Horrible service!! Was sold the wrong part the first time, came in to order the right part…. Had to deliver to the store and it was the wrong part again. Absolutely terrible customer service and a waste of my gas and time.

Needed headlights. Kinda expensive here. But the dude at the counter was quick and I was in and out in under 5min.. 10% off for veterans, always appreciated.

Fany was the one that help us we went to the one on 17 and grand first before going to this location because they had the part here they gave use the part number on the paper we came for a o2 censor we ask her if it was a downstream sensor she sed I don’t know you just gave me the part number we just wanted to make sure it was the right part

It's one of my favorite store for my automotive needs. I really appreciate them for lending tools for free. Especially some special tools cost hundreds of dollars to buy.

I bought a battery in Sept of 2020 ,,it just recently failed ,,I waited in The long line like everyone else ,,when time for my turn I asked a simple question ,,can you please look up when my warranty expired ,,the woman can’t tell if she was old or young but she was definitely rude,,she looked up my account and she said the system had no recollection of my battery ,,and made a comment are you sure you bought it here ,,and made the rude comment because there’s other stores and named the stores there’s auto zone, Napa ,,etc,,, I’m like yes I bought it here it’s a O’Reilly Brand ,,then she’s like well it’s not in system let me help the rest of customers and the. I’ll get to you ,,by that time there was lime10 people behind me ,,waited and waited until i finally left and went to buy a battery else where one employee are kool but some just have preferred and social for others,, looked like she was having the laughing contest on the phone ,,this was the location on Harbor and Westminster,,my question is why ask for phone number if the don’t reward anything can’t find nothing ,,and at same time give you an additional audited ,,I’ll rather source my parts out instead of going to this location again

O'Reilly is the only Auto stores I purchase my car needs from. They truly have the best employees in most of their stores. They are always willing to help you with all your auto needs, no matter the issue. I can't praise them enough!!!

I can't thank Adrian and Edras enough for all their help. I came in with my caliber falling off as I was driving on the freeway. I was sent here from another oreillys and they had all the parts I needed. I needed help with a few things and boom they came and helped me with more than I could of imagined. Thank you guys. I would definitely recommend this store because of them.

Battery went dead in my truck the manager and tan put a new battery in Westminster and harbor excellent work got me on my way to Bakersfield thanks you guys I really appreciate it probably be seeing you soon sometime been there a long time as a customer with you

My experience at this store was great thanks to Adrian on August 7th, 2022 he went out of his way to make sure I was helped. He is a cool dude, great customer service, he has potential to be manager or a high position at this store thanks again Adrian.

Made a huge mistake in choosing this particular auto parts store. I had the misfortune to expect to be helped by the associate Edgar who is probably under experienced in customer service. It sad that one apparently disgruntled Hopefully management will help this associate gain more personality etiquette. Disappointed

If I was you guys I would stick to going to AutoZone where the customer service is great they have more than one person on duty I go there to go get a battery tested when when they first opened up I was second customer in line I asked the guy hey can I get my battery tested and he goes you have to wait for an hour hour and a half I went down the street to AutoZone and I had it done within 5 minutes the only reason why I went there was cuz they had opened up at 7:30 and AutoZone they had opened up at 8 I should have just wait until 8

Last Thursday, I visited this store to discuss an issue with defective brake parts. I was unsure as to whether or not I was going to have problems getting my warranty honored, but Carlos changed all that. He was quick to help me with my issue and assured me there would be no problem getting a parts exchange. He looked over the damaged parts, and unsure of exactly how the problem occurred, he was glad to make the exchange. Thanks, again, Carlos! I'd like to add that on Tuesday, April 21, I went back to Oriellys and needed to find a by-pass hose for the radiator and wasn't sure what to call it. I simply described the approximate size and shape and Jimmy knee exactly what I was talking about. We continued to discuss other issues I have with the car and he gave me some good suggestions. THIS is why I love coming here! These guys offer great service and knowledge. Thanks, again, Jimmy! And thank you O'Reilly's of Garden Grove! Unfortunately, I'll be leaving the state, soon. Hope to find another great O'Reilly's in Missouri.

Asked for a part that they had in stock online, the guy said he would go in the back to look for it 3 minutes later he said he cant find it but will order it to his store. Asked him to order it to my local store and he refused saying he cant do that and that I had to place a phone call. Funny thing is I have had other O'Reilly employees make that phone call for me in the past. Policy change or straight up laziness. Regardless I wont be buying my part from them. YMMV. Good luck.

Went in at about 3:30 today (FRIDAY) looking for a transmission pressure governor! The part was not available until Monday or Tuesday with express shipping! The gentleman that helped me understands that customer satisfaction does not always mean you sell a part! He advise me of where I might get the part so I was able to complete my repair today, of course I bought all of the other supplies needed for the job from him and will return for future needs. Hella good service. Wouldn’t go to anywhere else. Store looks clean every time I paid a visit. Service, again, is ON POINT. Always got a warm welcome when walking in the door. Very knowledgeable staff. All the one star reviews deserve a slap in the back because I’ve never gotten turned down here at O’Reilly Auto Parts.

The manager was helpful recommending Lucas oil treatment, he gave me some honest suggestions and some logical advice. Good customer service and ample stocking of the products. I always return to this location. Tim Kostner

Worse service with rude staff. Went in for a few things since it was on the way. Finished grabbing my items and walked up to counter waiting to be service. There was 1 staff sevicing a customer. 2 others walking around stocking items. Awaited for a look, a nod, anything to let me know I was there. Nothing. 10 mins later I was about to walk out when 1 staff came in to help me out. Everything was fine/normal until the end when he handed the receipt and said bye. I noticed that I couldn't carry all the items out without a bag so I ask for it "Can I have a bag?" He responded with "okay, you don't need to have an attitude". Seriously? This kid has no idea what is attitude and what is service. I responded by tell him he is in the wrong. Made sure I was heard and left. Why did I even do business here with rude staff? Never again.

These guys don't know their business well enough and don't care to make it right. Asked for cam position sensor and David sends me away with a crank sensor. Very mad when I pulled it out of the box and it didn't match. When I drove back over there to return it the counter guy seemed to think it wasn't a problem, like it happens all the time. Started buying most of my parts on Amazon Prime now.

Manager was very rude. He was very sarcastic, didn't wanna price match, it was very uncomfortable because he kept ogling at me when i wasn't being helped. Very uncomfortable experience. 0/10 Would definitely not go again.
