The scheduled arrival time was between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., but they ended up arriving around 1:30 p.m. They did call to let me know they were running late, which I appreciated, though the delay was still quite long. That said, the employees were extremely friendly and efficient with the junk removal. Overall, I’d still rate the service highly thanks to their professionalism and how quickly they completed the job
Hector and his partner were courteous, on time, and professional. They gave a quick assessment for the cost of the service needed, and were able to remove the furniture quickly and efficiently on that same day. They did a great job.

Called Junk King for a quote to remove several years of trash pileup on the side of the house. 3 super friendly & helpful young men (Jonas, Juan & Julius) showed up. They all had a sense of humor and worked extremely well together. The guys were fast & super helpful, explaining what they could not take & why. We highly recommend Junk King and will use them again.
10/10. I called around 8a, the dispatcher said our window would be from 10a-2p, and a couple guys were at our driveway at 10a sharp. They loaded up a mostly-empty truck in about an hour. My only quip on my end was that we didn't have enough cash to tip them for the great service. I'd love to have the guys back for a second to tip them properly.
They were able to schedule my preferred day and time in short notice. The three guys who came were on time, efficient and very nice to work with. Junk King is the Best!

Junk King was wonderful and very reliable to work with! I made an appointment online and they sent a confirmation, followed up with a text reminder, and came right on time. They quoted us for all the items we had and quickly loaded everything away so seamlessly. Will definitely be working with them again.
I wanted to get rid of an old couch, so we called around. In retrospect, I’d go with a different service tbh. This experience was a little shady.
Other companies that do junk removal at least offer transparent pricing up front. When I called, they told me that the guys who would come to pick up the couch would give me an estimate…which…is annoying. But whatever, I was short on time. When the guys got here, they acted like we already had a price and almost removed the couch before confirming cost. When I asked for the price, he seemed to be surprised that I didn’t already have an estimate, even though this is the process they describe on their website.
He pulled $188 out of thin air. We agreed on $160, but I regret moving forward. Reflecting on this, I’m guessing they would have tried to just load the couch on the truck THEN give me their high price and leave me SOL with the couch outside if I didn’t want to agree to that price.
I would recommend other folks go with a service that’s more respectful of your time. This experience felt predatory.
Fantastic service and so much cheaper than the competitors. You pay only for what room in the dumpster you use. And the dropoff was so quick and efficient and the pickup I didn't even need to be around for! All of the staff I talked to were so friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

These guys were great!. I had an old hockey net, an old torn up trampoline that needed to be taken down and a bunch of junk. I had planned on taking apart the trampoline before they arrived but they showed up so quick I didn't have a chance. They offered to do it for me which was a big help! They were done in like 15 minutes and the price was really competitive. They gave me a discount because I was a first-time customer.
They squeezed us into their schedule despite us coming forth with an extremely sudden job request and still managed to make it within our assigned time window! I'm very grateful for their hard work, because removing an incredibly heavy treadmill from the '90s is no easy task, especially when it was just two employees. I was charged the quote we had agreed upon and confirmed in our messages prior to the appointment, so no problems there.
