What an amazing experience. I decided to get my Model Y wrapped and after shopping around I decided to go with Diamond Auto Salon. They're a little more pricy than other places but you get what you paid for. Their shop is clean and professional, their crew does an amazing job with the application to conceal any edges or corners and they have great warranty. Other shops looked like someone was working out of their garage. I've intentionally put off writing a review since I got my warp about 4 months ago to see if there would be any issues but there are 0. No peeling, bubbling or anything. Look absolutely stunning. Special thanks to Matt. I highly recommend this place. If you need a wrap or tint do look anywhere else.
Diamond Auto Salon gave me a competitive quote and their knowledge and experience made me feel at ease. I discussed options with Scott, Zach, and Casey and found the right package that included full tint and full PPF with wrapped edges. The guys in the shop did an amazing job wrapping the car and I haven't seen any areas that could use improvement. They took care tucking in all edges and even on close inspection you'd be very hard pressed to tell there's any PPF on the vehicle. I wholeheartedly recommend Diamond Auto Salon in Westlake and I'm certain their other locations in LA and OC will take good care of your car.
This car used to be GT silver …. and I thought it was kind of boring!
Auri and Fernando changed the total look of the car and I love it! It went to this look using PURE PPF Frozen black with a an Xpel ceramic tint. We did some satin highlights on the hood, mirrors and door handles to make it pop.
They hit the deadline we established to get it done and kept me well appraised of the status along the way.

I was in the market for clear PPF and Ceramic Window tinting for my brand new Model S Plaid. After calling different shops and getting pricing I decided to go with DAS. I spoke with Auri initially to get everything I wanted done and setup the appointment. On my appointment day I was greeted by Fernando. Being a new customer and never really have done any of this stuff on any of my previous vehicles like most I had a lot of questions. Without any hesitation Fernando answered them all and it put my mind at ease knowing I put my car in trustworthy hands. During the time my car was being worked on I continued to follow up with Fernando about the progress and communication was great. He even sent me pictures and videos while the car was being worked on which made me very happy and excited seeing all the progress being made. Upon completion of all the work and seeing my car in person I was blown away with the results. Turned out way better that I imagined. After receiving my car back I had a brief conversation with Fernando about the aftercare for my car. He gave me some helpful tips on what I could do and use to help keep my car looking great. I’m not amazing with photos but DAS (Diamond Auto Salon) did a fantastic job on my new Mustang Mach 1 Premium equipped with the handling package. Everything was done wonderfully and communication was amazing especially given the time constraints with their move to an upgraded facility. They finished ahead of schedule by over a week as well. They added XPEL Prime XR Plus ceramic tint, XPEL Stealth PPF full body, ceramic coating for the wheels and calipers, EXOShield protection film for the front windshield. With a lifetime warranty against any peeling, bubbling, or yellowing/discoloration. I provided before and after pictures.
If I need another vehicle done I will be having DAS do the same/similar treatment to the vehicle. They were wonderful to work with and very human about the whole process.

Fernando was awesome and gave me daily updates with photos and videos.
Update 11/23: I brought my second MINI Clubman to Diamond Auto Salon and their team of installers have always done a fabulous job on my cars. I took my Tesla Model Y in for a full colored PPF wrap. The guys at Diamond did an amazing job and deserve more than 5 stars.
I am very meticulous when it comes to my vehicles and Casey put up with my onslaught of questions. Zach was able to arrange a Sunday pick up and even provided a loaner car during the service. During the service I was provided with daily updates and pictures of the progress which really highlighted the levels they go to to make sure all edges are wrapped, they even go as far as removing the bumpers and fenders! Amazing! The car looks beautiful and we get compliments everywhere we go!
When I requested for a quote, they got back to me fast. Auri was very detailed and helped me with getting the right ppf color I wanted for a good price. I was able to get my Camry wrapped in a nice two tone color. He also was able to get me a car loaner since I only had one car which was helpful. Cameron took over in updating me with the progress of my car and sent pictures. He was nice and flexible when I had questions. He gave me a lot of great information since I’m not very knowledgeable in wraps, chrome deletes, etc. Overall, my experience was great. The car looks awesome! There was a scratch on one of my door handles and was told they will fix it when I go to my 2 week follow up.

From the moment I got there, Casey did a walk around of my car asked what I wanted done and gave his recommendations. He recommended going Stealth for the carbon fiber roof to keep the look of it being a matte finish. He also educated me on Ceramic Tint and the benefits of it. At no time did I ever felt pressured to buy anything.
Upon pick up, I was blown away on how well they applied the PPF! You can’t notice it being on the car! Amazing! Casey spent the time going over what was done as well as sharing how to care for the services done.
I had gotten a wrap done at another shop about a year back, it was done with poor execution and it didn’t even hold up for a few months before it started to peel. There were a lot of areas with too much wrap and some with not enough. A lot of color showing underneath as well. Diamond Auto helped me remove the wrap with minimal damage to the clear coat and paint. Their removal was precise, clean, and done efficiently and with care. They helped me remove a nightmare wrap and gave my car new life! They presented me with multiple options for the car and also offered assistance with the body damage that I was unaware of. Compared to what I dealt with from the previous shop, Diamond Auto is Heaven sent. They’ll do their absolute best to make sure you get the best quality wrap and best looking wrap to suit the car. I can’t speak highly enough about the business these guys do! Smooth, easy, attentive, and overall consistent with service from beginning to end. Casey kept in contact with me and provided updates with pictures without me even asking. Casey’s customer service is bar none, solid dude who cares greatly about the work he does for the car and customer. I can’t speak highly enough about working with him! Same goes for Zach and Noah! With wraps, you always get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny.
I can’t say enough about this shop. The guys are artisans who do beautiful work. They’re professional, helpful, friendly, incredibly responsive and honest. They completely transformed my sad looking 2003 Carrera into a flawless beauty with a ppf color wrap, ceramic coating and headlight restoration. As soon as I received my 2022 Telsa Model Y Performance, I took my car to Diamond Auto Salon in Westlake Village and got the full car STEK Dynomatt PPF, STEK Nex 35% tints on all sides including the back window, 45% roof glass, 70% windshield and matt black Tesla "T"s. I can't tell you how happy I am how my car turned out. STEK Dynomatt turned out so nice, specially on the grey, better than I had imagined. I have received so many compliments on the PPF and tints. I get many thumbs up at traffic lights, I even had a driver roll down their window to tell me how sweet my car looks. I already have referred many people to Diamond Auto, I even carry their business cards in my car for easy access.

Without a doubt these guys must be the best in Ventura County if not the greater Southern California region. I have never had better customer service anywhere, for anything. When I was shopping around for a wrap for my BMW IA, I called several different shops who, of course promised exceptional service. The reason I went with Diamond Auto is that, from the first conversation with Aurian, I could tell they were going to authentically deliver on this claim. First, I appreciate that they weren’t able to get me in immediately. As a matter fact it took about three weeks before I was able to finally bring my car in and drop it off. Nearly all the other auto salons I called stated that they could take me in right away. This was a little concerning to me wondering why they perhaps didn’t have enough business. That said… They scheduled me for a very specific time to have a consultation, and ultimately a timeframe to have the work done. Specifically, Aurian, Zach, and Noah were friendly, punctual, forthcoming, and very knowledgeable. During the process of completing the wrap, wheels, and tires, they communicated with me frequently and always made sure that my concerns were addressed. My job dropped when I saw the completed work for the first time. They presented it to me on their showroom floor and of course made themselves available to answer any questions I had as we did a very comprehensive walk around. Their professionalism didn’t stop with the completion of the vehicle. After several weeks and 1000 walks around the vehicle, I did notice a minuscule bubble in the door wrap, and a small area of wrap on the side view mirror that didn’t have a perfect edge. When I called the shop, they asked me to bring it in as soon as possible and they set all work aside to prioritize my vehicle. To top it off, I even brought my vehicle to them when I thought there was an issue with my side view mirror cameras that may have been caused during the wrap of the vehicle. Turns out, it wasn’t their doing at all, however, they fixed it at no cost and with a smile on their face. Absolutely unbelievable top-notch customer service. bringing in $140,000 car for work like this was obviously a bit nerve-racking, but from day one I felt at ease knowing I couldn’t have put my vehicle in better hands. You truly be hard-pressed to find a better.
As I plan to take my car to the track in the near future I wanted to get some PPF on it. I also was also interested in getting a wrap to change the color and was debating on which one to get. After some googling discovered that Stek has a clear bra that also gives the car a matte look so problem solved. I checked Stek for local installers and found Diamond Auto Salon. It was a bit of a drive but after reading reviews I knew this is where I had to take my car. Aurian responded the same day and sent me samples and quotes within minutes. On top of that he had a 25% discount. I ended up buying every option he had for my car and as you can see, it came out amazing. On top of that, Aurian sent me pictures on a daily basis and kept me up to date on all the work. He even took some amazing pictures for me.
