Although I was less than polite when I called in frustration really wanting a new part the dealerships refused to render any day this week, I was treated to the upmost professional personable help in getting the parts I needed for my Prius immediately.

Terrible service! I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they gave me a quote for something they "had available". 10am on Thursday, they tell me they wont sell it to me because I'm not a shop/they already sold it. He wasnt making sense when I said I was going to come pick it up. Said to have the shop call them and he hung up on me. F@#$ this place, I had everything lined up ready to go and they screwed me last minute.
If you want a good place to get what you want at a lower price call Bob He saved me big money he is very knowledgeable found he had my parts quick and no Ill call you back said it was in nice shape when I got there it was ready was in great shape with all the parts needed to install I got more parts needed for my car at a good price returned one part with no problem cash back in my hand I will recommend JC to any one and drive back 200 miles to get good parts at a better price 5 star Bob

Came in this week needing an alloy wheel for a Nissan Leaf ASAP so I could get on my way. Bob did not have the part but he was friendly and genuinely went out of his way to help. Bob found the part at another wreckers nearby. Small businesses like this are a real gem.

I went there for a fuel cap and the owner charged me $5 i could have had a new one shipped to me at that price.
