I have been going to this auto parts store for many years and all the times I have been there I always get a very knowledgable person to help they all are just great and helpful people and kind and care about there customers than there pay checks I could go to other auto parts store but I have been going here like I said for a long time and the people there know what there doing and that is a plus in my books especially growing up in an automotive family I recommend this place to anyone if you want to at least diagnose your problem at hand thank you all for your our standing service through our the years.
Just want to say Odi helped me out with my 2019 batteries for my F 250 truck he was ver knowledgeable and helpful . I definitely appreciate his help and I recommend this store to any one and don’t for get to ask for Odi great service. Is it should be.

This place helped me so much 100% would come again for all my parts Odi helped me and would will always come for him to help me with any parts you need come here he helped me with my yellow cap battery and 100% come again
These guys can't answer a phone and when they do they put you on hold for 8 mins and I have business account with these guys the people that answer those phones in the front should be fired and they can't even transfer you the manger

Been coming to this specific location for years never had one problem BUT today that all changed thanks to Duy who could not help me out with a warranty return one of the easiest things to handle as a manager. Went to a different location and they handled my warranty return with no problem. So definitely Duy has horrible managing skills. Two thumbs down for Duy. I will make sure to walk out every time I see him working.
They didn’t treat me right even though I told them I didn’t want the oil filter and only the oil and one wasn’t doing it’s job the other was doing it’s job they don’t treat you with respect especially if your Mexican women
Love this O'Reilly Store! Been coming here for 20 years! The head manager guy is Great! They usually have at least one person on shift that knows what there doing. I'm always in and out, never really have a line to wait in.
I've always enjoyed O'Reilly Auto parts versus AutoZone . They always have the better branded oil filters hear versus AutoZone. Plus I was able to get obscure Auto parts versus other auto parts stores. Highly recommend O'Reilly for your automotive needs.
I was visiting Disney from out of town and panicked when my oil light came on on our way home. I was alone with just my kids and stopped by the closest auto parts store. The employee Ericka was amazing! She went and got the right oil for my car and even helped me put the oil IN my car! Lol! I was embarrassed because I had no idea what I was doing, but she showed me how to do it and she was so sweet and non judgemental and really put my mind at ease. I’m so glad of all places this was the one we stumbled upon. Thank you so much Ericka!!
John the store manager is absolutely rude, inconsiderate and should not be working in customer service. I waited at least 10 minutes while he stood there doing nothing then when he called me up, I asked him if he could help me locate a special tool that I needed to open my car key. Instead of at least trying to help, he threw a box of screw drivers to me and walked away and never returned. Disgusting service especially towards female customers. I will be calling corporate as he needs to be removed from customer service. John you should be ashamed of yourself!
David on the other hand is absolutely fantastic, he saw what happened and offered to help me and was able to guide me to what I needed. David, bless you!
I went in and it was dead. One other customer besides me. The manager was on the phone giving college advice and the other guy was just making himself busy. I asked for help and no one budged. I found what I was looking for from Google instead, and bought it. I went to my car to replace the bulb, and it was the wrong one. Fml. So I went back in to find the correct one. I can't return the item since I had already opened it. I'm never coming back to this location. I wasted money bc yes, I don't know the difference between light bulbs, but that's also why I go to one of these stores with supposed experts.
If you know what you're looking for, the shop has great prices. If you don't know what exactly you're looking for, don't waste time here.
Amazing customer service if you ever need help i would 100% recommend coming to this oreillys. I showed up 5 min before closing and the gentleman was so helpful even though they were about to close he made sure i had everything i needed to replace my water pump and thermostat. Initially i walked in just to buy the thermostat since they were the only ones that had it in the area and i was going to go back tomorrow to get the waterpump but he assured me it was ok and made sure i had everything to get the job done. He never rushed me and even when i went to go see if they had an item which they didnt he went to go see himself to make sure i didnt miss it. I am speechless on how well i was treated. I didnt get his name but if you read this, thank you again.
Always has what I need or a way to order or another location that has it in stock. They recently checked my diagnostics for a check engine light for free. Would recommend these guys for any auto needs wether maintenance, or detailing, or big projects they can help with everything
When I came in this place was busy. Even though everyone has a bunch of questions and I was maybe getting irritated waiting I noticed the cashiers really help out the customers. They would either walk the customer to the product and help them choose their item or they would quickly grab the item for them. In my case they did both. She quickly grabbed me the appropriate funnel I needed and walked me to the windshield wipers and helped me select what type to get. I really liked the service here and have been very content coming here the past year or so for several different things.
Convenient, lots of parking, no handicap parking but wide isles for easy wheelchair navigation, cashiers can be hard to locate but staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. Carriers hard to find auto parts. Wax, cleaners, shampoos can be a little pricey but good selection. I go here often because of the helpful staff.
I came in for a steering wheel cover for my new car. I was trying to ask the woman working there if the cover I picked would fit my cars steering wheel. She laughed and said they were universal. When I tried to talk to make sure she cut me off and repeated herself. As rude as she was I know nothing about car accessories so I took her word for it. What do you know, my steering wheel was too small and the cover didn’t fit. I didn’t even take it back because I did not want to deal with her horrible attitude. I should’ve just gone to the autozone by my house. Will do that from now on.
