Wow. Is it possible to find a better towing place then metro towing? I think not. I was stranded half way between our home in the Bay Area and Fresno when I was hit by some freeway debris that completely shredded my tire. Without a spare I needed a tow to the nearest Costco Tire Center. Enter Metro towing. Ramzi and Metro towing really came through for me and my family. He communicated with me frequently to find my location on the side of the freeway, he was friendly and considerate of my safety and that of my family. I was traveling with my 8 year old son and dog and we were all welcomed in the cab of his tow truck for our ride to Costco. He ensured our safe arrival to the tire centers and checked in on us frequently. Ramzi made a challenging experience a unique and safe adventure for my family. I had an excellent experience with Metro Towing Company. Specifically the driver Ramzi who came to help me tow my car and a dispatcher. The lady dispatcher was following up with me every now and then and keeping me informed where the driver is and how long I may need to wait. Now comes driver Ramzi. Very professional, knowledgeable and one of the most courteous man I have ever met. He was extremely polite. He made sure my car does not get any scratch or dent or any kind of damage while pulling it over the flat bed truck. Since car had to be aligned with skis with the flat bed, it becomes most tricky, when you car is at 80degree angle with the flat bed, due to narrow parking space and small parking lot. He was so good, that I would recommend him specifically with Metro Towing Company.

After a few unexpected emergencies, we could not risk driving our vehicle any further before repair. GEICO called Metro Towing to assist with our vehicle transport to the shop. Juan called to verify the location destination and got it there in a timely manner and without issue. I’ve dealt with Metro Towing before and I receive great service every time.

Services from this company is highly recommended. The driver was quick thinking on the road!!! I was informed that it would take approximately 1 hour before someone could get to me. It was very hot outside and my young granddaughter was in the vehicle. The service tow driver, Razmi was on his way to his next upcoming call and realized I was right there, closeby and thank you sir so much, he stopped and very quickly changed my tire. Within a matter of a few minutes he had my vehicle ready to be back on the road. It was greatly appreciated that he didn't pass us up. He had to have done some quick thinking to realize he could handle my issue and the next customer's issue in a very timely manner. THANKS AGAIN!!!

I had to get my Ford Explorer towed, after it was struck by another vehicle on highway 120. My insurance company sent Metro Towing and I was pleasantly surprised. The driver, Ramzi, carefully loaded my vehicle on the tow truck, making sure not to cause any additional damage. He then dropped it off in front of my house, so I could get my all my kids' sports gear out of my car. This is the first time I've had to get my vehicle towed in many years, but I was glad to get Ramzi as the driver.

Came fast and knew what he was doing, everything went smooth and was very pleased with getting the vehicle to where it needed to be dropped off.

My vehicle had died on me and so I called Metro towing in Manteca to get a tow back to work. It was a rainy day but that didn’t stop Alex from showing up and doing such a great job from making sure the vehicle was securely shut and on the tow. He had to jump start the battery multiple of times to make sure we were able to close all of the windows. Even though it was raining Alex was getting on the wet ground to make sure everything was mounted correctly. Once we reached the destination he continues to help and make sure the vehicle was placed in the correct area, again having to jump start the car to be able to move it. I would say this was the best tow experience I’ve had. Friendly, a hard worker, and you can tell he loves to help people! Thank you Alex for the great service!

My car broke down due to a broken tire suspension and axle and I'm very thankful I found Metro Towing through Yelp because they were very quick over the phone and sent someone to help immediately. The pricing was reasonable considering it was after hours at the time. Alex was extremely helpful by identifying the problem first then explaining the potential risks that might come up given it's condition. He made sure my friend and I got home safely and took the extra time to park the car in a convenient location for me to access. Alex made the entire process easy for me and worked very efficiently even though I was very stressed about the situation. Many thanks to Metro Towing and Alex! I will be sure to use them again if my car ever breaks down again. Highly recommend them!

The gentleman that came to tow our car was misdirected by their, or our, insurance dispatch and was sent to our home instead of where the vehicle was. He re-routed and arrived promptly. He was also patient enough for our daughter to drive back to bring us the car keys (which got put in one of the bags we used for our belongings. Would highly recommend.
