I had a flat tire so I called Tesla who had this towing company come help me. I cannot say enough good things about Alonzo, the tow truck driver. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just doing his job and leaving. He went above and beyond to see what options I had and even helped me figure out the most cost-effective solution so I could save money. He could have easily done the bare minimum but instead he took the time to help me!
It’s rare to meet someone with that level of honesty and compassion, especially in a stressful situation. He made my frustrating experience so much easier and I am so grateful. He is an incredible asset to this company and absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides.

My front tire went flat and I have OnStar. They sent out Armstrong via AAA and they arrived within about 15-20 minutes. I was originally quoted about an hour so it was really nice they were able to come earlier. I received text updates as well as a phone call from the technician letting me know his ETA. He was able to change to my spare tire and add air to the tire right there. It was fast and easy. My car is under warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything. Thank you!
William from Armstrong Towing Service came out to my friend's home last weekend and helped me with a flat tire. William arrived super promptly, was extremely professional, and went above and beyond answering all of the questions I had and double checking the air pressure in all four of my tires. I want to thank William and Armstrong Towing for helping me out! Highly recommend!
I want to give a big thanks to the manager Mr. Joseph. I know that no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. I want to thank him for taking responsibility for the damages done to my Tesla Model X. The only reason I put one star is because I couldn’t go lower. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time…. 4 hours ago. My wait time was pushed back so many times it looks like I have been texting this company for years. I would rather hitch my car to the back of a bicycle than use this service ever again.
Just went today and Akil fixed my door from opening it from locking my keys inside AAA came and unlocked but it made a noise of door not being completely shut but it was. Thanks to Akil he was able to fix which was an easy fix (: Thank You Akil and Staff for helping me out !
