I wish I would've just went with them from the beginning ended up in a nightmare trying to save $40 and yes I'll be name dropping who not to deal with so if you're trying to decide between sonic auto transportation and orange auto transport save yourself the time, headaches, hassle, and stress and book with orange auto transport they not only guaranteed my pick up but also picked up on the same day I request which I dont feel was enough time given on my end like they requested they wanted 2 days notice to guarantee same day pick up I was trying to schedule i gave them a day notice and they still made it happen was assigned my driver got a picture of his license, plates for vehicle and trailer plates which gave me complete comfort setting this up also got the number for the carrier companies dispatch and drivers number to be in full contact with them no changes on the price no surprises everything stayed true vehicle was delivered from Texas to California in a little over 1 day which is great timing got a tracking number and everything to see where it was at the process was so smooth I truly regret dealing with sonic auto transportation I highly advise to read their reviews first they are running a scam that I fell into but orange auto transport saved my day and saved my vehicle while being transported i cant thank this company enough I filed a complaint with the BBB on sonic auto transportation due to their unprofessional, scamming system, and employees that harass you whenever they want and tell you how things are going to be which is the worst customer service I have dealt with stay far away from sonic auto transportation!!!

I read another parents review and found that Orange Auto Transport is hands down THE best customer service for the cost of the service. The booking to quote to pick up went perfectly…car was delivered across country in 5 days, two day faster than the estimate. My son found the delivery and drivers to be great. I recently worked with them delivering a RV, they agreed to paying $550, told us the costumer would pay $450, and they would pay the rest, they didn't, they are avoiding our calls and texts, I opened a claim on their insurance, stay away from this company, SCAMMERS
Orange Auto Transport's attention to detail in arranging the transport of my classic car was superlative. Their office staff, Amanda, Penny, Tiffany and Travis, did a great job in scheduling the transport on the date I requested. In addition, the transport team, Kevin and his brother at Park and Transport, did an excellent job in delivering my car in an enclosed trailer.
I don't plan on utilizing Orange Auto Transport (OAT), often. However, If and when I do need auto transportation services, OAT will be my first call. I will definitely request Park and Transport to do the actual transportation.
Top notch service including their carrier of choice Auto Express Carriers, Inc. Vehicle picked up on time and delivered ahead of time from California to Louisiana. Woo hoooooo! Will definitely contract them if I need another vehicle transported.

Called for a quote and spoke with Penny, who has a very nasty attitude. I spoke with her over days and EVERYTIME I asked a question about my order it was met with very condescending responses. She even called back and threatened to cancel my order without my request. I am very surprised at this level of service. Based on their reviews this is such a good company but I've experienced first hand its not! Do not believe the reviews. Penny did not care! I would not recommend this company. Not worth the stress. If you can't get through the booking process successfully, how could you trust them to match you with the appropriate carrier with your vehicle for days. I'll also be escalating my concerns.
Also, the companies response is a reflection of the same treatment mentioned. I initially reached out to this company last Thursday; yet Penny replies to this review and says I reached out and scheduled same day pickup- which is a lie! Please see photos for verification. I was in contact with this company since last week and they were aware of my pickup date. Lying on customers to appear "good" is dishonest! Save yourself this hassle and look for a more trustworthy company
I was extremely impressed by Orange Auto Transport (OAT) in the shipment of my car from the west to the east coast. I chose OAT from a dozen different shipping brokers that offered quotes. While OAT’s fee was nowhere near the least expensive (in fact, it skewed toward the higher end), I decided to go with OAT based on the large number of positive reviews of the company and also based on the professionalism of the initial OAT representative with whom I spoke.
One of the things that impressed me most in dealing with OAT was the high level of communication the company offered during the entire process: from providing a shipment quote, to picking up the vehicle, and ultimately to delivering the vehicle. OAT was proactive in keeping me apprised at various stages along the way, and on a couple occasions when I reached out with a question (via text, email, or phone call), an OAT rep provided prompt and helpful responses.
Additionally, OAT did a great job of communicating with the actual shipping company to ensure that the car was delivered to my son on the day that we requested delivery and at a time and place that worked for my son (a college student with a busy college class schedule).
Finally, the car was delivered in good shape—dirty on the exterior from lots of bad weather during transport, yes, but with no damage whatsoever to the car. I would rate OAT’s performance a 10 out of 10 and would recommend the company enthusiastically to anyone looking into shipping a vehicle.
I would recommend Orange Auto Transport if you need your car shipped. We moved from the west coast to the east coast, and they got our car to us in a timely matter. They also keep you updated and prices were very fair!
Found Orange Auto Transport on-line and shipped a vehicle cross country and my experience with this company was exceptional from the initial contact throughout the transport. Met with some unfavorable practices by a driver who insisted on a gratuity at the time of delivery and when this was brought up to Orange Transport they immediately reacted to confirm this is NOT required as part of their services and credited my account. Many thanks to Travis and his staff for the professional interaction an responsiveness to my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ship your vehicle!
So, we ended up using Orange Auto Transport for the second time in 6 weeks, this time to move my daughter's car from NC to Boise, ID. Everything about the booking process went well; I was in contact with Travis and Penny. It cost nearly as much to move my daughter's car as it did to move both our cars from Orange County to the Boise area, of course attributable to the longer distance.
This time they contracted with Diesel Auto Express (another review) and, though Diesel Auto took care of us, the pick-up communication process did not go as well. So, though this was not Orange Auto Transport's fault, I take one star away due to their accountability for using Diesel Auto.
If I needed to transport another car, I would not hesitate to use Orange Auto Transport.
Original review: I was booked with another transport company on 5/23, scheduled for a 6/5 pickup of my two cars, for our move from Orange County, CA, to Boise, ID. On 6/3 our driver cancelled, and we were told that we would be notified when a new driver was found, but they couldn't guarantee a 6/5 pickup. Since we were leaving the state on the 5th, this caused me considerable distress.
In a panic, and at 4:30, near closing time, I called Travis at Orange Auto Transport. He worked overtime and by 9pm found a driver for 6/5. His fee was almost the same as the other company. The driver picked up our cars at the designated time, and delivered them on time, without any problems.

I have shipped cars several times. This was my best experience so far. Communication was excellent! Phone staff was patient and supportive. Driver Puji was excellent! communicated prior to pick up and drop off. Car was picked up and dropped off in the time frame. He was so nice. Which is so rare in the industry.

Vehicle picked up upon requested day, with a phone call day prior to let me know of estimated arrival time. Great communication from my driver, Ivan, who provided text messages for arrival date/time.

I did a lot of research before choosing Orange. There are a lot of scammers out there in this industry. Orange is the opposite. Travis was so nice to work with. Always responsive, always helpful, sincere, and wanting to make sure our experience was the best possible. Orange was also the most affordable of all the legit companies that gave us a quote. I will definitely go with them again the next time.
Wonderful experience! We transported our car from California to Texas and the entire process was smooth and in no way stressful. I sent a request for a quote in the evening and received a response the next morning. The driver was very friendly and thorough. I received the BOL with photos of my vehicle attached before he even took off. The cost was reasonable yet competitive and I loved the ease of being able to communicate via text.

I used Orange Auto Transport to broker the deal with the company who picked up my Porsche 911 which I needed shipped from Los Angeles to Georgia. I contacted Orange Auto Transport after a terrible experience with another company. I'm pleased to report that Orange Auto Transport operated with a high degree of integrity. They were forthright and transparent. There was no bait and switch nonsense. We knew who the carrier was in advance. And we were charged exactly what we were quoted.
I would provide five stars but the process with the transporters themselves was quite difficult, especially leading up to the scheduled time they were supposed to meet us. But, Orange Auto Transport stayed on top of things as best they could. In the unlikely event we need this type of service again, I would have absolutely return to this company.

From my 1st call until after my new vehicle was delivered, my husband & I are well pleased. I had a concern, because this was our 1st time using a transport service, Orange Auto Transport quickly addressed it & the manager called twice to ensure all was well. Another 5-star: I called the before 11am on Thur, Feb 23, 2023, our new vehicle was delivered Fri, Feb 24, 2023 before noon! From Fl to AL, 600+ miles in perfect condition! I received about 10 quotes from different auto transport companies, and at the end of the day Orange Auto Transport gave me the most competitive price. Another company that claimed to price match gave me a quote that was over $1000 more than Orange Auto was asking and couldn’t even come close to “matching” Orange Auto’s price. I was a bit skeptical at first about the low price, but after receiving a couple more estimates in the similar price range, I decided to take a chance with Orange Auto from CA to TX. My vehicles were picked up and dropped off on the days that we were told, and within 3 days we received our cars in TX. I would highly recommend this company to others looking for auto transport, and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
WOW where do I start..?? What a nerve wracking experience to transport a vehicle cross-country, just on researching at various companies with just as various ratings! This is a review based on my Baby Rogue's journey from LA to NJ.
To be clear, Orange Auto Transport is a broker, that means they will delegate your transport request to one of their network of companies. This method does seem pretty much the same with bigger companies like Allied or Road Runner. It's not ideal but this is somewhat standard in this industry.
From the initial call to OAT, I spoke with Penny and she was friendly and efficient, answering all my doubt filled questions, all without skipping a beat. She was happy to send a quote via email and in my follow-up calls, Penny was just as helpful and eased my concerns about sending my car on an "open" trailer.
Once I agreed to the service (online confirmation via email link), my vehicle was assigned to Discovery Enterprise Logistics. I was contacted by Ms. Lee Tae, who spoke with me and even texted me the name and phone number of the long-hauler.
What made DEL different from the start was their way of communication, which was courteous, accurate and...FREQUENT - I mean, you call the dispatch, the initial carrier and even the long-distance auto hauler on their phone and actually speak with them, even before they pick up your vehicle! I felt DEL to be more trustworthy, knowing that I can connect with the driver directly.
From the first short-hauler name Bryant, who picked up my Rogue from a shopping center parking lot (my choice as I was going to be the area - they WILL pick up from your residence as a door-to-door service) to the long-hauler Dave, who kept in contact with me from mid-point of his journey (phone/text, even photo of my car on the trailer!), the entire experience of getting my car cross-country was exceptionally great!
At the arrival of my Rogue, Dave had already planned ahead and called to let me know that the large auto trailer will not be able to enter the condo. So he recommended meeting him at an area rest stop parking lot to pick up my vehicle, and was kind enough to send me a car share to get me there! We were meeting during daytime to be safe, also brought my extra car keys, my car registration and insurance (removed these before sending out my vehicle!).
When I arrived, my Baby Rogue was already unloaded and ready to be inspected. After a satisfied lookaround, I signed off on the bill of lading (same form I signed when my car was picked up) and exchanged my car keys with my final payment. Dave also gave me a copy of the signed bill of lading for my records.
It was a truly satisfying experience and SO GLAD to see my vehicle arrive safely after a 2,800 mile journey!!

LOCATION: Orange Auto Transport is located in Garden Grove, CA, south of Anaheim but as they are a broker, they seem to have no issue covering the Los Angeles Metro region.
PROS: This whole review shares the details and the entire process was near effortless! They even allowed 100 lbs of "baggage" (mostly clothes) in my vehicle, as long as I let them know and not exceed that limit. I was asked to keep my fuel at around 1/4 tank - mine was at 1/2 by the time they picked up my car. It was worth tipping the long-hauler as a small token of thanks for his hard work. Called the dispatch to thank her as well!
CONS: OAT is a broker so you may have an issue with that but when my car was assigned to Discovery Enterprise Logistics, my vehicle was never subcontractes out from that point. DEL dealt with the pickup, inspection and safe delivery of my vehicle! Those who mentioned their car was dirty upon arrival, well...it IS traveling in an open transport, mine did have several dead squished bugs.
