Employees need to be trained better, tried canceling an order I made online and called multiple times, each time being asked to hold and getting hanged up on every single time and then the employee proceeds to say they don’t know how to cancel the order. Had to call customer support online and they did it right away.

I waited in line to pay for $3.00 car extreme for about 25-30 minutes. Reminds of Sears. Make people wait to take their money. This is a reason why so many companies go out of business due to their very poor customer service. All 6 of these employees walking around did not even smile. Looks like they are upset. Horrible service.

Car got scratched by my daughter, we drove around to multiple different autopart shops looking for advice. All efforts were futile until we got here. The assistant manager, Ruben, went out of his way to examine the scratch, and brought out an anti-scratch paste and scrubbed most of the mark away. Went unnoticed by my husband (lol). We didn’t purchase anything and he still gave us great service, A+ customer treatment. Be like Ruben!

Stupid service ,, i called you guys i need to change the battery , do you install for me ,? the lady who sold it very rude and she said i will not do it for you , i can just come and guid you ، actually she even dont know how and i did it and not sure if it was correct or not .. please if i come again there i don't want to see your face let another one serve me , u liers

Shopping here is the best experience ever! I know Google doesn’t have the option to leave tips and advice, but here’s a good few to make your first or many experiences the better versus worst! Tip 1: Don’t call in, they’re ALWAYS busy so they don’t pick up calls at any time unless it’s slow but that’s a blue moon at this location. Majority of the time they will pick up store-to-store calls. Tip 2: If a different store refers you here because their system says this store has the part, MAKE SURE THE PART HAS BEEN CALLED and CONFIRMED FOR (STOCK CHECK). You never know if the inventory is accurate or not based on electronic visual. NEVER TRUST THE WEBSITE EITHER. Tip 3: If your car’s at the shop, TAKE PICTURES OF THE LICENSE PLATE AND/OR VIN AND ALSO THE PARTS (VIDEOS TOO). Helps escalate the flow of customer lines in the store. Tip 4: UTILIZE THE SELF-CHECKOUT if you’re buying front-of-house merchandise and paying CARD. Tip 5: Unfortunately it’s a single file line for everyone (engine scan, order pickup, buying, returning, getting advice, etc). Tip 6: DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU DON’T KNOW, the last thing you want to do is buy the wrong parts at closing time and having to wait until the next morning to resume repairs. Speaking from experience over several years, love the parts, prices, and warranties they have to offer here. Get in the Zone, AutoZone.

Apparently you cant do exchanges at this store so they sent me to another location to do the return. Look out GMs of all the other Autozones, they'll be sending all the returns to you guys. Not sure if thats the business model or if they're just trying to protect their stores r&e numbers. Either way, a massive inconvenience for customers, especially when I was recommended the wrong item to begin with. Nice. Just read a few reviews from over 6 months ago denying returns for tax Rate difference between cities. My excuse was different saying their overflowed and something about a hub and blah blah blah.

Walked in to this store around 11am Tuesday June 17th 2025. I saw people almond around and they just ignored me and an irritated worker said she was on lunch, loudly. No one helped me and I had to ask several people multiple times. A gentleman eventually asked a worker named Melissa to help. She walked quietly and didn’t say a word and disappeared after she scanned my vehicle. I assume she went back in so I went back inside and she was printing my information. She just handed me 2 papers and didn’t say anything. I asked if that was all and she said “uh-huh”. So I guess I’ll go buy my parts elsewhere because I’m not going to beg someone to help me when I’m trying to make a purchase. Curious who’s the manager at this location because the staff is a reflection of management.

The audacity to waste peoples time and money. Made an order online, got a confirmation on both my items. Drove two cities over because they had it in stock only to get to the location and be told they did not have the product. Do better. I’ll be ordering from oriellys next time.

Came here to do a warranty claim since this auto zone carries BMW parts. I had bought a part online and wanted to do a warranty claim. They had told me since I had bought it from a different location they couldn’t take it. I later went to another auto zone location for them to do the warranty claim and I told them what had happened and they said they could’ve done the warranty claim they just didn’t want to.

I came in this store not confident on what parts I needed exactly and one of the guys helped me pick the right part for my whatever car I have. I appreciated this very much. I know I will come back to this store whenever I needed assistance on auto parts. I also noticed that once a customer walks in to their store they greet them with a smile and I really really liked that!

Came in needing a battery and was helped by Andrew V, he came out quick to check the charge and determined I did need a new battery. He helped me choose the correct battery for my car and came out to switch it for me right away. The customer service and the actual swapping of the battery was all done by him and it was top notch. I was prepared to come in for a long time of waiting but Andrew V was quick to help. I'm glad I came to this store today. Thanks again Andrew.

This store is the worst. I ordered online and got a notification saying my part was ready. When i got there they didn't have it because it was not in stock. The girl never gave me a refund. Talked to the assistant manager and he said it was already processed but it was never processed because i have done returns before. I didn't even get a refund receipt. It was only 8 bucks so i let it go but the principal was that i drove all the way for an hour for my part not to be there. It gets super busy at this location but the worst one. Save yourself time and go to a different place. Sucks that advance is closing because they were on top of customer service

The manager this place is suck. She don’t want to do business. The staff is nice but manager don’t care about the business please don’t come here if you need service. Waiting time is really bad. I would like give zero star if I can . And I need to check the review before come here

I wouldn't go to this place due to the customer service I've already called once and they put me on hold for 7 minutes and 33 seconds I hang up and I called back and he didn't even say nothing he just put me right back on hold great customer service AutoZone, there shouldn't be no reason for you to not say nothing and put a possible customer on hold like that, or at least keep in contact with that person on the phone just by saying hey we haven't forgot about you, be right with you, that simple. very unprofessional, that's why I will go to O'Reilly's instead you just lost a customer

All I gotta say is the the Assistant manager (Ruben Q) is not helpful at all. I got a wrong part packaged (bought from different store) in the correct box, and this guy refused to exchange it because he said his store was in a different tax bracket. He said it was the only store in O.C. that didn't do that. First of all what is the purpose of lifetime warranty? I felt like inwas being accused of trying to steal. Never going to this damn store again.

Very slow customer service. Seems to only have 1 cashier and 1 parts counter. Employees are friendly but manager needs to be more aware of the business. Been here 3 times always at least 20+ mins to just pay
