Took my truck here to get a new engine installed. Over the phone Al gave me a couple repair options to meet my budget. I decided to go with a new Jasper engine and let me tell you I couldn't be happier.
The repair work was done very professionally. Al communicated with me by phone and email through the whole process. They had my truck back to me within 5 working days and I haven't had a single problem since. Great work Navarra Truck!
Navarra Truck did a great job on replacing the engine on my 2005 Ford F150, they kept in touch with me through out the entire process and let me know when they needed parts. They also finished the job in a reasonable time frame (5 business days). After shopping around to have my engine replaced, I went with them because their prices were 30% better than the majority of quotes I received from other shops. I have had my truck back for a week now and everything is running great. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I have done business with a few salvage yards and never have had such a bad experience in my life. Sold me a transmission they claimed was good and they drove it around in the van it came from which had to have been a lie. When it didn't work they told me my installers broke the pump but I validated it had fluid pressure which tells me otherwise. The cherry on top they refused my core back because I didn't have the original recipe with me. All around a horrible expensive ordeal and a frustrating interaction. DO NOT STOP HERE. Plenty of people out there who will do right by you. This isn't one.
Best place to get your truck parts. 10/10. Ali is very helpful in any questions you ask. I use him exclusively. I can't thank him enough for each time I use him for my business.
Al is wonderful to work with! I am a fleet manager for a large plumbing company and manage over 30 vehicles. They work on our vans all the time and this review is long overdue. He is super easy to work with and takes care of me every time. If you are looking for a repair facility, look no further. Thank you guys!
so I bought a part from here. they pointed out that the part had some damaged. I said I would try to make it work but thats all I could do. they said okay. as you know they are located in san jose. I drove far away because i really needed the part. SO flash forward about 2 weeks later give or take. I try to bring it back because the part was definitely no good and not useable. remember I dont live close by so its difficult be be avle to leave work (i work 2 jobs and have to take a day off to do this). they refuse to give my my money back when their part was bad. said they would only do store credit. that is the worst kind of warranty ever.... pick and pull had a better warranty than that. honestly there are so many better yards in san jose like Action Auto wreckers, A-1 Auto wreckers, Honda Heaven, and A German Auto wreckers. don't bother wasting your time here.

There is no restrooms for senior citizens nor Americans with disabilities I'm going to report them to the consumer affairs and the city of san jose business license department.
Customer service is poor very unprofessional and rude I will not be returning as a customer the associate don’t explain the return policy the receipt says one thing but they have a sign saying another whitch is not in the customer view not happy with their service. So their website says they buy and sell used truck parts as well as new ones I'm not sure why or where you're supposed to be some type of primary list but when I asked the guy he said they rarely take any used parts recommended me another location which was only a couple miles away which when I arrived wasn't even a place that took or sold truck parts over all bad experience but hey no loss no gain but still should be a little bit more focused on their website and be very direct about what they do purchase
Great first experience @ Navarra Truck. Needed a taillight for my Lincoln Navigator and they had one in stock. Also, kudos to the counter man for giving me some good pointers on replacing it myself. Definitely saved me money. Will be coming back for sure!
I needed a new engine for my Chevy truck and the dealer price was way too high. I called this place and they were really polite and helpful over the phone. They gave me a few different repair options to fit my budget. They had the engine in stock and they could do the work all in one shop which was nice. The following day they came and towed my truck from my house. They kept me up to speed on the repairs and were more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. When my truck was done the manager Al called me and let me know I could pick it up. The work was done right and on time which in my experience with mechanic shops is pretty rare. I couldn't be happier!!!!
