Laziest recycling and waste services company in the north bay! They won't empty your recycle/ waste can for the slightest reason. They left my recycle bin full and sid not dump it because the lid was slightly open. I called and complained and was told they will not dump it if the lid is not fully closed!
This company charges a premium for their poor service.
Are they really paying attention of who it's getting the service?
Who it's responsible for Removing the Containers after the service is canceled?
My neighbor stole several yard waste bins and she is using them as TRASH Bins my neighborhood stinks thanks to her and the NCRWS for their professional service

NRWS has always done a great job with my garbage & yard waste. I had them pick up our old fridge and it was so easy. All i had to do was make a phone call and have it rolled out to the side walk.

I'm had been calling them since last Friday
Because they did not pick up my garbage
They never bother to call back to check if they they got that garbage
And I did call them more10 times
And today is Monday 5:35pm and my garbage still outside and tomorrow is holiday.
