Overpriced, lousy customer service except for Jay. Told me they built there brake systems, found out it was ABS product when I called with problems. Completely over priced, Go to steel rubber.
Needed a washer fluid bottle for my 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. Caddy Daddy had one advertised for $234.00, a big price for such an item, but as it was pictured, it looked perfect so I placed the order. Unfortunately, the one in the picture was not the one I received. In the picture the item looked nice and bright, not yellowed, with a very legible GM part sticker. What I received was a yellowed bottle with an illegible sticker, wasn’t sure if this was genuine GM NOS as described or some old reproduction. The same quality OE bottles are selling on eBay for $99 all day long.
I also needed the cap, I asked the rep if it was correct for my year vehicle, he assured me it was. It was not.
Definitely disappointed, but par for the course with these old car part dealers. I was hoping for a more positive experience on my first purchase with them. I was being generous with three stars.

I ordered parts to be next day airmailed to me and by no fault of their own they sat in Memphis for 2 days !
They immediately gave me a store credit and I will continue to use this company !
I drove 2 hours round trip from Santa Rosa to the Napa store to return a part and credit my card ($167.01) ONLY to find a sign taped on the door stating "no public access".
Neither the online site or their phone messages warn of no public access. Wasted my whole morning. When I called to complain that their damn website and/or phone messaging should say no public access the individual hung up on me.
In the past 3-4 years I have called Caddy Daddy several times and found no help. All I have been able to get from them is a $60+ bag of lightbulbs for my '63 Cadillac.
Staff answering the phone has been uninformed and unable to find any answers.
They are a total waste of time.
I love working with the knowledgeable and helpful staff at Caddy Daddy! The parts are generally available and arrive quickly after the order. I run a mechanic shop on the East Coast and contacted Caddy Daddy in regards to a 1968 Cadillac that we have in house and the professionalism and dedication to their customers is beyond exceptional. My husband just walked out of there upset. Horrible customer service. He needed to work on his car this weekend and knew exactly what parts he needed. Person there did not seem to want to help him claiming they were understaffed and that it’s not a walk-in place and that we should have called. They did not appear to be busy. Well they just lost our business and we will be spending our money somewhere else. Trying to support a small business but we can buy it online instead.

My husband went back to Caddy Daddy this afternoon. It was a completely different experience. My husband did in fact buy the part he needed somewhere else online. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t working out. He had researched all over and decided to give Caddy Daddy another try. The owner had originally tried to reach out so he decided to go. Husband says the parts may be more expensive but they are really knowledgeable and, more importantly, the parts are legit. He had spent so much time on the other part trying to make it work when he could have had the part from Caddy Daddy to begin with. I’ve changed the review from 1 star to 5. We are customers for life.
I added 6 items I needed to hit the $25 online store minimum and used the cart's built in "shipping quote" function which told me my shipping charge would be $0.00. Paid $26.58 via paypal. A few hour later I get a phone call asking me to fork over $8+ more dollars for my "free shipping". It was explained to me that they only offer free shipping on $50+ orders. They need to fix their cart to match their store policies not expect the new customer to know all of their policies and notice the cart estimation on their site is apparently broken. Now I sit waiting on my money back. . .
Did get my money back, and an apology; review modified to reflect customer service after the fact.
Want to say , these folks are on it! , very courteous, knowledgeable! Got everything I can ordered , and it was packed correctly! Nothing more can get under your skin , than waiting on a part and it shows up damaged . Awesome dealer here! I look forward to working with them in future!
