Had booked to take my car here and spoke with their employees multiple times and they knew what car was coming, but come the day I take time out of my day to take my car here “they don’t work in these kind of cars” it’s a Volvo I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

I’d like to think team for taking care of repairs on my Tesla they did a great job with very quick turnaround time. I appreciate how they’re super communicative on what to expect and how long things will take. They worked closely with my insurance and fixed half my car in two week turnaround. Everything worked out better than expected.

Dropped off my vehicle on 2/17 and was given an ETA of 2/19, then 2/21, then 2/24, then 2/25, and now no ETA because no advisors are working at the office today. Only Josue is working and he does not know what is going on with the Vehicle, cannot give an ETA or answer any important questions. I called 6 times a dn each time was promised by Josue to have Ashley call me back but not once I get a call back. Unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere to avoid the headache. Contacted corporate so now we will see if anyone would call me back.

Real smooth, I made an appointment and showed up at 11:00 on Saturday, and the place is closed with no one in the office and no sign. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. They should change their name to stand up champions.

Currently waiting on unresolved issue. Prompt response at first but a few days have passed and I’m still waiting to hear back regarding my none functioning sun screen on 22 VW ID4 after replacing glass roof.

These team was beyond professional, prompt, and very easy to work with throughout the repairs of my Mercedes Benz after a fender bender. I recommend you consider them especially the shops in Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach.

Took over two weeks for some simple body work, five of those days just to paint the car. “We don’t have a painter right now”…. Pretty sure you don’t need to be certified to paint a vehicle. Could have been done so much sooner. Obviously trying to milk the most $ out of my insurance company.

I was sent here by my insurance and couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. My car looks better than when I bought it (it was used). I highly recommend.

repairs?1Left the bumper crooked the first time. After showing it to them they took it back, took it apart, BROUGHT IT BACK WORSE, entire bumper, had a big gap between the hood, the fender benders, and the bumper. I was rudely spoken to by the manager, Mike. It was the last hour of the day on a Friday, and it seemed as if they were just rush to get out. He made rude comments, i.e., we can bring another Mercedes here and compare apples to apples! (with irritability and his tone of voice, sarcastic, laughter and facial expressions that were clearly obvious that he was frustrated)." he stated that none of his employees were available to make fixes at the moment, I asked if I could bring it back the following week, he suggested Monday. Monday comes around, he calls me and says, "I am so sorry but none of my technicians are in today, I totally forgot they had a training and they will be in training all day." I told him it was OK, I would bring it another day and they were supposed to call me by Wednesday, it's Thursday today and did not hear back from them. I truly believe their technicians are not well trained and equipped to work with luxury cars IF YOU HAVE A EUROPEAN CAR, DO NOT TAKE IT, before they locked the door so I got back out of my car and he had clearly LIED to me when he said technicians had gone home, because he went to the back and pulled a technician that had to work on tightening the latches on my bumper so that my hood would close. MY CAR IS STILL DAMAGED AND HAVE CALLED MY INSURANCE TO FIND ME A NEW SHOP, I DO NOT TRUST, TAKING IT BACK THERE, EVEN IF THEY CALLED ME BACK.

This place is a joke, not a business. From the moment I searched them online, requested a quote, and never heard back I should have known not to use them. The only reason I found them in the first place was because Tesla recommended them. Do NOT use this body shop. They are disorganized to the point where they had my car for 3-weeks and did not even begin working on it. The initial quoted repair time was 10-days. I called, left voicemails, and never received a call back for a simple status update. When I would get ahold of them after incessantly calling I would be placed on hold or told I would get a call back to no avail. What was their excuse for holding my car for 3-weeks without beginning work? A verbal apology with no other explanation. I only brought my car in for a simple tail gate repair. No parts needed, just fix the metal and paint from someone backing into me at a low speed. If they can't even do that, then what are they in business as a body shop for?

I'm waiting on a $250 credit from Manager. He promised because my truck was 2 months late on the job. I also didn't have me Toyota paint protection film added back to the truck and now have chips on my front grill. Need to have this taken care of.

There was a delay in the completion of the repair and I have to bring it back because the bumper is loose and the rubber on the windshield was not attached right. If I can give 0 stars I will. I dropped off the vehicle for repair of the car due to vehicular accident on August 25, 2022 After 2 weeks they have not submitted initial estimate to my insurance so they can start working on it. I need to call my insurance agent to call claims insurance. Insurance claims called them and finally submitted their initial estimate on September 9, 2022. Then they start working on it after. They said completion will be around September 30, 2022 September 27, 2022 I asked for an update. They replied by text same day that the final part came in and will be painted on Thursday or Friday. September 30, 2022 I got a text that the estimate of completion was move to October 7, 2022 October 7, 2022 with no update I presume it will be ready. I got off from my work early to pick up the car. I went to Crash Champions around 3 pm just to be informed that the car is not yet ready because they are still waiting for 1 part which was back ordered they forgot that they told me the final part needed arrived on September 27, 2022 I was really frustrated and called my insurance agent and claims insurance called them. I was informed by claims insurance it will be ready on October 14, 2022 or earlier. October 13, 2022 finally around 4:30 pm that the car is ready. October 14, 2022 we picked up the car. Since they are almost closing we didn’t thoroughly check. After bringing it home after thoroughly checking it the front bumper was loose and the windshield rubber is not attached very well October 17,2022 brought it back and they fixed right away. I would not recommend this place for your car repairs. Go somewhere else. I will let my insurance company know my experienced with their accredited repair shop. I have full documentation of this review nothing exaggerated on this review

I recently needed repairs due to an accident. Everyone in the office was professional and very nice. Crash Champions handled all estimate communications with my insurance. I received regular text updates for job completion. Repairs look fabulous, car was clean and they helped with returning my rental car. Highly recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair in Costa Mesa

Absolutely amazing experience working with Crash Champions! Nathan was an absolute star repairing my car after an accident. They made the process so simple and were persistent in keeping me updated on the progress and estimated pick up date. As an added bonus, they even detailed the inside and outside of my car. Looks brand new!

Really good customer service. The work was done with good quality, on time, on budget, and very cost effective. I've been to 3 previous quotes suggesting me to replace the trunk lid -- Crash Champions did a very good work without the need to replace the trunk lid, which would have been much more lengthy and costly.

Terrible service. Waited 4 months for parts to start bumper repair. Called and spoke with someone who said they accidentally attached someone else’s car to my account. It was a completely different car not even the same model. She then said she would call me back a week later and never did. I called the company again and spoke to someone else and they didn’t know the background and thought that the other car was in fact my car. And then they told me they didn’t even need to order parts because they could just repair the bumper. Waste of four months and several hours on the phone and in person getting a quote

I had a great experience at this shop. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped arrange to have the rental car come pick me up at the shop. I originally was going to go get it myself so that was very helpful and I wouldn’t have thought of it if they hadn’t suggested it. I was also very impressed at how quickly they got the work done. I took my car in for a bumper repair on the Monday before Thanksgiving and they had it ready that Friday. With the holiday I was fully expecting to get it the week after or maybe longer so that was a nice surprise. It’s always nice to get things done earlier than expected. I’m also very pleased with the work they did. My bumper looks beautiful, like brand new. They also washed the outside and clean the inside of the car which was a nice bonus. I felt that the rates were very reasonable and cost what a bumper repair should caught. No hidden charges or up-sells, it was fair and transparent. I would definitely return to the shop if I ever need any future bodywork and I would recommend this to my friends and family. 10 out of 10 work.

They were extremely professional and friendly. They got my car in to get repairs within a week of being damaged and fixed it in 3 days, for a fraction of the price I was expecting. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did, and am so grateful that my insurance company recommended them. I will be using them for all body repairs on all our cars. Excellent company and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

So happy with Pacific Elite. Their prices are very reasonable, my car was repaired to the point where it looked brand new! They went above and beyond with their work. The employees were very kind, helpful, and delightful despite me being in a foul mood. They also repaired my car sooner than I anticipated. I am hard to impress, but I was impressed with their service.

They went above and beyond to help make sure my car was perfect and that I was notified every step of the way. From helping to set up my rental, to providing text messages with status updates to making sure my car was ready on time on the exact date - it was a perfect experience. The cherry on top was my car was washed when I picked it up. Hopefully I don’t ever get in another accident but if I do I feel safe in bringing my car here. Totally recommend!

Repairs: 5/5 Just got my car back. I have to say i am very satisfied with the repairs to my side doors looks better than when i got the car. They even went the extra mile and vacuumed the interior wiped everything down and to top it all off They even finished my car repairs ahead 4 days ahead of the proposed finsh date. Customer service: 5/5 Can't say i had any problems with any of the staff. The manager Trevor i believe his name was there was the person i spoke to the most. From our conversation He was very professional and i felt he took care of me.

This is the 2nd time I've had to use them this year. I was rear ended sitting at a light. Trever is the man...He makes it a point to keep you informed at every step of the process. I brought my car in on Wednesday and it was ready on Friday with a new rear bumper and paint. ***11/21/19*** Update Recently an employee where I work was involved in an accident in one of the company vehicles. I was so impressed with the service I received from Trever and his team that I referred my boss to Pacific Elite. They took great care of my boss and he had nothing but good things to say about his experience.

Am updating my mediocre review from three years ago when I had just an okay experience with Pacific Elite. This time round, Trevor and the team were super nice, competent, and punctual at all times. I appreciated the consistent text updates they sent me with progress on my car. Additionally I was very happy that they were able to get my car ready a few hours earlier than initially projected which allowed me to pick it up on a Friday rather than having to wait the whole weekend till Monday. And the car looks great!

I brought my car in and they took care of me very quickly and even called Hertz to have them come pick me up to get my rental car. I had constant updates regarding the status of my vehicle and it was even finished earlier than expected. Everyone there was very courteous and helpful. My car came back looking like there wasn't a scratch on it and they even went the extra mile and touched up something minor just because they're that nice there. I will definitely be recommending them to friends.
