Went to this location for the first time the other night and the guy with grey shirt was being loud and he seemed to not care about his language he was acting like if it were his hang out spot instead of work. The bald guy there was actually helping someone. I needed a certain product that they sell rather then waiting for it to arrive online and I ended up just walking out to where the employees looked at me and didn't even acknowledge it. Customer service goes along way guys. Shame on the upper ups or whomever for not doing night visits bet they would be surprised at what they see. I will make sure to tell my friends to not visit this location ever.
I went to a different autozone off Euclid and Katella. Horrible service. I needed help with a light bulb that went out. The refused to help. I went to autozone off Lincoln and brookhurst. The service was amazing!!! Robert saved the day! There's was another guy with a eyebrow ring he was awesome too. Kudos to theses men! I will bring my business here forward! Thank you Robert!!! Best Auto-Zone ever for their customer service. I always feel welcome and appreciated whenever I come and get anything or drop off anything. I guess that’s why I keep coming back. Get in the Zone!
We stopped there because we need a back light on our car but when my husband went in to ask one of the employees inside for a back light the employee ignored him and went on what is up nowadays with kindness and humanity horrible attitude
I got the wrong type of windshield whispers for my car and lost the receipt. However Raul made it super easy to return them and even gave me the exact right whipers that I needed! He was really nice and helpful.
I came in to get my battery checked. The young lady, named Madison(hope that's how she spells it) helped me. Very friendly and professional. She checked my battery with me right there. She allowed me to see for myself that I needed a new battery. Went inside to buy the battery. She then installed the battery. Awesome experience. Thanks Madison.
The most terrible customer experience I’ve ever had in my life at auto zone. The worst staff is miserable and does NOT want to help the customer find what they’re looking for. Even the manager couldn’t care less about you. I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever. I will not be returning here due to their poor attitude.
I had an outstanding experience at this AutoZone location. The manager was very willing to help and one of the associates (Edgar) went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t find the battery I needed anywhere nearby , and this Anaheim location was the only one that had it in stock. I drove all the way from Lake Forest because my car wouldn’t start and I urgently needed a replacement. The lady at the counter seemed to be annoyed that I came in. It was ABSOLUTELY not busy. Just myself, one other customer, and two employees. I went in to purchase a battery for my car. I did ask if anyone was available to help me, She said no. All the guy was doing was scanning shelves and stocking.
The person I give credit and a thank you to is the customer who took time out of his morning to help me. I'm not sure yet if I'll be back.
Cool thing is it's the only auto parts open till midnight wut suxs is they use to be open 24 hours always had a good experiance here and they're one of the main stores that supply the other stores so most part you'll find here
Due to a battery issue with my car, I looked for a shop that was open late and contacted this place. I specifically asked if they could also handle a battery replacement, and the woman who answered the phone told me to come in the morning. Trusting her instructions, I arrived promptly at 6 a.m. when they opened.
However, when I got there, only someone who appeared to be the manager was present, and shortly afterward one employee arrived. When I explained what had been discussed the day before, they told me that no one was available and that I would need to come back after 9 a.m.
I was extremely frustrated, as I had relied on the woman’s information and prepared from 5:30 a.m. to be there on time. I also needed to head straight to work afterward to transport staff, but despite my sincere requests, they simply responded that there was nothing they could do.
I cannot recommend this place. They clearly lack proper staff training, and all they did was waste my time.
I went into the store today to look for a fog light replacement and was helped by Adam the assistant store manger. He was so knowledgeable and did his due diligence to make sure that I left the store with the right part. I had been put off of Auto Zone due to a bad experience at another location, but my interaction with Adam changed that. I will definitely be turning here for any of my future needs. For an auto parts store they had great customer service. Went in for what I thought was going to be a run around on a battery warranty ended up leaving with an upgraded battery under warranty with only a few dollars out of pocket.
I had my alternator repaired at this shop, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service. The replacement alternator was of exceptional quality, ensuring my car’s electrical system was up and running without issues. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the quality of the parts. Excellent value for money, and I'll be coming back for all my future auto part needs.
The staff and manager really seemed bothered by me. Almost like they really didn't want to deal with any customers. Would ask questions but they really didn't answer them. My impression of this place is that they don't really care about their customers. Definitely won't be coming here, and will warn others.
Really wish the staff were more helpful/knowledgeable. Came in to check my battery and I ended up needing a new one (after their diagnosis). Requested assistance in taking out the battery and none of the associates said they could do it.
They showed us to a box of unorganized tools and when we inquired about sizing, they stated “what we have is what we have”, and walked away.
So an hour later we’re still trying to get the battery out to purchase a new battery from here. Tools unorganized & associates not helpful.
I came in to replace a bulb and was fortunate to be assisted by Parts Manager Michael. Not only did he provide the tool I needed, but he also went above and beyond by taking the time to bring it out and personally help with the installation. His exceptional service, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience seamless and stress-free. Michael truly exemplifies outstanding customer care, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance.
Just very confident to shop at Autozone for all the parts I need.
At this store, Tyler technician friendly took back an alternator and refunded back to me.

I bought a Duralast Gold alternator for my 2013 Honda CRV EX-2WD but some how it was not compatible. Battery icon showed up on the dashboard after installing with DTC P16E2 and P065A codes. I had to uninstalled the Duralast Gold and used Denso/Honda alternator.
I've been using Duralast alternators for my other cars and they are very reliable. I think the issue is 2013 Honda CRV only accepting Denso/Honda alternator.
Alex and Abraham are extremely kind and helpful! Abraham especially was very thorough and informative in explaining to me what could be the issue to my car and what I needed. There was also a friendly employee opening the door for customers. The employees here are the best!! Thank you so much!!!

We buy parts there for to many years and never have problem,but on the las 3 year they give the bad service and wrong parts my experience be on anahim buena part and norwalk we buy a part for my son and we have to stay over nigh becouse they give the whong part
The people that work here are great! I was here to buy some replacement fuses. Almost bought the wrong ones until I was corrected by an employee. Also I buy things here so much I also had a 20$ credit! That came in handy
I will change my review today,from 5 to whatever, I walked up to the counter to recycle the oil,stood aside and waited because they gotta let you in,to empty your recycle oil;
The guy kep calling a person after another,took me sometime to figure out that I didn't make a line,and I had to make a line,so there I was being punished for my stupidness.
The autozone's customer service specialist could have advised me just to make the line,but he didn't,he just decided to play stupid along with me.
For that,my star of the day goes to the crew this autozone location
