How do you get a human to the phone?.. or to call back? Always go to voice mail, leave a message, but its like nobody checks messages?

This place is a gold mind for recycling anything that plugs, any metal, small batteries and cables of all sorts. I was so happy to find it! I have dropped off 3 times this month... there is not limit. The team members were very helpful unloading my boxes. Very friendly and respectful. Ah! and I got an email with my tax deductible receipt :)

Save your time and gas! What a ripoff. Brought them a trunk full of recycling, including expensive toner cartridges and got a whopping $0 and not even a receipt! They said receipt would be e-mailed. We'll see. Even the monitors, for which a recycling fee was paid at purchase, and which they are supposed to refund when you recycle got me $0. Stay away.

I contacted CArecycler on Monday requesting a pick up on Thursday. We ended up changing the pick up to Wednesday. Throughout the process Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt like I was dealing with top rated customer service company. Even the driver was pleasant to deal with and was 5 minutes early. Well done!!!!!

Super cool guys, very helpful off loading a huge printer. Drop off was quick and easy. Took care of it during my lunch hour with enough time to grab a bite before heading back to the office.

CAme to this place because of the ad that they posted about free gear and monitors- they recycle whatever is not working for parts/scrap, but they also repurpose or give away the items they know still work. Great people, great cause, very easy.

I had a wonderful experience at California Electronics Recycler! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and they also gave me a free projector for my lap top! They are trying to help clean up landfills and they give back to the community and it's actually free no catch. If anyone has any old electronics laying around please bring it to them. Thanks again everyone at California Electronics Recycler!

Right off 55 and Main, California Electronics Recyler is a convenient spot to drop off your e-waste with the perk of possibly to exchange for a refurbished tv, monitor, vacuum, or other used electronic. They are only open during business hours on weekdays. Best to call to confirm current policy in case there are any confusions. The whole process is a breeze, less than 10 min in and out: 1. follow the sign to the warehouse to drop of your e-waste 2. fill out a slip with your info on it while the rep weighs your item 3. sign and take the slip to the front office to pick your desired refurbished electronic/computer peripheral Tips: One free exchange per person per year 1. Free e-waste recycling under 30lbs; over that that, it's 10 cents per lb 2. If your big screen TV's glass surface is intact, they won't charge you to recycle it here 3. They will wipe off your hardware/laptop, so no worries if you forgot to do so beforehand. The workers are courteous and doing great stuff for the community!

I called to enquire more information on an ad for a LCD monitor through their Facebook page and even though I don't have Facebook, the guy I spoke to was very helpful with directing me with another option to qualify for the program! I love how this company offers recycled items to the public and saves our community from unnecessary e-waste polluting our planet! Great job team! Friendly, helpful and super accommodating staff! 2 thumbs up!!! My dad will be thrilled! Thanks team!

I came in early in the morning, right around opening, the customer service was friendly. It was a real in and out experience. As for the quality of the item you get, I can vouch that more times than none, you'll be satisfied. A friend of mine got a stereo system three months back that is still working without issues to this day. And the 32 inch Sony I picked up is still working, screen is fine and the sound is fine. So all in all, I was satisfied with parking, service and the item I got. This is a really neat system that ought to be given a chance, I mean, the item you get is basically free given that you can exchange a working or non-working electronic of any kind. +5 stars. (:
