One of the employees is just absolutely the rudest. He is not even the manager, but somehow that Manager lets him get away with so much. A nonprofit was having a local community event next-door at the Western store With the county and city involved, serving resources, free food, and activities for families. The employee just comes out yelling at everybody yelling at the owners at the Western store, stating that the cars parked next to the western store along the wall where O’Reillys employees parked and that they have no right To park there. He was yelling at the owners of the Western store who are We’re just supporting this event, letting the nonprofit organization and the county use their own space That they use for their store And clientele. The organizations Did not use any of O’Reillys parking we didn’t even ask because we have seen this specific employee Just being so rude in the past. We already knew O’Reillys would not support With our event. But they did not have to come out And ruin this family event with children around yelling and cussing At the Western store owners, Employees of the Nonprofit, Family fathers who were just trying to calm him down, And even county workers. Everybody was trying to explain to him that we are not using his space But he was simply upset because the western store supported their own parking lot for this event. Finally, the manager of the store made him go inside after he was making so many racist remarks to the community from outside yelling at us. This nonprofit organization does so much for the homeless youth and foster youth And provided free food while Napa County came to also provide so many resources for families. Due to this man we had So many bumps in the road and so many families Were just Trying to calm him down because he just stayed outside of O’Reilly is yelling at us making racist remarks For about an hour. DO NOT SHOP THERE THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE HARDSHIP AND WORK EVERYBODY PUT IN FOR THIS EVENT FOR THE COMMUNITY. Thank you to El Vaquero Western wear for supporting with their parking lot And space. Turns out that El Vaquero has have had many issues already with this employee, but O’Reillys continues to support his employment For some odd reason. Absolutely ridiculous They need new management if they support this type of behavior!! You can see in the photos O’Reillys’s parking lot was empty the majority of time because they were It’s crazy that they were upset because their employees like to park to El Vaquero’s wall in the shade Claim that That is their property. Ridiculous. The county workers moved their cars just so they can please them when they didn’t even need to. Couple employees from the nonprofit also had to remove their cars again from a alongside El Vaquero’s wall So O’Reilly Employees can park there!!
I was driving in Napa, CA, when my check oil light flashed on my car dash panel. So after I checked the dip stick, and I did an online search for an auto parts shop. O'Reilly popped up as the one closest to where I was at.
First of all, the store is in the older part of Napa. Non touristy part. It's in an area where real life people live. The shop is on Jefferson Street, near the corner of Lincoln Avenue. I went during the day (daylight) and didn't felt unsafe. But always have your wits about you.
The store was cleaned, well stocked, and organized. The staff was helpful and kind, well at least the crew I dealt with this past Saturday was. I easily found what I needed on the shelf . They carried several name brands to choose from. I paid and filled my car up on the spot. I went back in to toss the can and went on my merry way.
You know, I just love O'Reilly's, not only are they most reasonable with prices, but the employees are always super helpful, Harry the Mgr and the entire staff have always gone above and beyond, even if just answering some kind of mechanical question I have, they all really know their stuff!
I highly recommend this store as the best in Napa. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
I went in early on a rainy morning. A windshield wiper had blown off while wiping my windshield. The gentlemen working behind the counter helped me buy the right wipers and attached the wiper blades during the rain. I was pleased how courteous he was and efficient. I was on my way in no time.
Came in during the rain after not being able to get the right windshield wipers at autozone, and Daniel and Michael got it done ASAP! Great customer service and fantastic teamwork. Thanks, guys!
Just came back from purchasing a headlight and brake lights. This is usually my go to for my car. I was greeted by Edward and as usual was given several options. I wasn’t sure so we went outside and he did everything to figure out what the correct light was needed. I want to thank him for all of his help and him going above and beyond to making sure the proper item was purchased. Awesome employee!

I needed a muffler expander i went the rental route expanded from 2 1/2. To 3 inch $$ 39.00 deposit i used it 4 days No charge got my $ 39.00. Back thanks guys

I went in a month ago and ordered hatchback supports for my 2017 VW . Payed $47 . I returned 10 days later, was told that they were lost, UPS. My
They ordered again, told me return after June 21 . I arrived on June 24 to pick up. Clerk said they didn’t come in. Since it’s been 30 days now I suggested they return my money since they weren’t able to get me the parts. The clerk returned $38 dollars, I said that’s not what you charged me when I ordered, clerk said that’s how it works. So I guess I payed UPS to not deliver to ORiely auto parts? That’s absurd.

Everyone here is always helpful and courteous. Any parts they don't have on hand they can order and usually have in stock within 3-5 days. Even with all the virus issues regarding shipping they seem pretty on top of it.
I just wanted not only the public but the company to know that Tanner helped me and fixed a problem so that I wouldn't have to pickup a tool I needed a you didn't have the tool for me to buy however he thought fast and loaned me the tool out of your loaner tool's instead of losing a customer. Great service. I will be back because of this.
Amazing store. I purchased a new hitch ball and the employees went out of their way to help me change it out. One employee even put the hitch on his own truck to make it easier for me to remove the current ball. They were so courteous and helpful that I will use them for all my business in the future.
I went to get a thermostat for my 2007 Auto I got it home and there was no rubber gasket so they say it doesn't come with it anymore I have to buy one so I had back down there the gentleman gave it to me which was quite nice got it home. The car taking apart I'm ready to put it on wrong gasket they need to teach their employees about the vehicles ultra at least look it up properly so a person isn't running back and forth and still not getting their car fixed

I went in to buy a headlight for my Prius, and when it was rung up, it was more than I expected. I am recently coming off disability, and my bank account is very low. When I said that I didn’t have enough to pay for it, and started to walk out, the manager stopped me and said he’d be able to help. By adding some coupons they had, he was able to get the price down to something I could afford.
The salesman was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this store for any need. I bought some wrenches from there to fix my garbage disposal because Home Depot was closed. Not only did it work the whole set I bought was cheaper than Home Depot’s smaller set. I was very pleased. Thank You
It's a great auto parts store mostly everything in stock easy in easy out with the right information very satisfied with this place I highly recommend to all my friends and family since it's one of my favorite stores I almost feel like family.
There were 4 people behind the register and we received help from none of them. One was clearly very high and could barely answer any of our questions. I normally prefer going to O'Reilly's, but not coming back to this one...
