***Be thorough and read everything when purchasing*** Recently traded in a vehicle and purchased another. From start to finish the process took several hours even with a coordinated time to come in and view a vehicle we were interested in. Although the salesman and his manager were nothing but kind the length of the process was not anticipated leaving my family there till after closing. Our deal was to finance through a specific bank which they had assured would be perfectly fine. We had assumed this was what had been taking the longest however, they had actually been coordinating with another finance company. When it finally came time to sit with the finance rep to go over documentation we were told everything would be sent to our phones for signatures and there would be no physical papers. While filling out the forms my husband and I both received an error and could not sign or read the information. We were not sitting in an office being walked through the paperwork but told to fill out everything in the common area and left to navigate the forms alone. We were able to flag down the finance rep to resend the forms while awkwardly waiting outside his office while he entertained another coworker. It was here we should have caught that they had changed the finance information but after several hours sitting at the dealership while pregnant, and issues with the paperwork, we had no reason to believe they had changed anything without our knowledge nor was it discussed at signing….because we were left to fill everything out alone. When we approached the rep with additional questions the only forms we covered were minor and standard acknowledgments before being told everything looks great (it wasn’t actually reviewed just said forms compete), and tossed the keys. We are still trying to reach this other company for the loan information as well as working with our previous bank because we are still being charged for the asset that was traded in. When following up with the dealership after our bank, the support was nonexistent and the representative on the phone said we singed the paperwork so we had to have known and there’s nothing they can do. Please please please read everything throughly and advocate for yourself and your family.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I thought I am obligated to do so this time. I called Bahador on a very specific Jeep that I was looking for. He was courteous on the phone and in person. The car I was looking for was ready for test drive when I arrived, and he was not pushy. I do recommend Bahador and his dealership if you’re looking for a Jeep.

Leave it as a last place or better not. During my first visit and having a chat with very nice salesman and almost completing the deal, we have been approached by sale manager who literally ..apped on everything. I barely was holding myself by listening that (blank) sales manager. In his aggressive and pointless speech, where every other word was about wasting he's time or my time. He taught it make him look tough businessman without understanding that speaking with paying customer about wasting time equal, go away. Which I did once he finished his unpleasant speech. Afterwards, when I found out that Van Nuys CDJR and Shaver CDJR are sister dealerships under the Nouri/Shaver umbrella, the whole puzzle got completed. As it commonly said «That’s where it all stems from». For a decade, van nuys cdjr was no-go place for me for purchasing the vehicle. Even their service department have the Drude and incompetent employees and management, who does not care about customers suggestions and complaints. Now one more dealership added to my list of no-go places for shopping. It's not enough the corporate greed of stellantis destroyed the firm adherence to a consistent, uncompromising code of moral and ethical values, characterized by honesty, truthfulness, and wholeness of character of chrysler, now this two decided to bury the warm, approachable, and kind disposition that fosters social connection and positive interaction and orientation towards customers. No! We won't be great again.

Took in my car for a oil change and tire rotation and it took them FIVE DAYS! They had me rent a car and I kept on calling during the week and no one picked up, I don't know why they have a texting messaging system if they don't even use it! Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate, I DON'T NOT RECOMMEND this place for any kind of service especially when they broke my engine cover and didn't even tell me about it. I had a horrible experience bringing my car here and the service was just awful, Don't bring your car here! Zero starts if I could! Thumbs way DOWN

Just got back from Radford Racing School and had an absolute blast pushing my Dodge Hellcat to its limits. That car is a beast, and the experience was unforgettable. I gave them all the information provided pictures and close the deal with them to buy it back at Even of course when I arrived, they started nickel and diamond me and asking me to pay $800 stating that they’re gonna spend $3000 on this car Before they resell it this car has 16,000 miles on it and has been only serviced at this dealership. They lied to me and they have lost a customer. they have lost not only me but all the people that would have recommended. Please do not buy from them. The management has changed and they are not doing business straight up plus very rude when you come here except for my salesman who has always been nice unfortunately he’s not in charge I will upload the video of the manager who basically just looked at the car and didn’t even talk to me. Just walked away and told the guy try to get $800 out of him so sad that for $800 they would do this.

I contacted Nathan, the general manager, and explained my previous experience. I also told him I was looking for a Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack they had in stock, and that I already had a competitive offer from a dealer farther away. Nathan was professional and immediately connected me with Tyler, the sales manager, who worked to match the deal for me. Shortly after, Gilbert from the sales team reached out, took all the necessary info, and got the process started smoothly. Even when there were some issues with the financing bank, the team stayed in touch and kept me updated throughout — everything was handled quickly and professionally. Once the financing was approved, I signed the paperwork remotely, and Gilbert personally delivered my new Dodge Charger to my home. The entire process was efficient, respectful, and exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely happy with the service I received and only wish I had reached out to them from the beginning — it would’ve saved me a lot of time and hassle. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
