Don't trust the web site. I drove 25 miles to get a very specific oil (which said was available in stock and available for online purchase), only to arrive and wait in line for 10 minutes to be told they don't have any. Always verify with a call. Lesson learned.

I ordered a gasket online for my car and got a confirmation, when I went to pick it up, I found a couple of members and they made me wait and went around and around to find my order then finally told me they didn’t have it, out of stock. I wasted my time in this place, save yours.Jan 25, 2026 -
Mimi and Michelle have been super useful, they surprised me with their skills. They got my Battery changed under 5mins. I definitely recommend this location and those ladies to my friends and family.

I’ve consistently had great experiences with AutoZone. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help, whether it’s finding the right part, offering advice, or running a quick test. You can tell they actually care about customers and take pride in their work. AutoZone has earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone working on their car

This place service suck.. I order and paid for my part . They make me go on line . after an hour later findly got a cashier took him more then 15 minutes to get me my part.

Great Customer Service!
Stopped by this AutoZone location today and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a quick question about a battery and a helpful employee, by the name of Henry, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed without any hassle or pressure. I had a great experience at the store however I want to give a special Thanks to Henry R. forty helping installing wiper blades despite it raining very hard since I'm not knowledgeable in installing wiper blades myself, gonna recommend to others to get their wiper blades changed here!

Purchased rotors and was rushed out due to it being busy so didn’t get a chance to put my number. Break pads constantly wearing and having to replace. A year later I’m finding out this establishment sold me rotors for a base model instead of the Fsport. I take them back to see if they can help me out, girl at the desk says that they don’t know that there’s different ones not helpful or knowledgeable. So ignorant that Autozone can’t help me now I will have to contact my bank because they did me wrong and cannot take accountability. Do better Autozone. Zero stars!!!

Employees need to be trained better, tried canceling an order I made online and called multiple times, each time being asked to hold and getting hanged up on every single time and then the employee proceeds to say they don’t know how to cancel the order. Had to call customer support online and they did it right away.

I waited in line to pay for $3.00 car extreme for about 25-30 minutes. Reminds of Sears. Make people wait to take their money. This is a reason why so many companies go out of business due to their very poor customer service. All 6 of these employees walking around did not even smile. Looks like they are upset. Horrible service.

Car got scratched by my daughter, we drove around to multiple different autopart shops looking for advice. All efforts were futile until we got here.
The assistant manager, Ruben, went out of his way to examine the scratch, and brought out an anti-scratch paste and scrubbed most of the mark away. Went unnoticed by my husband (lol). We didn’t purchase anything and he still gave us great service, A+ customer treatment.

Shopping here is the best experience ever!
I know Google doesn’t have the option to leave tips and advice, but here’s a good few to make your first or many experiences the better versus worst!
Tip 1: Don’t call in, they’re ALWAYS busy so they don’t pick up calls at any time unless it’s slow but that’s a blue moon at this location. Majority of the time they will pick up store-to-store calls.
Tip 2: If a different store refers you here because their system says this store has the part, MAKE SURE THE PART HAS BEEN CALLED and CONFIRMED FOR (STOCK CHECK). You never know if the inventory is accurate or not based on electronic visual. NEVER TRUST THE WEBSITE EITHER.
Tip 3: If your car’s at the shop, TAKE PICTURES OF THE LICENSE PLATE AND/OR VIN AND ALSO THE PARTS (VIDEOS TOO). Helps escalate the flow of customer lines in the store.
Tip 4: UTILIZE THE SELF-CHECKOUT if you’re buying front-of-house merchandise and paying CARD.
Tip 5: Unfortunately it’s a single file line for everyone (engine scan, order pickup, buying, returning, getting advice, etc).
Tip 6: DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU DON’T KNOW, the last thing you want to do is buy the wrong parts at closing time and having to wait until the next morning to resume repairs.

Very slow customer service. Seems to only have 1 cashier and 1 parts counter. Employees are friendly but manager needs to be more aware of the business. Been here 3 times always at least 20+ mins to just pay
