This wack company mistakenly towed my truck, when I was told I could park in undesignated parking spots. No call, no heads up, no nothing. And on top of it, they’re still trying to charge me money. What a disgrace.

I recently had an incredible experience with Christian from Black Hawk Towing. My insurance provider referred me to this company for a winch when my vehicle and I were in a precarious situation. Christian arrived within 10 minutes and did an amazing job. He was both very efficient and extremely careful with my vehicle. I was convinced that I would end up with major damage to the frame and body at the very least- IF we were able to get it out in one piece. He managed to safely free my vehicle in perfect condition using various techniques. I truly believe if they had sent someone else who was less experienced and meticulous that this would not have been the case. He was also very friendly and professional. I am incredibly grateful for his services and cannot recommend him enough. I’d give him 100 stars if I could. Give this guy a raise!!!!
Long story shorter, because I want to tell you every detail of my breakdown at 3:30 in the morning, AAA why am I paying you for premium towing, to all the 24/7 tow companies who didn’t answer or went back and forth with negotiations because I was desperate, Black Hawk towing you came through in a big way, Christian answered my call, and just like that he said he would be there to get me, I drove with him on the long tow to my mechanics, what a great guy. I’m a small business owner and the fast, easy, trusting and personable service he provided is exactly what I was looking for, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again!
Brandon did an amazing job transporting my classic sports car to be serviced. He was friendly, prompt a great communicator and couldn't have taken better care of the car. Hopefully this is the last tow I'll need for a while but—when I do—I'll use Black Hawk again!
Nobody wants to find themselves in a situation where they’re stuck on the side of the road with an unresponsive vehicle— especially as a woman traveling alone. Black Hawk couldn’t have done a better job at making a horrible inconvenience and stressful situation a breeze. Brandon was kind, responsive, and got to the site as quickly as possible. He handled a busy intersection and awkward pick up spot with ease, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Good humans are a treasure, and this company has some of the best. Highly recommend should you ever find yourself in the Napa area in need of some towing.

I was very stressed with the car breaking down out of town and it having been left overnight in an unknown area and it was a weekend and raining so I was doing a Google search for tow company’s open on a Saturday afternoon/ evening after reading several with negative reviews I worked my way down to Blackhawk Towing and the reviews made my mind up So I called to get a quote and see if they would even do it I got ahold of Christian and he said he could do it but could he call me back in a half hour because he was in the middle of a tow at the time so I said sure and he called back when he said he would he was very clear with his questions and answers and we set a time to meet To which he was there right on time if not a little bit sooner which was great He was able to load the car without any problems and we set off to take the car home Where he was able to get the car into the carport which I had worried about Christian was a great comfort on such a stressful situation and he was able to charge me less than the quote because it didn’t take as long as the estimate was for and on top of everything else that really helped the stressful situation of getting the car home I totally recommend Blackhawk Towing I don’t know any of the other drivers so no disrespect but I would tell you to ask for Christian if you need a Tow a definite two thumbs up Chris S.

Black Hawk Towing closed their business. It is now G&C Autobody. My experience at G&C Autobody was wonderful. The staff was very professional and on top of things through the whole process. A very special thank you to Nikki. She kept me up to date on changes and was very patient with me from day one. I would recommend this business.
This shop is as professional as it gets I Xochilt is who I dealt with and she was soo pleasant and helpful and knew everything and the owner was helping another customer while I was there and he was going out of his way to explain and help the gentleman awesome,if I could come to one shop/towing location every day it’s this location keep up the great work

Blackhawk was recommended by my insurance company for an auto body repair. They were extremely friendly and fair, explaining the process, and constantly checking in during repairs. We were very satisfied by their work as well.
Anything to do with cars makes me nervous. I saw Blackhawk was near my house. we had just moved to Napa. They were also AAA approved. So I brought my banged up Mini to them, worried that I made the right choice. Everyone from Brent to Soichi and the others made me feel so relaxed. like they had this problem for me and would make it go away. they even arranged for my car rental and had them pick me up. When the car was ready (which took only a few days), I saw my car like it was brand new, inside and out. So I didn't need to worry. Just take it to Blackhawk and I always will. And I'll tell all my friends too. Just don't get in a handshake challenge with Brent. He has a grip of iron. Thanks, Blackhawk.
My 2018 Dodge Durango suffered a massive blow to the front end, but Blackhawk Body Shop fixed her up in no time flat! Highly recommend and highly skilled. Brent is awesome and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing body work of any sort. Thanks again!

total) . Like any job of this magnitude there were a couple issues that were taken care of. They have a great towing service and went into the boonies to get me.
They do average work.
So my son was pulled over late Friday afternoon the police dept had Blackhawk towing tow the car, we came to retrieve the vehicle on tues am would of loved to get it on Monday but it was Martin Luther King day . So Apparently this is four days it was 590.00. I think that’s robbery. I would not recommend this company as the owner Brent was very rude

Had my vehicle towed on a Friday night at 6:00p went to pick it up Monday at 2:30p this was 68.5h later they charged me for a lien hold even though California law states you can’t be charged for a lien until the car has been impounded for 72h. They informed me that I could talk to the owner when he returned for lunch I waited till 3:00. And had to return to work. I’ve called repeatedly and been told he wasn’t in. The lead tow truck drive was rude and seemed to have a need to prove that he was in charge of the situation. If the owner could get ahold of me to resolve this situation. I drive the 2016 Ford Escape. I highly doubt that will happen though.
Update: did receive a $70 check in the mail for the lien cost will update score would be willing to change to a 4/5 star if the lead driver would apologize to me. The first driver that towed my car was a nice dude and made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands but when I picked it up the guy claiming to be there lead driver was a complete as*****.
Brent gave me an estimate to remove any evidence of discoloration on my front fender.......for my brand new Shelby. While other shops wanted to replace this same fender at a cost of thousands of dollars, Brent suggested a repair that was equally effective. Total cost of 100 dollars. Courteous, accommodating and honest, this body shop works to benefit the customer. I highly recommend!
Had a motorcycle accident yesterday and my bike was towed to Black Hawk. Shout out to Marty who made sure my bike was safe while in storage and most especially for going the extra distance to load and show me how to tie down the bike on my trailer. Really appreciated his courtesy and attention!! Great job!!

Brent and his team did an amazing job getting the repairs done in a timely manner, and Nicole and Esperanza were friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had.
