started having issues with the high voltage battery on my 2006 Mercury Mariner Hybrid where I had to drive it every day or else the vehicle would not move. Called Bob at Ace Hybrid Group and not only did they have a battery for my vehicle, it was a fraction of the cost that the dealer would have charged - and I am getting a longer warranty!

These guys are great. I towed my Prius V 2013 to them for an engine replacement. This was the best decision I made. I have to say when my engine over heated. I made bunch of calls and the estimates that I got where a over the place. When I saw their add I called them and they where exact on the parts, labor and the price. Thank you guys! You are the best! These guys are awesome!! I went in today to get a replacement hybrid battery for my 2007 Honda Accord Hybrid, I chose them because their prices far beat anyone else’s. The installation for my car was super quick and they even give warranty, different options on different batteries available. So far so good now my car is ready to drive another 5 years and more. Moe and the guys did a great, professional job for a price no one can even come close to. These guys are one of the only honest repair shops left. Try them out yourselves. You have warranty.....

Backstory: I was driving my 10 year old Prius on the highway when the hybrid battery DIED, cutting my engine on the highway. I cruised to the side, panicked for a moment, then got referred to Ace Hybrid Group from my paint serviceman Erik from ER Painting Services in Santa Ana. I called Moe in a panic, slightly frazzled from my near accident on the highway, but he was calm, kind, and professional in my inquiry.
I got my car towed to Stanton all the way from South County, and it was definitely worth it. I walked in, half-expecting to call my husband to pick me up after the preliminary quote so they could order the battery, BUT BY GOD, THEY HAD MY BATTERY THERE AND INSTALLED IT IN LESS THAN 45-MINUTES!!!!! It was an absolutely MIRACLE!!!! I had called a dealer earlier, and they dismissed my urgency and said they would have to "order a new one" which would take a week or two to come in. And yet, here, Ace Hybrid Group not only has my battery, but installs it IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES. Take THAT Dealership!!!!

THAT is world-class service, my friends. Plus I have 7-year warranty from Ace Hybrid Group, and Tim was so friendly and courteous in the front office. This truly was the oasis business in my dark hour of need that I could not have dreamed up better, even if I tried.
I have an Escalade 2004 hybrid I went to another shop their warranty was not covering anything! But here is hustle free! I get an appointment and then everything went good. No hidden fees no argument, no questions!!! Now it’s been 8 month and I put over 20k mile and there is no problem at all
Great service and fair prices! I came in 15 months ago and got the least expensive rebuild battery for my Prius (because it's a 2004 with almost 250k on it). This set me back just under 1k and came with a 16 month warranty. It worked great but started to act up a little yesterday. I came in with my warranty in hand, a little worried that with only 2 weeks left on it they might try to get out of helping me. Well, i had no need to worry! Mo remembered me, where i worked and detailed of our last conversation over a year ago. He IMMEDIATELY got to work replacing my battery and the process should only take about 30 min! I highly recommend this place! Wish i could give 10 stars!

Good place and good service up until the warranty wears out. We changed our battery from our Prius 2006 in April 2017 with a 18 month warranty. Since then we had to go back twice since their new "remanufactured" battery didn’t last more than 6 months.
The warranty is now over and we had our battery checked by an other hybrid technician since all the dashboard lights turned on... The diagnostic revealed that 7 cells were bad and the other ones were about to go bad since the pack that was put in our car is an older assembly that we had originally. We are now basically stuck at spending an other 700$ in order to get our Prius in good shape again :(

Very good! customer service. Moe is very knowledgeable and takes the extra steps to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Moe is very honest and and trustworthy. I walked away feeling very satisfied. I have already referred an auto repair shop to Ace hybrid, the shop said they will refer all of their customers to Ace for hybrid batteries.
The shop itself is clean compared to most automotive repair shop. Receiving area and bathroom were very clean .I met the owner and owners son. They were extremely kind and helpful. Explained my problem and repair options for my aging 2008 prius. The price was very reasonable as this is the second shop I went to. And even gave me a senior discount. Definitely recommend this place.
Best quality of customer service! They are A brand! At the first I thought I am going to a normal battery store, but after I walked in and checked their wearhouse it was amazing how they are comparing with Toyota dealer and big brands as far as quality, price and customer service ... it’s almost a year that my Toyota Prius is running awesome with a green light .
