Rapid Towing is the worst towing company I've ever used. They provided an estimate of 45 minutes to arrive and proceeded to arrive almost 3 hours later. The individual workers are helpful, but the setup of this service is abhorrent. They do not offer refunds and have extremely slow customer service. Additionally there was an extra $25 fee after I had already paid $140. I STRONGLY recommend against using this company’s service.
I had to get my SUV towed from a parking garage, and Rapid Towing handled it without issue. The driver was careful and efficient, and the price was reasonable for a weekend call. They definitely are quick, fair and dependable.

Someone backed in our car and busted our headlight and our hood real bad and we had to tow it. Not the best turn out, but Rapid Towing got to the scene soon after I called and took care of it! Amazing service. They were incredibly reliable.

What a wonderful place this is, the service was excellent and the employees were all courteous and friendly. As soon as I called they answered and they were able to answer any questions I had on the phone but be ready to spend some money because nothing is cheap anymore!

Made an appointment for a tow days before and they did not meet the 1hr window that they gave me. I called to check in on the truck and kept getting put on hold. The operator was very rude an unprofessional, she sounded bothered that I was calling. They are not a direct tow company only a dispatcher. Call a tow company direct to avoid this dispatcher.
Jonathan was able to find me and get my flat tire changed quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated his help, especially with the idiosyncrasies of my car.
I read the reviews, and it seems there may have been some changes to their management since they were written but I don’t know. anyways I used their service to tow my Kawasaki motorcycle. I inquired about the price over the phone and it matched what I ended up paying so no extra fee or anything like it which I was worried about and the person who arrived was very courteous. The tow truck driver was super nice and we talked on the way and delivered my bike without any problems. The process was smooth, although I found the service to be a bit overpriced considering the short distance covered I payed $395 for a trip from santa ana to mission viejo. Other than the cost, there were no issues. Would probably use them again, too bad their pricing is high.
Spoke with different people in this broker/“towing company” this is one of those businesses that lack integrity, who will flat out lie to you. And when you catch on, they will play tricks by sending your number to a different automated service or not answering your phone. I ended up calling a different towing service that I am familiar with try to avoid rabbit towing. I don’t think anyone needs the additional stress when your car needs to be towed

The company says 40 minutes, then you call after 49 mins and they say the guy is pulling up as we speak… 20 mins later and no one’s there so we call back and they just put us on hold for 20 mins to kill time. Finally over 2 hours later they show up.
THEN on the phone they say $100 but when the guy pulls up he says it’s $175 and he won’t do $100 and then once we say to leave because that’s too much he tells us $175 is just the credit card fee and not the towing price. I’ve never in my life seen a $75 credit card fee.
Absolutely terrible company and terrible service, they just sit and scam you it’s sick and disgusting.
Better luck pushing the car 19 miles as it’s faster than these people
Wish I can give 0 stars to this place. Not only they rip you off for 0.3 miles of towing service, but also declined to accept nothing other than cash payments. Who carries 500 dollars in cash these days. I told them to charge my credit card, the uneducated driver declined ferociously and took off with my car keys. I had to wait another hour to receive the keys back. They should either implement a better employee trainings or hire people who has common sense. So difficult to communicate people who are not willing to listen.
Call them to for an emergency toll and they say they will arrive less than 30 minutes but end up arriving almost 2 hrs late. What is more crazy is that they are quoting $550 for a disabled SUV in a garage that is only less than 10 minutes drive to the destination with range of less than 2 miles…I end up calling to cancel after they can’t make it to my spot after 30 minutes. When the driver is here after almost 2 hrs behind, the driver said I didn’t cancel and they are going to charge me for cancellation?
1. The driver doesn’t come on time as promised and scheduled 2. They still wants to charge for a cancellation after driver is super late and also the cancellation was done over an hour ago upon arrival. 3. Crazy quotation of a less than 10 minutes drive toll for over $500 dollars?
Horrible they charged me for a tow and never towed anything they were two hours late. The vehicle was to be a the shop by 5pm never even showed up until 5.15pm then wanted to charge me 85 more on top of the 135 they already charged my car. Crazy yet I have got my money back...
I called the service to day and they said they would come in half an hour, while the other take a hour, so I asked them to come. I waited for 30 minutes I called back they said they on their way. Luckily I started read the reviews, I called them to ask for the number of the ones coming they said they can’t give me. I said I want to cancel, they said they would charge for the calling fee. After I said 10 minutes no body call me I will cancel, a guy called and said the cost for change tire is 220$.
I was wasting my time. If you want to use the service here good luck.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give this company zero stars I would. We called for after hours towing at 10pm. They quoted $120 and took our credit card payment. When the driver called, he tried to say there was an extra $50 fee. When we said that it was $120 he simply didn't come. The company stopped answering the phone. When we got through they said ETA was 15 minutes. He never came. When we called back at 10:45, they said the driver was now out of the area and no other drive would take it. They agreed to provide services, took our payment, never showed, never contacted us, and eventually admitted they were not coming. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR A TOW!!! Had an emergency and needed assistance moving my vehicle home. I was provided an ETA of 45 minutes to 60 minutes. I never received a call after the 60 minutes. I call them and they said my driver should arrive in 10 minutes. This is after they had me on hold after 10 minutes. Before I could say anything they just hung up the phone on my. This happen multiple time as I was trying to obtain an ETA. The call center team provided a real negative experience. The tow truck company arrive after 2 hours vs. The 45 to 60 minutes. DO NOT CALL THEM!!
By far one of the worst experience I've ever had with a tow, I've been waiting for over a hour. I asked what was gonna be the drivers eta the lady just said he will call you as soon as hes near by i said okay, ive been waiting for about a hour an 20 minutes still waiting as we speak!! I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes i clicked & called back and put me on hold for another 5 minutes i clicked and called again & finally they said they couldn't get a hold of the driver, i told them if i can cancel they said they will charge me a canceling fee. I told them i dont want ur service, you cant even get a hold of your driver how do i know hes actually coming im canceling because of your errors not mine! He said nomatter what i have to pay the canceling fee. Im basically force to deal with them. THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE BUSINESS! FIND ANOTHER TOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS TOWING SHOULD BE THE NAME!!!!
I had a tire blow out on Sunday at 4pm. I was unable to turn all the lug nuts. Reasonable price for a Sunday afternoon. He was quick and cautious on jacking up my car and didn't rush and risk making an error. Quick service
I initially asked for a tow for a 1 mile trip. We worked out a deal, and they said they’d be there in 45-50 minutes. I waited an hour and no one called or showed up. I decided to attempt to drive my car home and somehow made it. I called to cancel, and they took $50 from me for cancelling even though the driver they were sending wasn’t planning on arriving for another hour after that cancellation phone call (a total of 2.5 hours of waiting). Rapid Towing is crooked for taking money from people for cancelling when that cancellation is not costing them a dime.
Worst towing service of my life. Definitely learned to get AAA from now on. The driver showed up 2 hours late. They try to charge me more then the price discussed. The driver says I can’t go with to the location of where the car is going. The location is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. The driver shows up 4 hours late, it’s not even the same driver. It’s another driver with my vehicle, I do not know what they did to my car for four hours without me knowing. Everything seemed fishy. Once they got to the location they started saying I didn’t pay them. I paid them prior. Luckily, I video recorded myself paying the tow truck driver so they had no argument to make. But if it was someone else who did not take these steps to cover themself, it would be horrible for them. This place is a scam. Don’t go here.
The dispatcher will tell you a price range. The person they send over will overprice within the price range - they might expect you to haggle some because of this. The whole process is very informal, be warned. There are no rules. They may say one thing then do another. This is a small business. As much as they try to make it legit, they are probably just friends running the business. Which is perfectly fine. And good. Thank you - for helping me out, and having a chat with me as well. Cost me eighty dollars for a car lock out, and it took them a little over an hour to arrive, even though I was six minutes away from their location, 3001 Red Hill Ave. Was quoted eighty-four to one-hundred-and-fifty for a car lockout at 7:17pm; the person arrived at around 8:30pm, in my phone records. Offered one-hundred-and-thirty-five, then one-hundred-and-twenty, then one-hundred, then eighty if they claimed I had bounced and paid in cash; advice: don't pay with cash if you gave them your card info. Be prepared for a wait (so you aren't disappointed if they take long - expect an hour, seriously. Make your initial decision on whether you use their service taking into account you may wait for an hour. If this could be too long for you, then maybe figure something else like a friend/insurance, do it. Remember that this is sort of like a last resort/option thing), and perhaps try asking for a receipt? Conflicting information with dispatcher. But it's okay! Don't worry about it, and thanks for your service.
The dispatcher was great and helpful, I needed them to come out and jump start my car. I was told it would cost around 60 dollars depending on the battery in my car.
The guy shows up and tries to charge me 120 dollars. I told him to leave and then he ended up doing it for 60 dollars. I definitely felt like he was trying to rip me off. Watch out if you use these guys and don't over pay them
