I was So disappointed today,when I came and try to buy new battery, the guy in there name (ANTHONY) was kinda rude and don't know how to treat the costumer well. He told me to give the car plates or I can't purchase a battery. I told him that I can't memorize the plates number of the car because it's not mine. It's my daughter's car. Well I told him If he can't help me,im just gonna go somewhere else. And I think that i did the right thing, I went to auto zone, so easy to get or buy things there and much more friendly employees.
I came in late Friday night. I could not believe they were open until 10pm. What luck. I needed to remove a difficult pylly that was stuck in a shaft. I was trying to determine what pulley puller I should purchase. I wasn't really sure because I may not need to use the puller again in the future and may not want to spend to much money on it. Thank god for the 2! Super helpful associates that advised me on the best choice to make. In addition to that they suggested that I could just rent the puller instead of buying it. Which saved me a ton of money. This store was clean. And even though they were understaffed they had the line moving very quickly and we're very knowledgeable of the information I needed to cimete my task. They were friendly. I definitely give them 5 stars for cleanliness, inventory, customer service, and product knowledge. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who has automotive needs. Thanks guys. Will definitely return in the future.
Anthony at O'Reilly Auto Parts was a huge help with my headlight issue! He took the time to diagnose the problem and found that I didn't even need to replace the bulb, saving me money and effort. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience quick and pleasant. the staff here works so well together. i called for a battery replacement and that i would be arriving 5 hours later. when i arrived i found out that the worker on the phone brought the battery to the front and coordinated with his team to have it ready for me and to have someone available to do the free battery replacement. shoutout to benjamin for the assistance. he was outside helping 3 customers at the same time! he was super patience and helpful to everyone. great worker and person. thank you to the workers at this shop!
I came on Sunday at around 3:20pm to ask for help looking for a part for my speakers, whoever the older man is that was working at that time was very rude he had really bad attitude.

the five stars isnt for any of the products but its for the service and the people that worked here today. they showed a lot of patience dealing with the long lines and customers that had them calling all over for their car parts.

I had a bad experience with the general manager,I bought a battery 3 months ago and never used then I get the battery to the store to recharge and I was sick en the hospital 15 days,so when I go back ask mi battery they told me my battery went to recycled and they can do nothing then I told him I never used my battery it was new he told me a don't care

Just want to give a big shout out to their associate Jonathon, we came into the store today 10/7/22 with some brake & rotor questions because our mechanic was giving wrong information and Jonathan was kind enough to give us honest information so that I would be driving safetly. I came in for a fuel fitting and was greeted by a gentleman named Duy Thien Le. He gave me the best customer service by locating a part that was not easy to locate. He’s a hero, he saved the day and now my car is back on the road. Go see him if you need anything you can’t find on the main floor!
I was driving my daughter's car and I noticed it needed wipers. The manager was so helpful and knowledgeable he even helped me check the oils I definitely would recommend here
I just went to this Oreillys auto parts and I was waiting in line for like 10 to 15 minutes to Order and pay for something. There was a girl helping a guy but there was two other workers that saw me and they didn’t even bother to help me. This is not the first time that this happened. I was in customer service for 15 years and my guest were always the priority no matter what. I won’t be going back to the store that’s for sure.

Woman needing windshield wiper fluid. Not going to the dealership for that. Drove quite a ways to get there. Not near my home. Knew they would have what I needed. I was very surprised by the empty shelves and lack of selection. Employees were very nice and the line was short. High end choice, but it works great and can cjeck tjat off my to-do list.
I was able to find my water pump for 1/2 the price from AutoZone. I ask them to put it off to the side. I show up. And it was ready. Walk in walk out 2 mins.
Should probably change the hours of operation on Google instead of just hand written notes on the door.
So people looking for auto parts drive or of their way to get there before its listed closing of 10pm only to find the store had wrote the times on the door to 9pm. Looks like Autozone from now on

Frank helped me he was very knowledgeable and I was really surprised by his knowledge of Transmissions he guided me through every step and saved me a lot of money. Excellent customer service.
