Chris at AutoZone was absolutely fantastic! I came in feeling very confused about one of my lights that was out, and he went above and beyond to help me out. He was so friendly, patient, and kind, and by the time I left, all my issues were resolved. He genuinely wanted to help me, and I’ll definitely be coming back specifically because of him. Thank you, Chris, for the awesome customer service!

Excellent customer service! Friendly, informative and non judgmental. The real "No Judgements Zone." I should have caught myself, but I was trying to stick a lowbeam bulb in the high beam socket, the difference between an H9 and H11. Instead of going through the trouble of having to learn it the hard way, an awesome female cashier hooked me up with some priceless info. Thanks again!

Very crappy customer service. Called to find a part only to get someone who can’t understand English.. The guy acted like he didn’t know anything. I had to literally repeat myself four different times about the making and model of my car and he still couldn’t understand and then he couldn’t talk and then finally he said it’s not in stock. Not because he looked it up, but he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know how to look it up. Very sad but true this is got to be one of the worst.

Everytime I have interacted with Auto Zone, I have worked with incompetent people in their profession. I buy parts that their system says fit my make and model, and every single time it has been incorrect. I ask for a refund (should be simple right?) and they refuse and say I have to send the part through the damn mail to get the refund. Mind you a hunk of metal weighing 25lbs is not cheap to send. Oreillys is the new place to go in my opinion, and everytime I go they have staff who actually know the difference between a differential and a damn brake pad.

Jacson went above and beyond to install a battery in my jeep. Removing the old battery was difficult and throughout the ordeal he remained friendly, polite and persistent. I appreciate all of his hard work.

The super professional staff Jacson had really made my day! Overall, the staffs here are fantastic and super helpful! I highly recommend this place! Special shout out to Jacson Cardona and another woman (didn't catch her name) for their warm, professional, and helpful service! I visited on last Saturday afternoon to buy some coolant because my car was making noises, and I thought it was due to low coolant. I asked at the counter which type I should buy, and they helped me find the right one for my car. While checking out, I described the noise issue to Jacson and the woman. They went out to check my car and told me it was likely due to worn brake pads and rotors. To my huge surprise, they offered to replace the brake pads for me since it was late and no repair shops were open, and it was dangerous to drive my car. Jacson helped me buy the correct brake pads and rotors, then spent almost 1.5 hours replacing them, and adding the coolant WITHOUT asking for anything in return. He was also super patient in even teaching me how to do it myself! I would personally thank Jacson, and will definitely recommend all my acquaintances visit this AutoZone!

Great experience thanks to JACSON!! My car had suddenly died and after having 2 AAA guys come look at it to tell me I needed a new battery, I called AutoZone right away. They had my battery for a 2011 vehicle in stock, got my car jumped and drove right over. I walked right up to the counter to be greeted by Jacson. He rung me up and walked right out to my car to install the battery. He was super friendly, helpful, patient and informative, and even insisted on using his own personal tools because they were better than the store provided ones It was my birthday and dealing with all this car trouble could of been a nightmare, but thanks to Jacson, the whole process was such a breeze, and I was out of there in no time!!

Seemed ok. They had the car wash soap they said was in stock on the website. Meguiars deep crystal car wash soap, my favorite. Saved $.20 from O’Reilly’s $9.29 vs. 9.49 but it’s $4.19 on Amazon and Target. But we wanted it today. We were waiting for the person to get off the phone, he said it’ll just be a couple minutes. Then another customer service associate opened up another register and took someone else in line behind us so they left before us. Not that big of a deal but better to process us in order we got in line. I just love the AutoZone in my neighborhood so was hoping to love this place too. We’ll see how it goes over time.

i had to give this store zero stars instead of 1 ! worst experience ever went in for car parts thay showed in stock online once i get there they say we dont have any o asked why not if when i called they said yes mention it shows 2 in stock but nothing once im there i asked why not ?person that helped said idk store manger is the one that takes care of that and i said what u mean isnt there a systems or some sort of app that replenish stock ? employee said no its been like this since new management came and mention im not the first to complain i wish someone can take action i liked this store its close to home but now it seems i have to be going to Oreilys more often!! and to top it off i get there and store manager is arguing with other employees and insulting him in the back ! this is very unprofessional please make the store great again !!! i want to continue !!shopping here is close to home !!

I used to love going to this store. I’ve been here a few times after new management and there’s been 2 times that I come in and employees are so rude and don’t know what they are doing. One time while being in line i heard the store manager scream at an employee in the back side. So unprofessional!!!!! I felt really bad the way she was expressing herself towards him. I have worked in retail before and if you want to chew on your employees you don’t it alone one on one not around other employees. Worst of all not in front of customers. What type of customer service is that. I asked one of the employees that was helping me, really nice kid his name was Max that who was that screaming and he said it was the store manager named Gladys screaming at a kid named Adrian. When I saw the kids face it seemed to me like he wanted to cry. I asked Max is there was a number where I can call and make a complaint he said there was a number in front door entrance. I called the number and never got and answer or heard back from them. Not sure what happen to the previous manager but I wish he was still there very nice employees before, well at least previous store manager had them trained well to be polite unlike new store manager that is so unprofessional and extremely disrespectful towards his employees. I hope corporate can do something about it towards new management because store is getting out of control.

Had battery troubles. Fong and Kevin were very helpful and were able to checks my alternator, confirm my battery was dead, and completely replace it. They did a great job. A++ service and I’ll be going back to this story for all my auto needs because I was so impressed. Thanks!

This store is within walking distance of my house but I will always choose another option after my experience here. I spoke to the person working the front in search for a wheel lock key that I had seen on the Auto Zone website. The person at the front asked if I had a part number to which I replied no, but can we search on your computer, and he replied with “if you don’t have a part number then how do I know what you’re looking for”. In all my years coming to auto zone, I have never been refused a search and I really feel like the person working did not care. It made me feel like I was “SOL” because I didn’t recall the product number I saw online, which I’m sure he could have looked up right there. Twenty minutes later when I made my way to the Autozone on Harbor, the man working was more than happy to look up what I was searching for and I bought exactly what I needed. Please invest time and training in your employees who clearly send your customers away.

I stopped in today, needing windshield wiper blades and an air filter. I was helped by Robert at the counter. He was pleasant, respectful, and told me exactly what I needed to purchase. As I was paying, I asked him if replacing the blades was fairly straight-forward. He looked around the store to make sure no one else needed his immediate help, and offered to switch them out for me right then and there! He absolutely went above and beyond! Thank you, Robert!! . I’ll be back to this store for all my automotive needs.

Customer Service at this location is great! They're willing to help with questions and find parts for you. I was helped by someone who seemed quite knowledgeable about what parts would be best. Even if the part was not in-store, he was willing to place an order for me. When a size dependent part didnt fit, I brought it back and the same rep swapped it out for the right size. Overall, was a painfree shop. Thank you for helping me. I'll be back.
