Let me tell you what, i thought most ppl & businesses in California lacked a certain level of empathy until i went to circle city towing. My car was involved in an accident & i did not know how much i was being charged per day. They communicated effectively & helped resolve this issue in a timely matter. I know they say everyone works as a team here but Javier & Danny made sure this situation was not as stressful as it could’ve been.
Contacted this tow company for some help with a flat tire. The driver was incredibly curtious and professional, I really appreciated the genuine help and positive attitude. I would definitely recommend their service to others!
We use circle city towing as our fleet tow company. Their team responds quick, are careful with their work and always responsive to our needs. They go above and beyond. The various drivers know how to handle the tow. Today we had a difficult vehicle recovery and they nailed it. Thank circle city towing....

It is a wicked thing that they do here. To prey on those without resources, to steal their most valuable asset. Not just this place. But their whole industry. I am giving 5 stars because I could see the look of shame as the person at the counter who took my payment and returned my key to me,
Great job. Frank was very nice and professional. He showed up on time and handled my classic car with care and respect. He used a towel to make sure the cable didn’t contact the fresh chrome bumper. The truck had an 8 point tie down that doesn’t scratch your rims like the other tow companies might. I would definitely use this company again to tow any high value or classic car.
Circle City Towing does a great job managing the cars that need to be towed as well as working with Corona PD. If you do encounter that you were in an accident and needs to be at Circle City Towing’s Quarry, they will definitely help you to the best of their ability. Just make sure to be patient, sometimes there are several things going on between the Quarry, Regular Towing, and Corona PD.
So they towed my vehicle. Not their fault, just doing their job (cops took it). The manager Danny was the best tow truck guy ever. Let me get everything out of my car, made sure my birds were safe, even found my snake (not hyperbole my snakes were loose in the truck).
I wish more tow companies were like these guys, understood the reality of life, and were actually human.
5 stars, would get towed again (hopefully next time by choice lol)

My boyfriend and I were in a car accident and Daryl was very helpful to us. We were full of adrenaline, anxiety and shocked by the whole accident and he made us feel safe and guided us while we processed everything in our head. Today while picking up my boyfriends car, we saw Daryl and Danny and we were so happy. They were so helpful and made it a smooth process getting through this eventful week. I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’ve had exceptional service and reasons to leave one. Today was one of those days. I was in a car accident on the freeway where my car was basically totaled. Well Darryl from Circle City Towing stopped to pick me up. I was hazy and disoriented from the accident and Darryl made me feel much better by talking to me and treating me kindly, and patiently. He went above and beyond for me, as I didn’t even know what I was going to do or where I was going after my car was towed. So he suggested the hospital and even took me there to a nearby hospital. It worked out perfectly for me in more ways then one. He assisted me with getting items I wanted to get out of my car, and was just so courteous and respectful. I have not experienced customer service like this in forever. God bless this man, and this company for being a place of values and integrity. I hope they keep Darryl around for a while and take good care of him. I would use this company again if I ever find myself in the situation where I’d need to. For now, I 1000000% recommend them !

So I Highly Recommend Circle, City towing of Corona. Two weeks ago I had a bad accident on the freeway. And it was very devastating for me to see my car be totaled. And the guy who did my towing, his name is Darryl went above and beyond to be more than just a tow. I was not treated like an ordinary customer. I was very emotional very upset, and he had the right words that just encouraged me and kept me going. His service is professionalism. His mannerism was top-notch. He actually made me feel like I had a big brother looking out for me making sure that I got home safe and my vehicle was safe . I give this company five thumbs up plus. When an emergency situation occurs we have so much on our minds. But I found it amazing how one individual acted and treated me like it was personal. I love the fact that this company is at Corona, I believe we should keep our businesses within our community. And I do believe that our businesses need to be recognized for a great service to our communities. Thank you circle City towing for making me feel safe and secure and I appreciate your help in a time of need.

My jeep needed to be towed, and I was referred to this place. To my surprise the lady on the phone was really friendly. I think the price was reasonable but then again I didn't have to go very far . Anyhow, thanks for making that experience a lot easier

Warning they give different prices based on who they think you are. Was given price of $85 tow charge plus $6/per mile which changed to a $145 flat tow charge once they saw me in person. Seems very fishy.
Had them tow a motorcycle and hold it in their impound lot, however upon trying to retrieve the bike the owner would not allow for us to reclaim the bike on time. Even with a signed consent form and complete paperwork showing ownership of the bike, the owner laughed at us stating "its your problem, not mine" and forced us to leave the bike there for another full day adding extra to the charge. This establishment was completely unprofessional in all aspects. Would give 0 stars but of course thats not an option.
I don't like tow company's honestly who does ? But the way I was treated here , and I've had my vehicle towed for many reasons , they just seemed to be the warmest . anywhere else has been cold , customer service is usually non existent with this kind of lucrative business , but ill give this 4 stars since they were nice PERIOD
This place has the worst customer service ever! The lady who I talked to I think her name was Denna was extremely rude. She kept putting me on hold and was chewing in my ear. She was eating something and just chewing so loud. So so unprofessional. She has to be the owners wife or be in the family because she clearly does not care about her job. Again worst customer service ever!!!
i get the impression from reviews years ago, they are back to their old rude ways. The woman who answered to phone was not helpful in any way, rude bothered tone, placing me on hold for every question, then tells me 'that's not possible' with no explanation. when asked why it's not possible was told their flatbed trucks were out of order. okay, I called Hamner, towing, quote was cheaper, the receptionist was very kind and asked me the questions required without me needing to be put on hold after my response and she also knew the answers to any additional info requested without attitude. They showed up within the hour, the driver was extremely kind from Hamner towing, and gee, imagine the surprise when i asked about the flat bed i was told i needed by circle city... uh, Nope none required for what i asked to be done... My advice is shop around if you have the time, cuz cirlce city can be bettered.
I received awesome service today. My car broke down in moreno valley this morning, and got Circle City Towing to pick me up and take me and my car to honda in Corona. Quick service. Super nice guy. Definately recommend them, and will use them again (though hopefully I'll never need to be towed again, lol).
Your tow truck driver on the 91 freeway just ran my daughter and son off the road near the Green River Exit. Since when is it legal to go 80 plus miles an hour on the freeway while towing a vehicle.
They where extremely quick we called at around 4 and thesaid it would be 45 mins to 1 hour 25 minutes later they arrived great customer service and the driver was a good guy

I made the mistake of calling Hamner towing first, besides their staff being rude and telling us it would be a wait of 30-35 minutes, they finally arrived (4hours later) we where told that they could not help us because we had a baby with us. (Yes, I did tell them I had a baby with me). They said that there was nothing they could do. Thank God I found Circle City Towing ! The staff was very polite and understanding . the lady took the time to explain price and that there was no problem with me having a child with me. She did tell us it would be a 30 min wait but the wonderful man was there in 10 minutes he was very polite and made my family and myself feel comfortable,and was able to accommodate my baby . I wish I could have gotten his name. He really made our awful experience with tow truck companies a great experiences. We are definitely referring you to our friends and family. God bless you
