Make sure you take a minute to have one of the secretarys write down the pricing . No prices are displayed anywhere . Finally I'm given this piece of paper. 10 cents for low grade wire. ( in Hayward I get 70 cents.) Across the board I was quoted 50 to 70 cents below the national average.

This was the first and last time that I go to this place, I took copper to sell, they told me if it is more than 20 in 3 days, they will pay me ok, I will only sell you what is 20. And they told me That you couldn't do that
Yea, this place is NOT the one. I come here every so often and I really don't know why. They'll take the caps off the plastic bottles. Plus, the scales are not connected to any type of tracking or monitoring system, and you can't see the total weight for yourself. Then, quickly dump it into the large container. They just write some random numbers on a piece of paper that you're supposed to believe is the actual weight and hand it to the girls behind the cage. Another of the unhoused people in the neighborhood come to this place, and I believe this place tries to take advantage of them by not giving them the true weight and value, really just ripping everyone off.
They are really rude no patience disrespectful he said we are not allowed there anymore cause we was asking questions so we won't be going there again ftp

This is one of the best recycling place I've seen in the area. The staff are amazing they have very good customer service and are very professional. They give a good amount of money aswell.
This place may be ok for cans and plastic, but they lowball on other materials. They also waited until after they took my wire to explain their 3day wait, then the girl tried to tell me it was the law for anything over$20, nice try, wasted my time and gas trying this place out, took my wire back and went on my way. Back to my go to Aron Metals.

Their great, they don't F around. Men outside include flagman for parking & plenty of fellas to take your bags, empty into basket's & onto scale. They'll let u know y they may pull a bottle or can out. You'll receive receipt w/weight, take to window, hand to ladies, show ID, sign printed receipt they hand u, then receive cash. EVERYBODY there is cool, civil & professional, speak English & Spanish and treat EVERYBODY equal: white, black, brown, yellow & rainbow. B NICE to them & they'll b nice back. Especially b nice to office ladies, that's Life 101, ALWAYS b nice 2 office ladies :-)
I wasn’t told there is a 3 day gracing period when you bring recycling aluminum and it excite the $20.00 unit the already weighted and took away my aluminum, so I had to walked away with the promise that they will pay me three days after (maybe) as long as I still have my receipt. That means I loss it, they wouldn’t pay.
97 lbs of al cans + crv glass and received $99.55. According to the website they quote $ 1.65 / lb. Al alone should have been 160.05. It was closing time so no one was interested to explan the difference. I came from Boulder Creek to do business here now I'll return tomarrow but won't do any more business here.
I feel i got robbed. I took 3 45 gallon bags of cans and 4 45 gallon bags with plastic. Only got $139 they weigh using gross and net. And give you the least weight which i don't understand. If i had 94 pounds in cans why did i only get paid for 45 pounds. Total rip off! Will never come back here again.
With a fast moving line this is a decently located recycling center to take your recyclables to exchange for money. They accept all metals and crv type of recycling. Big loads and small loads are welcome. Have your loads pre-sorted because of limited space. Competitive prices.
Super quick, super helpful. Parking is a bit of a pain on a busy street, but the staff pointed me to a spot and helped me unload my vanful of recyclables. Even though it was very busy, I was out in 15 minutes.
Great place for recycling your CRV bottles and cans. Haven't yet recycled other materials but have seen folks doing so. Staff is fast and efficient during this Covid 19 mess. Thank you.
My normal place of recycling changed up on me so I started going here. Parking can suck if any, but movement is pretty quick giving you the chance to figure it out. The dollar to weight fluctuates weirdly but it is what it is.
I noticed from all the reviews that people either hate it or love it. I am with the first group and the rest of you are either paid or just lying because this place is the biggest rip off. Worse than the place by the flea market (Schnitzer) I was there on an extremely HOT day and was getting dizzy so I was in a hurry to get out. I had 9 bins of plastic and 1 of aluminum. (full) They only paid me about $50.00. This 1 guy my husband was talking to said that he knows they cheat you, so he only brings in $20.00 worth at a time. This place is scandalous! Next stop YELP.
Every single time we have came we always just drove right by because the line is ridiculously long. Not to mention, from what heard i believe this is maybe one of two recycling centers left that still takes cans! Kind of a busy street to have the entrance to a recycling center at. Also, lots of less fortunate men and women carrying their bags on bicycles.
Amazing customer service. This was my first time there and I will definitely be coming back. The girl that helped me gave me a coupon for it being my first time coming in. Super helpful and friendly.
I brought in 200 lbs of brass and they have paid me .30 per. Less than half of what the scrap rate for similar brass is anywhere else. And Maria has rage issues; she stopped processing my payment and yelled at me for 2 minutes bc I argued that that going rate was double what they were paying me.
Not the best place to sell scrap in the South Bay but the only one open on Sunday I know about
They let me print their coupon from their facebook page. Someone helped me get the cans out of my car, out of bags, and into bins. The place is quiet, clean, and has great customer service.
