Chris made everything so easy! I was anxious to make room for new furniture, but I didn’t know how to get rid of the old. I saw the great reviews Junk Mission had, so I gave them a call. They came to my house about two hours later and carried the old wall unit out. They were neat, cheerful, and efficient.
Today I had a phenomenal experience with Junk Mission and let me tell you why. First of all, I need trash removal service but I still haven’t decided what company to call. My dad gave me the phone number so I went ahead and called the company. The owner, which is Chris answered the phone immediately. We talked through the phone and I asked him about the pricing. He said he could come over to take a look and gave me the estimate of the cost. After about 15 minutes he came to my house and quoted me a fair price. My dad and I agreed on the price so Chris and his wife came to get the trash removed. Overall, he is such a nice guy , really professional, and he speaks English and Vietnamese fluently which is a plus. Again, thank you Chris and the company for the services. I highly recommended him to everyone as well as my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Junk Mission! I had a bunch of old junk including entire bed frame I needed to get rid of short notice and on a Sunday no less. I called and left messages with several trash removal companies with no response. Luckily I found Junk Mission, not only did I get a text back right away, I also got a quote, which was a great deal seeing how it was Sunday and everything was closed. Christopher from Junk mission was at my house within 7 minutes! He was very friendly and easy to talk too. Within 15 min he had all my things moved from my back yard and on to his truck. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Chris and his team at Junk Mission did an incredible job. It was a huge amount of work to clear out my parent's house but they did it in a way that exceeded my expectations. They work very fast, and they have great equipment and vehicles so they were very prepared for the job. Also, very respectful and treated my parent's belongings with care and dignity. In tears as I write this. I’m moving out of my childhood home of 17 years and I was super down and nervous about the entire situation. I had a lot more junk than I expected and Chris and his team was still more than happy to help me. Despite it being dark already, they all moved so quick and handled everyone so smoothly. Chris is a professional! After calling several haulers, Chris was the friendliest, quickest, and most reasonably priced service we found. We needed same day service and Chris came very promptly. I can’t say enough great things about Chris and his wife from Junk Mission! I called them in the afternoon, and they were at my house within an hour—the same day! With the sun setting by 5 PM, they showed up at 2:30 and got straight to work.
They ripped out a deck we had in the backyard, cleaned up everything, and even removed a giant bush along with some other miscellaneous junk we needed gone. Their efficiency and professionalism were incredible, and they left the entire area spotless.

Wow, where to start. Chris came out on a Sat afternoon to look at dismantling a gazebo, spa and an old playhouse that were old and falling apart . We didn’t quite know how to tackle the job for my folks. But, Chris came in, looked at all the work and assured us he could clean all of it up and haul it away for a very reasonable price . He and his crew did this all within a week; and, the yard is shiny, clean and has never looked better! He even power washed the concrete for my mom! She is ecstatic with the results!
