I have been lucky enough to be able to take my cars to All Autos since 1987 (back when they were across the hub and called San Anselmo Tire and Auto). They are honest and fair and do good work, for far less than the dealers. Far less.

Been going here for many years with me and mom. Lovely humans and good work. I am always confident the work was completed well and can't trust them

I highly recommend All Autos. When you drive an old beat-up Prius like mine, you want a mechanic like Yann who will give you an honest assessment and keep it running safely without trying to upsell you. If he makes a mistake he'll own up to it and fix it for free. If he can't figure out what's wrong he'll tell you rather than yank you around. Yann's usually able to take a look at my car the same day I call or the next day, and he gets it back to me fast, which I really appreciate. Consider taking your car here!

Last week I took my car in for a diagnostic for a light that wouldn't come on. They told me that it was the entire part of the bulb that was damaged, in total they charged me 250dl. That same day, in the afternoon, I began to investigate what was wrong with the car and myself, with the help of my 13-year-old son, we were able to solve the problem. We only bought the spare part for the bulb, which cost 8 dollars and the entire part was in perfect condition. . I do not recommend this place at all, they are liars who deceive customers to make a profit and charge more than they should. It's not fair!!!

I was driving from LA to Point Reyes and limped my 4 Runner in after getting whacked by something kicked up by a semi. I just rolled in; the sweet gent who helped me put my mind at ease and took care of my problem with a smile and reassuring knowledge. I wish I was a local - not just because this slice of California is beautiful but because of this great shop. Thank you for helping me keep moving!!

Been going here 10+ years, love Yann the owner very honest and up front guy. Prices are good and no cost to for inspection and quote. HIGHLY recommend!

All the locals I know recommended this place, so when I needed auto-work done, I naturally contacted them. I ran my CEL to see what errors my car was throwing and wrote them down before I took the car in. The people there reported back to me with the exact errors, and were able to take care of all the problems while coming in less than what I had worked out it would cost. Also, because of the COVID-19 situation, I have to be especially careful not to catch the virus because my wife is at high-risk of complications, the people at All Autos went out of there way to work with me in a manner that minimized contact AND they wiped down the car when they were done. As of May 2020, I highly recommend All Autos, Inc.

I was totally scammed by this company. One week ago I purchased a used Toyota Sienna from them. I asked the owner if there was anything wrong with the car and he said, "No." I test drove the car briefly decided to buy it based on the owner's recommendation. Over the next 24 hours I discovered that the struts were blown, the transmission was going out, the horn didn't work, and then the engine light came on. I brought it back the next day to get my money back and the owner said, "Tough luck, you knew what you were getting." I said to him, "you told me there was nothing wrong with the car and I trusted you." He had no answer to that.

Always good work. Since Yann was at the hub in Eddies shop he's taken care of our cars; and they all still work. And, the work is done in a timely fashion. We recommend.

Yan is a great guy, I bring all my cars to him and have for a while now. Always had great, honest service, on-time, discusses parts with you. Car has never come back dirty or with greasy handprints like I often get at tire places and had with other mechanics. Also very accommodating, I've brought my car in with little to no notice and he's always helped me. If it isn't something they do, Yan know where to send you for good service which is really valuable too.

I reviewed last year, and would like to update that we now have 4 cars in our family that have been to Yann and his guys over the past several months. He better never retire.

I have been using All Autos, Inc. exclusively for all of my vehicles since 2006. Prior to that I had tried dealers and other mechanics but was not always happy with the results. I then searched Diamond Certified for an auto mechanic that they recommended as they always have the GOOD ONES and All Autos was it. All Autos has always made the correct repairs and maintenance to my satisfaction and at a fair price. Yaan d'Argence, the Owner, is friendly and explains what is needed and the price before the repairs take place and he notifies me when there is a need to do a follow-up inspection on a part that will need to be attended to in the future. I highly recommend using All Autos for any vehicle maintenance and repair you might have.

I found All Autos about 4 years ago when visiting a friend in San Anselmo and my SUV needed servicing. Even though I live in Oakland, I have been going back there ever since for almost everything my car needs. I arrive early, leave my car with owner Yann d’Argencé, walk the short distance to the town center for breakfast/coffee or read the paper in the park. Yann and his team are always fast and thorough. The cost of almost any service is about 1/3 that of my dealership service cost. Yann takes good care of me!

I was visiting family in San Anselmo and drove down from Canada. All Autos accommodated the time and day that I needed. I booked my appointment online. The repair was very fast. My car hasn't driven this well in a while! I'll book next time I'm visiting!

All Autos has been my go to car repair for at least 8 years, and I have never been disappointed. I like supporting local businesses, and regularly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I'm a 'mature' single woman and I am usually in a situation where I need Yaan or one of the mechanics to explain to me exactly what the problem is and what is needed to address that problem. Yaan and his crew have always done so clearly. Sometimes there may be more than one approach to resolve an issue, including wait and see, and the options are always described with pros and cons along with cost estimates. At the end of a repair I especially appreciate the review of systems as to current condition and what interventions might be coming up so I can plan ahead. Bottom Line is I can recommend them without reservation.

Yann and his crew are the best. Honest, capable, reliable, friendly, kind. Taking our car in for a service is a pleasure not a chore. We feel like we have a relationship with a person we trust, Yann, not with a dealership we might not be able to trust. Big Gratitude for All Autos!

I've known Yann for decades. Always taken my cars there. Never had a problem. Yann has consistently maintained a solid business. As far as I can tell, he also has extremely low employee turnover. Loyal employees are a another good sign.

I've taken many cars to All Autos over the years. They always take great care of me and my cars. I trust All Autos to handle any issues that come up with my cars and appreciate that they often give me options and their recommendations.

They are always fast and efficient and explain what needs to be done and why. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been dealing with All Auto's since the 90's and have never had any problems.

Friendly, but ... can I trust them? I took my car in and they diagnosed a crack in the radiator which supposedly needed a $750 fix. But my other mechanic who is a specialist in my type of car ran test after test on two separate occasions and couldn't find any evidence of a crack there. He did find a crack in the coolant bottle which needed to be replaced. End result? $150 repair and radiator is just fine.

I am a new customer to All Autos. My Audi needs a lot of work done that I cannot do all at once. Yann has provided detailed cost estimates for each service that other shops do not provide, and he has a friendly patience that is much appreciated.

Honest, Honest, Honest. They care for the vans that our school uses and many of our staff vehicles. They stand behind their work for a year, and never do unnecessary repairs. I would never take my vehicles any where else.
