Staples Westlake Village is easy to get to, park. The website is helpful to see if your item is in-stock. Efficient and friendly staff members will help you get what you need, check-out is quick and help getting your item to the car is available. I purchased a gaming chair for my daughter's birthday. There was the exact model we were interested in on the floor and backup stock readily available. All in all, we chose our chair, paid and were escorted to our car within a 15-minute time slot. Amazing!
The bald employee with the glasses is totally useless. He can't do a simple job and just grunts the entire time. Please train him more so that Staples doesn't have to keep people waiting in a line just so he can say he can't help us and we need to wait for someone else to come back and do the job.
The print center here is top tier, and that is because of Hector, Sophia, and Kelly. They are experts at what they do, kind and hospitable, and extremely helpful.
I like that I can see things in person and that I can usually get what I need immediately. The Westlake Village store is clean and has good lighting. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
I brought 3 small electronic devices and batteries for recycling to the Westlake Village Staples store. I was directed where to leave them and was offered Staples rewards for the recycling. I needed a new paper shredder and was shown the variety of choices. I am very happy with my purchase. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Staples for office and home supply needs.
I went in the store to purchase an ink cartridge for my printer. It was easy to locate in the store and found it right away. Then I was looking for a shipping box. A staff indicated the direction and found what I needed. In that area, I found an LED lamp that was what I needed on my desk. The service at the cashier was fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the lamp once at home was not working so I returned the following day and the cashier on duty simply took the product and my receipt and promptly gave me a refund. All done with a smile. Overall the store was clean and it was easy to find what I needed. I talked to several staff and all of them were friendly and professional.
Staples at The Renton Landing has the best staff. Friendly, helpful, and knows their products!

Staples made it right when there was an error in the shipping address and the online order order for toner which was delayed 5 days. They corrected therefore credited the store purchase I had to make so I could continue printing, canceled the original online order a7 reordered it with a credit for the store puchase resulting in me getting a free smaller tonor with much less toner than the one I ordered which is still coming reduced bu the cost of the store purchase. Even the store maker gave me the online price & told me to contact an online supervisor to be made whole. Their ethics are impeccable.

I love visiting this Staples. It's a great place to browse and see all the options in person. I know some people prefer online shopping, but I really enjoy the experience of being able to touch and feel the products. The associates are always friendly and helpful. There's one particular employee, maybe the manager, who has been there for a long time and she's absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this store!
I had a specific mission on my last trip to Staples: buy ink cartridges for my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw. Armed only with the product number, I nearly swooned in the cartridge aisle, seeing rows of shelves filled with HP cartridges. I looked around the store, found the first employee I could see (lucky me, it was the manager on duty at 4:16 p.m. on 12/30). I explained my dilemma, and he instantly fed my product number into a handy gadget. Bingo! He directed me to the correct ink cartridges. Then the cashier (transaction number 2248 at store 798 on the date above) asked me if I were aware of the special they were having on ink. He helped me find it on my Staples app--which I conveniently had downloaded--and walked me through I need to know to claim my rewards. Awesome! Both employees ensured that I had a very successful shopping trip.
Found what I wanted; and staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you! Please stay in business FOREVER, Staples! I need you!! And please continue to keep items I need in stock like: Logitech Computer headsets, Brother printer ink, and Blue Sky planning calendar’s! Thanks again!!
Went to Staples for school supplies. No more coupons or rewards unless you download the App. This is another retailer that I won't visit again. I was penalized $25 in savings and offered no other options because I couldnt download the app.

Village location which is so very organized and well stocked . The Team is so very welcoming and quick to ask if they can be of assistance! and always with a smile. The Team Cashier on the last visit was engaging, kind and very patient as he assisted me in downloading & signing-up for the Staples AP. I also received a substantial amount of points for the sign-up which was an added plus !!
Went in the store to buy a laser printer. 3 different associates warned me that the toner cartridge that comes with the unit will only print 10 pages and I needed to buy a $50 toner cartridge in order to print the 30 pages I needed that night. I found it hard to believe that the starter cartridge would only print so few pages so I ignored them and took the unit home. After researching the printer I bought it turns out that the starter cartridge will print about 600 sheets. Clearly the 3 associates who tried to hard sell me are either ignorant of the products in the store or are interested in making a sale. My guess is that it is option 2.
I will not be back to this store.

Today I went to Staples to have them print out some journal pages for me. I can’t tell you how helpful Valerie was. She was very busy and greeted everyone waiting. She waited on multiple people at a time, to help everyone out. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my phone and she paged Cory who came to my rescue.He worked with my phone and was able to download the files and send them to Staples for Valerie to print. What an awesome staff they have at this Staples. Very helpful and very friendly. Thanks Staples!
The employee I spoke to just now on the phone was very helpful, so he gets five stars! However, whenever I walk into the store there is never a person around to ask questions. Many stores have cut back employees for economic reasons yet this might be very helpful to have at least one person roaming to see how they can help rather than stand around chatting with fellow employees, therefore driving people like me to just order online. Hope this helps because I HATE to order online. I'd like to be able to stop by when out on errands,run in and see/handle what I am purchasing.
I have gone there a couple of times for print jobs and each time they delivered the goods. This last time, the young lady who was on duty, took my file and handed me the job back completed, 15 minutes later. Very pleased with her handling. (The day prior I had actually gone to another Staples where I was unable to get the file printed. The personnel on duty at this other Staples, a young girl and a man, both had no clue what to do with the file to get the job done). Needless to say I was really happy that someone was able to handle it in 15 minutes. Then I was looking for a toner cartridge. They didn't have the one I was looking for. A gentleman took me to their console where he helped me order it online and had it delivered the following day to my home. The staff is actually seeing that people are being serviced. Appreciated.
