Says 35-40 minutes. I end up waiting for 90 minutes and still no one shows up! The customer service phone also hard to listen to And they keep putting you on hold. Working with them is just frustrating.
Horrible Experience! I called for a tow at 4:45pm they told me 45 minutes took 2 hours and told me they were still 20 minutes out didn’t call to notify me I ended up ordering a new tow truck because I wasn’t about to wait 20 more minutes for them to just give me another time like they kept doing I called 4 times they kept giving me different ETAs My card was broken down on the freeway with my children in the car in 90 degrees . They clearly don’t care about their customers NEVER AGAIN

I Scheduled a tow with B.B Auto tonight, was told the tow guy was on his way. I was expecting a 30-minute arrival. After an hour I called to check the ETA , they told me another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over two hours, and when a truck finally arrived, it wasn't even from this company I booked with. It seems they rely on third-party services, and you end up paying both parties . A 4-mile tow cost me over $200, which feels quite unreasonable.
So this is my story. I got an accident this morning. Call Bbb and Auto into the guy came in 45 minutes. It was fast explain to me exactly what to do. Next step to fix my car. He was polite overall great service thank you guys.
I unfortunately didn't check yelp before I called B.B Auto & Tow for help towing my car. At first I was excited with a fair quote to tow my car 2.5 miles for $80 when I called last night. They told me they will be there at 10am and to please be there with the key. My ex husband gets there at 9:45am and waits until 10:05am to check on the timing of the tow truck. They put me on hold for 5 mins, then transfer me, then get told the original quote was the wrong price and instead will be $125... I explain how that's not fair to change things at the last second and was just calling to check how much longer just so I am aware if I can get food if going to be a long time and am getting told they won't get there until 11am and is only if I am ok with the higher price. Get put on hold a few more minutes and then told we'll it's actually supposed to be $140 but they are going to do it for $125 to be as if I feel like I got a discount when is already over 50% higher than original quote. End up having my hands tied and agree to the increase and am promised they will be there before 11am. At 11:06am I call again to check how much longer and emphasize I have an 8 year old son and a puppy in the car, to please be honest and let me know how much longer since I felt lied to multiple times already. They told me 30 more minutes due to traffic. It's Sunday and not a lot of traffic so doesn't make any sense.... End up calling back 30 more minutes later since hasn't arrived and ask for an update, get put on hold and get told will be another 30 minutes. At that time I ask them to cancel since are so far off the truth and already almost 2 hours late on a Sunday with low traffic. Ended up cancelling my credit card so they wouldn't falsely charge my card like I end led up reading has happened to other people in their yelp reviews. 2 hours late the tow truck by another company that B.B tow must have farmed things out to shows up. My ex husband uses his credit card and moves forward with the tow with a nice guy from a completely different company.. they tell him they didn't get dispatched until 45 minutes earlier. So sounds like B.B tow just completely dropped the ball or they got greedy and took another call that made them extra money. Either way major headaches and poor son and puppy starving in the car waiting because lack of honesty. Be honest, if going to be 1-2 hours then people plan for that. When people aren't given a window, then promised 30 minutes, then again in 30 minutes, and a third time again 30 minutes is a absolute joke and completely disrespectful. Any icing on the cake is the price increase after they are already late for the time agreed pick up. All I can say is wow I have literally never been so disappointed in my life. Manny is the name of the guy who lied multiple times and I hope he learns from this but doubt it unfortunately.

Had a flat tire on my audi q5, guy shows up and doesn't not know how to replace Q5 tire, spare tire needs to air compressed, and replaced with the special key. Finally got towed by paying $250.00 for 5-6 miles.
I would not recommend for replacing a flat tire, looking at their response , wont refer for Towing as well.
Getting stuck on the side of the road and many other companies trying to make everything so much difficult. They wanted to have me wait for over an hour.I couldn't believe it. When i called B>B tow they were fast and professional. The young man Leo made everything super smooth and made sure i was safe and got my truck to the shop with no problems. Thank you so much again.

Car broke down during my morning commute. The driver that came to tow me was Guy and he had a trainee with him named Amit .Both werevery communicative and polite. Guy realized very quickly that my insurance company had provided the wrong address. Great service

Took 1.5 hour to arrive even though my location is only 10 min away from their office. Driver was distracted and was texting and driving at one point.
It was a cool experience. My car got towed with the company. The tow truck driver arrived within 20 min. and got my car hooked and towed very quick.
The driver was nice and the service was just perfect.
I'll definitely recommend their service.
Got stuck last night on 101 highway on my way home to San Jose. Lucky me, the first company I have called, got immediate response by a great customer service rep. The truck showed up in less than 20 minutes. The driver Bruce, well professional and great attitude. If something similar happens to you, I would greatly recommend use this company !!
WOW! This morning after I dropped off my kids and was getting n the freeway my tire blew out!! I called this company and Guy showed up WITHIN minutes and gave me the BEST price with the fastest service! I hope I never get another flat, but if I do Im calling Guy!
